Finally saw The Office episode with Clay...loved seeing him crack up! It looked like he was really enjoying it! Mom and I have been marathoning this season starting yesterday, when we got through the bulk of it. We're down to the retrospective episode and the series finale. Kinda sad to see it end.

Are they cutting it back down to 3? I would definitely start watching again if Clay was on.... dunno if I'd listen to much else of it though. LOL So I have some news!! I know I've been more of a lurker lately but I just haven't had much to add to the conversation and I've been had plans just about every weekend for a few months. But I digress...the good news! I officially have enrolled back in college! I turned in my admission form on Monday to a local community college and I'm just waiting for my welcome letter. Once I get that I can go through all the rest of it, getting my student ID and registering for the class I want to take. And no, that's not a typo.... I want to start slow and just see how I do with this one class before I start piling stuff on myself and getting overwhelmed. I'm going to take Marketing 1010 which is the first and most basic marketing class. Eventually maybe I'd like to go back to taking French as well, the first 2nd language I learned which I still absolutely love but it's so rusty since I haven't used it in years. I'm SO looking forward to this fresh start and a new chapter in my life. I really hope this little step turns into something bigger.

I've seen so many people say they have that song stuck in their head! I downloaded Thankful4Clay's clack of the show but I'm afraid to watch the bit with that song in it. LOL

New tweets! This car sounds EXACTLY like mine!!! Pretty much dead, sitting in the driveway, tons of problems, only worth about $500 and would have to be towed to move it. I was dying with laughter reading it cause it was so on. The only difference is mine is a Ford Taurus! Haven't watched The Office..... Mom and I have the whole season in the DVR to see first before we get to the Clay episode. Doesn't sound like there's too much to spoil though! I'm enjoying the screencaps in the meantime. Our weekend is going well. Today Mom got part 1 of her Mother's Day gift: a Kindle Fire! I got her a Best Buy gift card back at Christmas to cover most of the cost but she's put it off, so it's kinda 2 in 1. It was on sale this week though which is why I said we should go. We got even more money off it when we bought everything to go with it, "bundling" so that was cool! She has to wait 24 hours to use it because we put a special type of screen protector on that takes at least 24 hours to install properly (it's the Invisible Shield; has anyone gotten one of these?). Tomorrow she gets the other half.

Throwing in my thanks for bringing in the recaps and updates as well. I'm so jealous of all of you seeing Drowsy, so any little bit helps! It sounds like he's fantastic in this role.

I saw some screencaps from The Office promo so yes, he's in it. The article now has me sad I can't make a trip to see the show! I'm gonna hope we get some super stealth clack from it.

{{{gbmifan}}} so sorry about your mom. That's quite a list of artists Zach got together! It's perfect for him though, VERY indie and I see a LOT of current European acts on there. Kinda cool to see Clay's name thrown in with all those.

I have never seen The Drowsy Chaperone, so has anyone here? Will Clay have to tap dance like that? ETA: Just read the article above. Way to go for NIP! I hope they get tons of exposure over the next year!

I'm the same way where I like a lot of things all at the same time, but Clay has always been first and foremost, and now I'm actually kinda having a real life and I'm getting really interested in a couple different things, and while Clay is "away".... It's easier for me to put those other things first. I guess I'm having a hard time realizing that, but in no way do I want to move on from Clay. I've been around too long, dangit!

I missed pretty much the whole intro because I happened to be texting another Clay fan (wut lol) but I caught the performance. I don't know where to start because I was apprehensive about this appearance. I will say he looked FANTASTIC. Like WOW really good! When I was watching on TV, he only sounded okay to me in the beginning, but hit the ending.... I just re-watched it again and realized that perhaps I was distracted in the beginning too because he was amazing throughout. The second time around too, I remembered something. BOTW was the first song I heard by him.... and at the time I didn't like it. Smack me in the back of the head if you want, I probably deserve it, but it's true..what the crazier thing is, (confession time!) I'm still not enamored by it.... His singing? Yes! The song? No........ I am still thankful he was able to get up there tonight and perform.... it made me realize that while I feel like I've been slipping away lately, he still has me wrapped around his pinky finger. I don't know why, but it's true! What I really wished is that he had more TV appearances coming up to better remind me why I'm still around. I'm thinking though I could use a healthy dose of clack this weekend including watching this performance several more times over.

I don't know why but ldyj you just made a great pitch for Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, and now I want to see it. So thank you! Crazy week you've had too... hope your hubby gets his iPad back. Fear congrats on selling the house!

What a scary situation for Clay! Why do people have to do dumb stuff like that? Really... gbmifan and jmh nice to see you both around. I know what you mean by not having a lot to say either, but I do have time on my hands... sigh. I actually forgot that we're doing the favorite outfits thing *oops*. But I found in my personal online journal (that sounds contradictory doesn't it?) an entry I wrote back in 2008 of Clay's fashion disasters up to that time and I can still laugh at it. In it though I did post some of my favorite outfits he's had so I'm just pulling from there. The theme apparently I have is that I like him dressed up more than dressed down.... AMAs 2006 -- Love a man in a tux. Love a good looking man in a tux. Love a good looking man with sexy hair in a sexy tux. *g* Niel Sedaka tribute 2007 -- His suit was flawless as was his hair and his voice that night. Just GUH. Spotted in Santa Monica, 2008 -- The buttoned up jacket makes him look so slim and the jeans give it a nice casual look... I specifically picked this version that's cropped because he's wearing some horrible sandals, but the look from the ankles up is drool worthy! Added bonus points for the sexy blond hair! My fashion disaster entry is public but I've never shared it before.. I know some may disagree with what I think is horrible clothing choices but if anyone's interested in seeing a large part of his fugly wardrobe en mass, just ask.

Well I'll be danged, Clay is driving an American car! (Being a Detroit girl born and raised I have my strong opinion and loyalties concerning cars......can't recall Clay having one of ours before.) In other news, nice to see him!

Okay so which one of you gave me their sickness? Just kidding. I'm actually just going to blame all my little rugrat cousins I saw on Easter Sunday. Plugged nose, plugged ears...moving down into my chest. Ick! I'm just kicking back and watching through Will & Grace while the Mucinex kicks this cold's butt.

Happy Easter everyone! We usually luck out and don't have to cook Easter dinner, and this year was the same. Hee! Went to Grandma's and she always has the goods.... ham, kielbasa, cheesy potatoes, baked beans and plenty of apps that everyone brings in. Yum!

Found a nice one of him in the teal... I have to give this good thought for favorite outfits....or just spend some time digging through my folders to find some. I had a couple off the top but I need to figure out the others now! lol

I just have 1 bracket and have had Miami in the final from the beginning. Pretty much the rest of my bracket has been broken since Day 2! LOL

He has officially blown up my phone! LOL I haven't read them yet, I want to wait till he's done to see how many exactly.

I grew up on Polish dill pickles and those are the ones I love the most today...I could probably eat a whole jar of those. LOL Can't eat bread and butter, sweet and pickle don't mix for me! The concert I went to yesterday was so good!!! I am in love with some of the pictures I got...can't wait to go through them.
