My computer died this morning and I just got back from Best Buy with a new one so am trying it out. They are putting all my data from the old one on cds for me so I don't have my favourites yet with all my urls. this is my first destination. It seems a bit slow. That sucks! What a disorganized place that is, there is no line for customers just the guys in blue shirts and a mass of customers who don't wait their turn!

merrieeee! I am glad that you are alright! I know what you mean, I have been mostly staying away too. I am hoping that there is a big change and Clay will resume his career and everyone will be positive again!

I am glad that everyone seems to be able to adjust their plans for the Gala but sorry about the extra expense involved. It sounds like it might be even better with the mini concert! I love Celebrity Apoprentice but like everyone dislike DT, however he isn't in it that much and imagine 2 hours of Clay every week! I would rather it be a singing appearance or something directly connected with his career though. If this is true he probably only agreed because it was an opportunity to raise moiney for NIP. Has anyone talked to merrieeee lately? She hasn't posted anywhere since she came back from her vacation and hasn't answered my pms asking if she is ok, and no comments about the latest Clay news. I am a bit worried.

I am dvring the Olympics so that I can ff when I watch and none of my regular programs are on. So I watched AI, (the men's night) and as they now have more bells and whistles and are allowed to play musical instruments and have a band behind them and are singing current songs, plus most of them are already professionals, I wondered how Clay would have measured up in this climate! I have AI Rewind on my dvr so in the middle of the guys' singing I interrupted with the week where Clay sang Solitaire and it was unbelievable how much better he was than any of the others! He just blew them out of the water just like he did in 2003! Oh wow for Jim Brickman! Clay is going to sing on the radio! Yey! Oh wow for the Jim Brickman radio show! Clay is going to sing on the radio! I am going to dash off to see if I can get one of the radio stations! This is my first edit on the new board, I hope I did it right! edited again. CV is reporting that this is a repeat of an old interview! Well drat, but how odd! It is on YouTube.

Kim, I don't recognise those lyrics, what song were they from? I absolutely can't wait much longer to hear more about the cd, I will burst! Clay is looking mighty fine! I bet some people will be surprised at how he looks now when he does his promotion. He looks so well built. I hope he is eating more healthy now too, I bet Reed does.

Does anyone watch Project Runway? This guy Frank Polito says he is the official recapper for it and posted the following this morning. Clay has met so many people in the Entertainment business in the last few years hasn't he! His name just pops up everywhere!

It is so wonderful to be able to log in every morning expecting bits of news again! For instance the title of the cd, then the playlist, the picture on the cover etc! I love everything that Clay sings although sometimes I don't at first like the actual song. There were several songs I disliked on ATDW but I grew to like them the way Clay sang them. Does this mean that we unjustly blamed Clive for forcing Clay to do a cover album! Maybe on the PBS special Clay will sing all romantic songs but on his cd he will throw in a few upbeat ones. He did make fun of all the sloooow songs on his tour. luckiest1 did you all fly to London for the Championship? What fun! I love London! I love ice skating too. (well not me personally!) ot For anyone who might be having cataract surgery in the future, I had it on Tuesday and it was not an unpleasant experience at all, except for the constant eyedrops and the patch while sleeping.

luckiest1 for your raise! liney I am glad that it isn't anything serious. Doesn't there seem to be a lot of eye problems around the boards lately! I guess everyone just suffered in silence before all this new eye surgery appeared. I will practice this for the next few days, thanks. Trouble is -it is easy squatting down but not so easy getting up! I have 6 indoor cats three front porch cats, two back yard cats, three dogs and a collection of birds my neighbour decided she didn't want any more, cockateils, lovebirds and parakeets. I put them in the garage at night time because it is cold (50 degrees is cold for Calif!) and haul them out on a table with wheels in the daytime. I did have banty chickens but only have one left. And my 'possum recently died as did my ducks. I am not a crazy cat lady, they are all rescued animals even the chickens and I have had them all spayed. Is anyone going to the GFI? Maybe Merrieeee?

desertrose thanks, the eyedrops are a pain anyway you have to use them 4 times a day for one brand and twice a day for the other brand for at least 6 months plus you would still have to go regularly to have your eyes checked. I am just going to opt for th surgery! Mostly I resisted it bcause I have so many animals it is going to be very difficult to take care of them as you aren't supposed to lift anything or bend over etc. for a week. My gd lives with me but she works and is going to college to be a Vet-Tech and isn't the most helful human being in the world! She is very good about taking me places but as for anything in the house forget it! Surely we should be hearing something about the cd soon? Come on Decca! Don't some singers release a single months before their cd? I am a bit uneasy about Ruben's tweets! I like him but he wont sell any seats for concerts so I don't understand why Clay would tour with him. It should be all about Clay's new cd. However we really don't know anything so hopefully it will be a little reunion or an appearance on tv. That I would like as they sound very good together. I would love Ruben as a backup singer but I know Clay would not do that and although Ruben has had only moderate success he always seems supremely confident about his success and sales!

Did I mention that there are some new eyedrops from Russia (not approved in the USA yet) which are supposed to actually dissolve cataracts? am wondering whether to try them. They are supposed to help all kinds of eye problems including glaucoma. I had a floater since I was a teenager, most annoying when reading and even after decades I still kept trying to brush it off the page I was reading! Well I suddenly noticed a couple of months ago that it was gone! luckiest1 Congratulations, I hope you got a nice raise with your promotion!

liney! I am so sorry, I hope that it is something that a simple surgery can fix.! I am having cataract surgery next week which I was dreading until I heard your news! Was it sudden or gradual?

liney, I am sure that it is a small percentage of edible food that is used and as I said that food probably wouldn't make its way to the hungry anyway! It just gives me a pang that's all. I hate to see all the food left on plates in restaurants too but don't know what the solution would be! I see the topic of the day at the other boards is KL. She is apparently still trying to get attention by mentioning Clay. What an obnoxious personality she has! And how dare she say she doesn't want friends like Clay after all he did for her. Promoting her cd in every concert, doing a duet on it which I am sure sold a few extra copies etc. And he has never dissed her although something certainly seems to have happened between them to end their friendship. I am talking about that interview she did with her friend who is somehow part of her new singles. Apparently she is not coming out with an actual cd just a number of singles because she said she has had 7 No 1 Billboard singles! I forgot to mention - what a beautiful banner!
