I hate that Joy has her past for which she has to account. But sounds like she went a little overboard with her views. I agree with Clay, she really needs to discuss her past opinions and why she believed what she did back then and unfortunately will have to leave. I would rather the infowars guy go away.

Sorry to hear abour Ruben's brother. I hope Ruben takes his weight more seriously again. Look forward to seeing Clay on that sitcom.

I'm into Clay's choice of artwork. Really like both pieces from both artists. Now we can imagine what we would see as his portrait if he should become President of the US.

Enjoyed BOLD yesterday. I can understand D & S getting upset about Facebook calling them a threat but they should also have recognized that FB did apologize and fixed the computer error. JMO

Watching Trading Spaces but turned off the sound to hear Clay. Beautiful.

Do not understand why there is objection for funding of schools. Teachers I know really care for their students and their students futures. There is no future without education. JMO

Happy Easter to all celebrating. We went to a really nice hotel buffet, but I'm not a big meat eater and I've been off sugar for several months, so I really didn't have much to eat for the price. My husband and son enjoyed it.My granddaughter just liked dessert.

I would love to have gone but I am taking my granddaughter to school in the morning and picking her up some of the time. Maybe next year when she will have her license.I always enjoyed Aron's sessions at the Gala.

Thanks so much. Hopefully this situation will end happily but right now is overwhelming the whole family. Things could be so much worse. One of my neighbors' grandsons just died of an opioid overdose. What a world!

This year my ticket was a birthday gift from my husband. Very nice video from Clay. I managed to see it after going over the site more than once. I do believe it has been captured by someone.

Good show today on BOLD. Enjoyed the marijuana discussion since one of my sons lives in a state where it is legal. Clay is getting better all the time as a commentator. Really knows his stuff and is so comfortable with Carrie despite her opposing views.

I was at the Gala before he went to Afghanistan. So very funny. Looking forward to the Valentine surprise.

I enjoyed listening to BOLD today. Morgan was really good with Clay. It almost made me late for a lunch reunion with tax prep pals. I'm especially appreciative that school is back on a regular schedule. With the closures, delays and exams, I didn't have much time to myself.

Made it to the doctor just fine. He didn't suspect an infection, just fluid seeping out of a wound he reopened by banging his leg against the dishwasher door. Just have to watch it and let him know if it gets worse. Glad we went anyway. Today it is ice but yesterday mostly snow. We had 6 inches or so. Biggest challenge is getting the dog out. I had her out yesterday but it was so cold she started having trouble breathing. I'll put doggy pads in the laundry room and hope she can figure out what they are for. I hope you are doing ok in the snow jmh.

We have quite a bit of snow and of course none of our roads have been cleared. I have to take my husband to the foot doctor today but cant get ahold of anyone. They said they were delayed until 10 and his appointment is 10:45. I want to get him there as he might have an infection. We live on a hill but I can slide down it with the car and hope no one is trying to come up it. Always something. Just glad schools are closed so I don't have to drive my granddaughter this morning. In the south snow is a great fear of many. I just hate ice, so be careful merrieeee.

I heard a little bit of it tonight on NPR. She sounded great but so different.

Today not so bad, yesterday I walked the dog in 11 degree temperature. With a hat, gloves and scarf not awful. A few years ago we had single digits for a week and we had to cover all our shrubs which was quite an ordeal as we also had a pretty stiff wind.I filled plastic jars with water and after they had frozen they were quite good at holding the tarps down. Its strange today as we are between 2 snow bands and we have none. Raleigh and east have snow and Boone in the mts to the west have snow. NC is an interesting state weather wise.

Get well ldyj. Wish I could send you some homemade chicken soup. Hope you all have a Happy New Year. I'll be in bed early as usual. Just can't stay up late any more.

Thanks ldyj. So much better today. Guess I just overdid it. So much fun delivering the cookies. Many of the neighbors invited me in their homes while I was delivering their cookies. Nice Christmas tradition. Altogether about 18 bags of cookies. So despite the disarray of our family at least that part was great. Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas. Going to church with my son at 11pm. Its been so long since I've been to church, I hope the walls don't fall in.

Have a wonderful trip merrieeee. Finished 3 different cookies and wrapped gifts. But woke up with a backache. Advil finally helping. Now have to get cookies to neighbors.
