  3. I'm gonna try like crazy to go! And I loved DC when I was there 2 years ago, so maybe I'll throw and extra day on to do a little more sightseeing. (Anyone want to go with me?)
  4. Crazy day today, so I'm taking a quick break on the boards, and found this via CV and bigapple4clay: Will have to watch later....
  5. Via dancermom: Oooh, yum. Her recap via the CH:
  6. I'm sorry Clay, Fear, and all those who voted against the amendment. News reports are stating it PASSED. Good Lord, that pisses me off. Twit pic from the Equality Gala tonight: CV is reporting that Clay sang "This is the Moment" and "Home." ETA: the young man with Clay is Zack Wahls, who gave an impassioned speech in the Iowa Congress last year about his two Moms. I remember that speech, and it was awesome. He's written a book, I gotta read it.
  7. I don't have time today to bring them over right now, but Clay's been a tweeting fool today, drumming up votes AGAINST Amendment 1 in North Carolina. Many are retweets from people in the state who voted. Good for him! Also, Clay was on CNN about the same topic. Link to interview

  9. I see your point couchie about the editing, and the satisfaction you could get from it. I think I'm just fascinated by why exactly Clay seems to like Lisa so much. God knows most of the fans don't (including me, frankly -- most of the time -- I did laugh at the supposed negotiations...), so I'm dying to get into his head and figure out why he seems to "get" her. As far as LBAL -- I'll listen to it again tonight when I'm working out. I'm also happy for those of you who really like it. But I just can't see it being on a permanent rotation in my Clay Aiken collection.
  10. It's odd, couchie, as I'm the total opposite of you. I can't STAND "Survivor," but yet have been enjoying CApp. I think I see an awful lot of my work world in it, and gives me different ways to deal with that.... Speaking of jobs, congrats KAndre -- hope everything works out well for you, and that you can wear good bling at the new place. I just downloaded LBAL...I don't know. It's fun, but IMO it doesn't totally work. It's much more suited for Dee's voice than Clay's. Go ahead, throw your tomatoes...

  12. I'm not worried about Clay either, but I AM prepared for either Clay or Arsenio to win. I'm kind of like aikim, in the fact it's just a show, in my mind. Such is life... Latest Cinema Blend rankings

  16. I think his blog is going to say a whole lot. I also kinda agree with Clay -- at least Lisa's mean to your face. I can't stand people like Aubrey, who do it totally behind your back. Retweet from graybs13: Retweet from toni1991:
  17. couchie, the interviewers asked about her passion for charities, and she started listing all these people she worked with...long list. I could see right through it, and so could the interviewers.
