  1. Here's a link for a really nice shot. http://www.clayversity.net/forums/index.php?act=attach&type=post&id=34021 hmmmmmm!!!!!
  2. I've decided that I don't really trust Arsenio...is that a bad thing? I have noticed in the boardroom a couple of times that he , when asked his opinion, tends to carefully word his answers so that they will click with Trump. Maybe this is my imagination and it may also be triggered by the fact that Trump keeps complementing him and I don't get it. Yeah, I know Trump has complemented a couple of them, but in my mind he seems to do it more with Arsenio. I could be overthinking this whole thing...it's possible. This show is making me paranoid...duh! I listened to Aubrey on a podcast yesterday and I have never heard a person talk so much about themselves. I never did listen to the whole thing because after 5 minutes I had pretty much heard enough. I still think she looks like Jessica Rabbit. I am hoping to hear Clay and Aubrey sing the National Anthem but I can't, for the life of me,imagine them singing together. Of course, who ever would have thought he would be singing with Dee. Clay is just full of surprises.
  3. Everyone on the men's team spoke highly of George, including Clay. Some think George was disgruntled because of the Betty White joke, but if you watch the rerun when Clay said that, George had a huge smile on his face. Myself, I think it's all hype to promote the show and people are taking it seriously. George is an actor and I'm sure he can string a line in an interview as well as anyone else. Anyway, that's my take on the situation.
  4. Thanks for the tips, Idyjocelyn. I'll check them out.
  5. I am so glad you posted, at least now I know I'm not completely nutty. Thanks Idyjocelyn However, I am still having to log in every time I come here today. I usually don't bother logging out because I'm here every day...either lurking(often) or posting (sometimes...gulp) Maybe that's lazy and I'm supposed to log in and out all the time. I don't mind logging in every time if that is preferred, but I will take the easy way if given the choice...LOL
  6. Are there solar flares in the area or what??? I googled "finding clay aiken" and was presented with a screen that said "This account has been suspended."OMG... ( I tried a couple of more times , same thing) so-o-o-o I googled "fca fan forum" and after logging in twice , here I am. I do believe I deserve a drink after all that work. Now I've lost my train of thought. Think I'll skip out and try to get the link for this site in my favourites.I know, why wasn't it there before...sigh.Laziness, google's easy...I don't know, but I'm sure there was a reason. I'll think about that tomorrow. Oh yeah, I don't think George or Cheryl had the stamina for the show. Both are probably great people but the hours on this show have to be taxing. Also, I really don't think George is upset with Clay. I think it's all hype to keep people interested and tuning in.It's reality TV and I think you really have to weigh the information we are given and how/when it is presented. George is a good actor, he can string people along just as well as the next guy. Hope his charity does well.
  7. Not sure if this goes on the main page but has anyone seen this video? http://www.accesshollywoo...apprentice_video_1387586 Sorry, looks like the link isn't going to work, so rush right over to Access Hollywood and see Victoria's pick for winner of CA. It will be worth your time.( and be sure to listen to the interviewer's comment in the background....witch!!!!!! )
  8. Just saw the news flash about Whitney on CNN. She was only 48.
  9. OOPS!....JUST IGNORE ME.... :clay: I tried to post a link, it didn't work...so I tried to delete the post, it wouldn't let me....so I OOPST IT!!!!! That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Try to listen to that podcast , it's great to actually hear someone from EW say something positive about Clay.
  10. I do agree that some posters are now SO very "predictable"....they do bore me!!! I'd yawn but I might spill my drink
  11. The commercial was great ....don't ya love watching Clay when he's excited about something...arms flailing, hair standing on end ! He is just "so special", and I mean that in a loving way. This show is going to be so much more than we expected...methinks!
  12. hmmm....... he's "tweeting" a lot right now but the true test of his committment to the "tweet" will be when the show is over I'm not a "tweeter" so it makes no nevermind to me but I guess there are some serious "twits"( is that a word??) out there. God I feel like I'm in kindergarden.... I haven't used that many "tweets" in a sentence since I was a child watching DISNEY cartoons...
  13. Twitter seems to be everyone's guess...I find that hard to believe because he has expressed such an aversion to being a "twitterer" (is that actually a word??????) What would stop him from having a member of his team "tweet" for him? What am I saying , he would NEVER try and trick us!!!!!!! The thought of a new album or a video of BBML is much more appealing to "moi"!!!!
  14. " The sense of entitlement annoys me to no end "...I think this sums it up very nicely. I couldn't have said it better. I was getting a headache wading through the whining on some of the boards...what a pitiful lot. I have to miss the Gala this year...one of these years I'm gonna get me one of them thar money-makin machines but I'll gladly settle for the stories from those lucky enough to get there and the song will be ours too soon enough.
  15. "]"Me, I'm easy, I liked them all. He sang. I listened. Me likey." You took the words right out of my mouth.
  16. Yep, I did read the blog and I decided to take the plunge and submitted 3 questions....we'll see how that goes
  17. I received a notification email tonight about the chat on the 7th of Oct............can't wait . Are we allowed to ask questions about his career? The rules are a bit blurry in my mind.
  18. Thanks a bunch... I've been stuck on the Carol Burnett skits for a half hour. That show was a hoot and Tim Conway was a master.Loved Red Skelton too...he seemed like such a gentle man and such a natural when it came to humour. I did watch "The Pledge of Allegiance".... a very valid point indeed...well done.......(then I sorta got lost in the skits. ) That was a nice break in my day!!!!
  19. Did anyone tape this clip, it says it's not available for viewing in "MY" area. I don't know why they don't like me...sure, I'm Canadian but basically I'm sane like the rest of you...you're sane...right?
  20. We turned off our light at 6:30...we had approximately 250 kids and they were still coming. Our area gets targeted every Hallowe'en...it's a safe haven for ghosts and goblins!
  21. Co-host Clay Aiken......Now we're talking Seems like everyday there's something new to look forward to and the tour is moving up very quickly. I just got notice that my "package" is on the way .....oh my
  22. WOW those pictures are terrific...great job! I don't know how you do it, I tried to take pictures at my granddaughter's ballet recital and almost went nuts...completely missed the performance. I'd hate to think what the pictures would look like if I tried to shoot Clay.
  23. Did anyone catch that little "smirk" after he flubbed that line in UM this morning. I was thinking at the time "yea, that look was for the fans who really know his performances." It must be hard to perform, moving from show to show, when they keep changing the length of the performance.I don't even want to think about how "I" would handle those change-ups. I do love that scruffy Aiken look and those eyes.....hmmmm!
