I had a M&G in Knoxville. I was one of the auction winners. I brought the Ugly Duckling CD to have it signed. When Clay first looked at it, he said "What is this?" Said he didn't really remember doing it. He asked me if it played in a computer, but I had to tell him I never played it. He said he didn't have a copy it, so I told him not to sign it, and just to keep it. Jerome said to me, if he wants one, he can find one. If you haven't seen the CD, it's not round. It's in the shape of his head and upper body. Awww, that was so nice of you!!! Did he keep it in the end? No, he signed it and gave it back to me.

I had to go with the eyes too, but it was a tough call.

The voting was harder today. I love both pictures. -
I didn’t watch the first season of American Idol. I only started watching AI2 because one of the guys in my son’s class made it to the Hollywood round. I thought I might see him on TV. I think I caught a glimpse of the classmate one time….he was eliminated in Hollywood, but I got hooked on Clay. I watched AI every week and voted for Clay. The night Clay and Ruben sang their final songs my satellite dish went out. I could hear Clay, but the TV picture was very snowy. The next night I drove to my mom’s house to spend the night and watch the final show. I was devastated when Clay lost. I was sure I’d never see him again. I discovered the Internet that summer. The only board I could figure out how to read was The Lecherous Broads. I didn’t post very often, but I read there every day. The AI tour came through Indianapolis, so I bought some red shoes to show my support for Clay, and went to the concert with my Ruben loving friend. We sat next to a couple from Louisville. I remember thinking it was strange that they drove 2 1/2 hours to see a concert. HAHAHA!!! Well, one AI concert wasn’t enough for me. I drove to St Louis by myself to see him again. I was hooked after that. I’ve never missed a tour, but I’m blessed to live in the Midwest. I’ve met so many wonderful friends through my Clay travels, and I can’t wait until he announces something and we can hit the road again.

First concert date May 15th. -
By the way, does anyone have any really, really happy pictures of Clay saved up somewhere? I need something to reflect my mood, and most of the ones I have/can find at the moment are just regular ol' smiles. I need some big-ass grins!

Word. You said it all for me. -
Eeeeee, yes! Soooo cute!!! :F_05BL17blowkiss: ETA: Looks below and waves at shamrock! Any chance of a repeat of the Van Daan's family suite? I'd love to do that again. I emailed our other roomie earlier tonight. That was such a wonderful time in NYC last Spring. I hope it can be recreated this Fall. Let's do it.

Chardonnay, your daughters are beautiful girls. What a wonderful wedding song. I always loved Clay's version of that song. Your daughter and your x did a great job. -

I agree. They have been in my thoughts and prayers since we heard the possible news. Waves to Scarlett. It sounds like you all had a fabulous trip. I enjoyed your pictures. Speaking of pictures. Here is a picture from my favorite concert last summer. One year ago tonight. -
Great ideas Perma. I'm not very creative, but I can follow directions. I'd like to help.

Based on recent events I guess some people on other boards consider their "blowtorched puppy" to be "if a sleazy media site reported that he had a baby with his best friend via AI or IV"? Or was it "if he appears on CNN wearing a red shirt that looks pink in screencaps?" Since we're still here, I guess those don't qualify as our BT puppies but I wonder, has anyone's definition of a blowtorched puppy changed since then (Sept 2007) and to the newbies, what would you consider to be your "blowtorched puppy"? Scarlett, I guess I'm considered a newbie, since I always read and never post. I can't imagine Clay EVER doing anything that I would consider a blowtorched puppy.

Thanks! I now have the rep. list for FCA and CV printed out and in my SPAM trip folder! BTW, those of you who have been - how partial is Right Orch-partial Row A, Seat 8 Partial View? ETA: Crikey! Those pics are lethal! Cotton, I sat in that seat the second time I saw Spamalot. It was a great seat for most of the show. The only time I had a problem was during Clay's big number, because Patsy and the King stand right in front of that seat. I had to look around them and through their legs to see Clay at the piano. Over all I don't think you'll be unhappy with the seat. I'm sitting there again for the closing performance on May 4. I'll be at Spamalot this coming weekend too. Hope to see you again.

My husband and my oldest son are dentists. My husband retired about 5 years ago, so my son is now my dentist. liney23 I have had root canals and crowns over the years too. I also have one implant which is great....was not really a big deal to have it done. It's just like a regular tooth. I even forget that it's there. Since I think this is my first post here ( I've been lurking for a while), I leave a couple of pictures.
