Don't forget - flutter-tonguing (man, that sounds perverted in a really good way) was created (made up?) by Clay.
Am I going to lose my minionship if I say you're not correct? That IS an actual musical term...I used to be really good at it when I played the flute. :P

The one Clay made up was mallencazzio. His definition was "playing using only the mouthpiece of the instrument."

My contributions to this thread:

1) Greensboro outfit: black suit, white shirt, red tie, no glasses, hint of stubble.

goofygrin-1.jpg

2) Merrillville -- he crossed his fingers, first behind his back, and then as he situated the microphone during AIW. After his triumphant finish, he grinned, bowed (messing his hair in the process...yum), and left the stage.

I don;t blame you for getting this mixed up...when I was trying to figure out what word he made up I really thought it was flutter-tonguing. I guess you probably got two of your shows mixed up...cos the made up word was in west point.

The next series I thought of is...

He talked to....at...?

> He talked to Bridget (That was really baaaad!!!...mom she cussed on my family show!!!) at Norfolk...

>He talked to Bill and Diane (yougivemehotflashes.com) at Varona

>He talked to sharon (psst you zipper is down) at Varona

> He talked to Elmer (I wouldn't wear white if I were you) at.. ???

>talked to Larry and Marie (mac and cheese) at englewood

>talked Ethel (its all good) at Merrilleville

>Talked to Emma (you're only seven and they will make you drive them) at englewood

you guys can add to this if you want...gotta get more names...

He talked to Scarlett about her beret and trying to hide on the front row at West Point.

Since I am wrong so rarely...KAndre waits patiently for the hysterical laughter to stop...I forgive you all!

Hee! I can add to this one! He talked to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

It was at Long Island. He noticed I had binoculars in the 4th row He asked me what I was looking at and I told him his gorgeous green eyes. He asked if I was looking at his zit and later asked me if I was going to upgrade for the following night.

Kandre, Kandre, Kandre....What are us minions going to do with you? it was at Long Island that he spoke to Scarlett!

Hey, Ladies!

I was just wondering what songs did Mr. Clay sing on this tour? I've been looking to try & update my list of what he's performed from AI up til now & the last update I had was ATDW CD! If someone could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thankies!

Love Ya, Mean It!

2) Merrillville -- he crossed his fingers, first behind his back, and then as he situated the microphone during AIW. After his triumphant finish, he grinned, bowed (messing his hair in the process...yum), and left the stage.

Coming out of lurkdomland, and at Merrillville, he signed "Thank You" to the audience. I was there and you could just feel the energy of the audience pulling for him to make "that" note. I never felt so much magic throughout a song. You really, really could feel it.

I love this thread. Now I know when I want to find a particular thing he did in a concert, I can find it. Off to view Long Island to see him talk to Scarlett!
