I love the Olympics too. Was very impressed with their production numbers....quite dramatic and artistic. That globe was stunning IMO... I do wish I will be able to watch a lot of the Olymics...unforttunately my cait dominates our TV viewing. I will have to get her interested in all the sports coverage. I do love Canada's coverage...much more complete and less US centric.

Once again...words of wisdom... yup there is lots of love in that family!!! I am surprised that she gave birth in NC. I thought she would be closer to her family...so that does make me go hmmmm.... oh my horoscope today... Yup...Clay is quite a paradox. Even after we got the baby news confirmed...there are still a lot more questions...that we may never be able to answer. I'm ok with that though. I don;t think we should know everything about his life...only what he wants to share with us.

aikim...I think people can interpret that line in different ways. I am certainly neutral about Jaymes and Clay relationship...meaning I am not invested in either possibility of romantic or platonic relationship. But I do think that mentioning dear friend indicates that she is a friend...and the non hyphenated simply means that they will still be a family. I just don;t see why he would need to use any qualifiers about their relationship at all. I also think that this is part of the story that they are giving the media. Is it a way to cover up their relationship...maybe, but why should they cover it up? I do believe they can be very happy and have a great family together even if it is a platonic relationship. Wandacleo....word to you as well...it does make me all schmoopie when he calls himself a dad. ITA with thankful4clay on the career talk...I really don't need to hear about that now. I want Clay to just enjoy being a dad...I really want to see pictures...would love to hear more about his feelings about this momentous event. I do think that Clay is the type of person that will always put family first over career.... That is why its great that he gave us OMWH to enjoy as he concentrate on his family. The career part of his life can wait till he is good and ready.

He blogged pretty early. So its just enough time for him to call all his friends, have a few moments with the baby and then let us all know....I thought that was just sooooo sweet of him.

WORD WORD WORD WORD WORD WORD At this point I take Clay at his word...he is going to bring up the baby with his best friend. Its clear that is how he wants the world to see this relationship. Whether there is more to it... could be ...maybe...not really my business, I think its enough that there will be a lot of love and support in this family. About the name...its very possible that Jaymes just really like the name Parker. Like my daughters name, Taylor is my hubbies grandmothers maiden name. I chose it because I like the name and the fact that it is also a family name was just a plus. I think Parker is a good name. I do think it shows that Clay has good feelings towards Ray. I really think that its smart for Clay to release that CD before the babies birth. Now the record company won't be pressuring him to work on it and he can just concentrate on his new family for awhile. I wonder what lullaby he would be singing for Parker...

hee wow...please tell me 8 is a lucky number LOL. That is why the Olympics starts today...that is a very very lucky number with the Chinese... love that blog!!!

YAY Joshua won!!! I think I would've been happier if Katee won but at least her partner did. I think Katee is one of the best dancers they ever had in the show but she has a much more subdued personality when not performing. Her solos are also less entertaining than the guys and I think that makes a huge difference with the popularity. I was happy to see some of the best dances again this year. It truly is a testament to how good Katee is that she danced so many times last night and with 3 partners. She can dance anything with anyone. I am happy that the two hip hop dancers were the finalist in the end. They were exceptional not only in their own style but in adapting to other styles. I do love twitch and would be happy for him to win but they did give Joshua more amazing things to do in the Russian dance and he also had a very funny and wonderful solo number. I also think Joshua and Katee always had a strong support since they were never in the bottom. But Twitch was so lovable and had such a sparkly personality in the finale that he must have edged Katee out. I love this show...I even love the judges...love the camaraderie and respect the choreographers have for each other. I enjoyed Nigel and Mary's dance. I totally love Cat and how real she is...will miss it. There will be SYTYCD Canada...I hope it lives up to the US version.

Claytonic I was a bit skeptical at first too about Katee and Joshua. But week after week they amaze me. Joshua though has has some not so stellar moments with other partners but Katee did very well with anyone. I have a feeling it will be Josh and Twitch in the top two. They just got a lot of praise and face time last night. They were very good and their solos were more entertaining. I think if its all about dancing ability then Katee should win hands down but this is popularity too. Whoever wins tonight...I will be ok... I like everyone.

Carolina Clay I don't know whats going on either. But it seems like an isolated case as of now. What browser are you using? I have abandoned IE for a long time now...only use it rarely. I use Mozilla and I get less headaches. Another thing you need to check is if FCA is in your list of cookie enabled sites. I discovered that some automatic updates that windows does can mess up my computer and settings the next day. Maybe something like that happened? Oh LOVE Pierce too. Yup since Remington Steele days. I watched Mama mia on a really bad download...I enjoyed it despite the lousy quality. Loved the dancing queen sequence....BUT yeah...wish they just dubbed his voice! I need to get this in DVD. Couchie...ITA on Quiana and Angela's voices. Quiana is great but not very unique. Angela can be a bit too screechy for me at times but she is more distinctive IMO. :bday2: TIJALA

This is it exactly for me. I mean Angela OWNS Listen...Beyonce's version is nothing compared to hers IMO. So I don't even compare the two because Angela's would be technically more perfect. BUT that impromptu duet...this is why I am still a fan waiting through the summer for any word from him. These unexpected moments of magic. To me...sterling Heights demonstrates Clay's musicianship. That was unrehearsed, it wasn't in his key, but whether he was on his low range or upper range he was pitch perfect and his harmony was right on. I just love the adrenaline of that moment. I don;t know what happened to Angela that night but I'm glad it did. I love Kyrie entrance too...but Listen will always win hands down with me.

Awww CG...yup those were fond memories!!! and I am a big M&S shipper too!!! I loved that montage...and Katee is my fave as well. She dances from within...just gorgeous!!! Scarlett....the trick with names ending with consonants? prolong the vowel right before. My daughter has always been...SAAAAAAAAAAAM. WAAAAH I don;t think we have Paula's party in Canada....thank god for the clack!!!

So how was xfiles heidi? I so want to watch it but I will have to drive 2 hours to go the the nearest multiplex..sigh. I will probably have to get the torrent...It was so funny how excited I became when I saw the trailer...I used to love this show!!! Yup David still looked hot in the preview I saw. Well for me...when I look at the situation I can't help but think that its true. I am looking at it with as much objectivlty as I can and it has nothing to do with wishful thinking cos I can go either way. But if I look at this logically... I just can;t help but lean towards true.

How about ... he drew a line in the sand when he said he was taking his life back and would not talk about his personal life? If he ever wants the media to get that message he needs to be consistent. IMHO. Sure it involves Jaymes too but I certainly could imagine her being on the same page. I also don't necessarily expect to hear one way or the other...ever. I'm sure if it's true, at some point, it will become obvious. But that doesn't mean that I think there will be some sort of grand announcement or Clay/Jaymes generated publicity about it. I also reserve the right to be not surprised if there is.... See Clay hasn't really been entirely quiet about his life to the media. The only line he has really made is about his sexuality and of course talking about the Ripa incident. But he has shared personal things before like his Paxil use. He also showed that he can be very protective of people he cares about like counter suing that woman who went after Faye. I think this whole thing would be less stressful for Jaymes if the media is not involved. One way to get rid of that is for Clay to say its not his. I just can;t imagine him not doing that if its the truth and if it will help Jaymes situation. Besides...why would Jaymes want the world to think Clay is her baby's daddy if its not true? The longer she keeps quiet about it the longer it would be assumed to be true and the harder to correct later on. I am thinking more like KF and couchie with this one and I wouldn't be surprised if People will get an exclusive about this baby in the future. Well I suppose we all would love it if he can say something about it. At this point I am waiting for August...when the baby is supposed to come. If the Fosters said they will give a statement after the baby is born...I think Clay will wait then too. If he still does not say anything...I will just have to deal cos its really up to him

Well I only need my master's thesis to get my degree...that is part of my 5 year plan. I would like to get my Phd sometime too. I figure the girls will soon be on their own in University. Time for the next chapter of my life. Right now I need to get ready for that.
