I never took that phrase literally--but, I actually did gasp!! The combination of the sweater color and is hair=perfection!! Once I could concentrate, I thought the content of the show was very good. According to Snopes, it is an urban myth and radioactive things don't actually glow. But, when I checked another source, it explained that even though the radioactive substance doesn't glow, it "imparts energy to nearby phosphorescent or fluorescent things and they glow". I like the cut and colour of his hair - it grows so fast, he has to keep it clipped if he wants to keep the spikes. And those shoulders - oh my!!!!
