  1. Thanks, everyone. I can't wait to see what he was on his knees for. I think this might be a 3 hanky show. I'm feeling kinda schmoopy right now.
  2. The stupid "flashers" kill it for us everytime. When are they gonna learn!
  3. Hey cindi, you were quoted on Ideal Idol. Loved it. MY hero!! Quote: I am more convinced than ever that Clay Aiken, is the bravest, most self-aware man in show business. He totally does what he wants, how he wants to do it, and says a pointed, ___ you to all who would mock, insult and demean him. He's really, truly my hero. ~cindilu2
  4. Cindi, no he sang LAA after the classics medley. I just read on another baord that the balcony was only about half full and the audience is approx. 1/3 men. Don't know how reliable the info is but FWIW.
  5. Any word yet on hair and how full the venue is?
  6. Hi everybody. I'm here but am not listening in on a cellcert. But will be reading along. Can't wait for clack! :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  7. I just wanted to pop in to say EEeeeeee. I have listened/watched a ton of clack and the more I watch the more I LIKE IT! Wait.......I may even, eventually LOVE IT Ok, I'm getting pumped for the rest of the tour now. I'm sure no two shows will be alike and I want to say "Bring it, Clay"!! My personal favorite of the ATDW songs performed is "These Open Arms" because his voice is so ffffing strong on this given the venue/sound or lack there of. This is awesome! Give it a listen.....I dare you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBkysjCbiXo&NR=1 :Tour3:
  8. I'm glad someone else brought this up since I was sorely tempted but told myself not to. And now here I am responding as if I were without any self restraint of any kind. But how many times must this man state what he's about and how he considers how he handles himself with all that he keeps in mind of his image? And how often has he stated (perhaps not in this particular interview) how he just hopes to make us proud? So why is it people are so quick to believe the CRAP that the tabloids or blogs print/report? So many questions....so little time.....so much love! I'm done now.
  9. Thank you Play, for that visual! I can't wait to see his entrance live (or should I say thank you, Scarlet? ) I seriously doubt he will eliminate any of the medleys from the show at this point. He will certainly tweak parts, not that I know for certain anything... hehe. Yet if he were to make some "chunky" changes in the show it would most likely be after these first three performances. Given he will have more time until the next launch of the tour to re-work any major changes. But probably not gonna happen. Karen Eh, thanks for my new desktop background! Mandated, schmandated! I loved that CD Clay so don't go apologizing for it anymore. Ya hear?!! And don't throw any left overs from the House of Pies at me please ladies, but I also loved LAV writhing and all so don't go cuttin' that out of the show Clay. K!!!!! (dodging pies)
  10. !Off with their heads! ATDW will be considered a CLASSIC one day, I tell you!! Where was this tour called the "treading water" tour? never mind. maybe I don't wanna know. wth?
  11. ~ Just a reminder ~ While you are waiting for clack to load you may want to head on over and nominate Clay for a Relly Award here: http://findingclayaiken.invisionzone.com/i...hp?showforum=63

    this or that

99.5% serious 100% smiling Interview by Jay Leno or Larry King LKL or Leno????that is quite the tough choice...hmmm you gotta be kidding...Leno all the way... untied shoe laces...or ...bare feet... Untied laces.........so cute, and yet so dangerous (ok mom) Nose crinkle or wink? ETA- Eeeeeee my 100th post
  13. ITA atinal, IYDKMBN definately showcases his more souldful side. I would love to hear Clay do more blues and soul. He is a natural for that genre and would totally blow many peoples minds that are not.just.us! LNM would is the other song I wish he would add. Another "downer" he probably thinks, but "oh so good".
  14. I think it was the perfect situation for him trying out something new, risky on the first night. It allows for less of a vacuum effect. No better way/place to have a "preview opener". Awe KAndre, I adored this story. That alone would have made my night had I witnessed that! couchie, TRY ICING YOUR BACK. I just finished therapy for a brutal back problem that I thought would kill me for sure (or worse, require surgery). Icing it helped tremendously. :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  15. Wait! Stop! Leave some of that tight little carcass for the rest of us!! Sheeesh And cindi, the answer is TITANIUM BALLS I am personally thrilled to see that he will be singing more ATDW and some MOAM songs. I could do with a little less of the "variety show" shtick, but I absofuckinlutely loved LAV done Kieth style and all. HOT I tell ya, HOT So is nobody still holding out hope for 1 or 2 possibly......dare I say.......new songs?
  16. I like big butts and I can not lie You other brothers can’t deny That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty waist And a round thing in your face You get sprung, wanna pull out your tough Bwaaahh He's so cute when he raps Bwaaahh
  17. Oh sweet jesus, I loved that entire interview and it makes me want to do him right here, right now! Get your low rider ass over here NOW Clay. In an odd way I have always felt that he is so uncool and proud of it that it actually makes him cool (in my eyes anyway). He is so not afraid to put himself out there, taking risks is what has been his mark all along. He never followed the crowd. So when he is this open and direct in an interview I just cream!! Am I alone or did anyone else find him all kinds a hawt doing the Like A Virgin bit? He even looked a mess, rumpled, sweaty and hair was mushed at the crown, barefoot and YET I want him NOW. I've got it so bad for this man. He knows who he is and if the folks hanging out in the back field downing their brewskis and makin plans to work on their buddies car next weekend don't get it then he'll live without 'em. As for the Houston Chron. interview: LOVED the turkey baster story.... This made me laugh out loud - "Breaking Benjamin is going to kill themselves because they got mentioned in the same article (as) Clay Aiken. There goes the rep." And this just plain CMSU! - "I think nowadays radio doesn't care how good someone sings. They just care whether or not people can fake having sex while standing up dancing to it. That's all they want." I would have killed to have actually heard him speak those words. The entire piece was Clay being Clay. He's a breath of fresh air in the stale cookie cutter world of celebrity. And I'm nowhere near being a grandma but I wouldn't be offended by the remark. Hell, it's true to some degree but mostly this is his way of saying he knows his image. He's not trying to be something he's not. Who knew DORKS could be so hot. Do me now, Clay!!! So I have some conflicting feelings about the concert. I can't honestly say whether I would enjoy the "medleys", either of them, until I have seen them live. But my hunch is probably not. Not that I don't think it's bold and creative and showcases his goofier side which I adore wildly. It's that after two years I wish he had come back with (and I was looking forward to) a show with him putting some serious music out there. I wanted some fun, but I LOVED ATDW and his voice with the symphony in a live setting would be spellbinding to say the least. Perhaps he doesn't want to take himself too seriously, and that can be a good thing, but this has been a long time coming and I think it would have wowed some non-fans, like lots, to hear just how serious his shit is!! I still want to do him G. O. O. D. N. U. S. S the clack is slow (insert emote of eyes bleeding here) I think I'm the only person still up did I say this already?
  18. GRANDE WORDO! MUCHO GRANDE WORDO!! We just got back awhile ago and I just got caught up. Wow! This was a whole other show than I had expected. He certainly does know how to surprise you. And yes he most definately has some titanium down there!! Ugh....and you have now just confirmed to me why I don't belong to the OFC. I can't wait until I lose my virginity exactly one month from today And now, an encore of my song from yesterday in closing here this evening: sung to an old monty python tune: clack clack clack clack clack clack clack clack claaack, lovely clack Lovely clack, wonderful clack Lovely clack, wonderful clack CCLAAACCK, LOVELY CLACK

  23. Alright, I get it now. This plus old tv theme songs? IT'S A GAG! He's a funny guy........right? Wrong? I'm very confuzzled. Well, as long as his pop are fittin' snug I'm down with it
  24. Uhm...TV Theme songs? Unless this is done as a parody I have mixed feelings about this. So I shall reserve judgement until after I see what he does with it.....but that's a real head scratcher for me. LAA....that put me over the moon! tv theme songs?
