  1. This is definitely a better picture than the others. They were not exactly flattering. I can't say it's one of my favourite pictures though cos it definitely isn't, and I still don't think I'm quite used to the new teeth. I'm glad to see him again though. I miss him so much already. Here's some of my favourite pics of him. Couch Tomato wrote: Agreed. I thought he did really really well. I'm enjoying seeing it all again very much. Clay's commentary is bound to change somewhat though when he comes into it I would've thought.
  2. This made me laugh. I have a similar problem! I'm a nightowl too - I've had to be since the beginning of my Clay fandom - usually when I go to bed the people in America are just beginning their evening. I'll tell Kav she has yet another fan. If we get enough people making these comments, she might even start writing again.
  3. I'm so glad you decided on the action packed version first, I love me some Clay action! Thanks very much, yum, and well done, laughn I look forward to seeing the mellow version too. Oh and thanks to cha cha trusty for making that screencap into a gorgeous wallpaper, which is now on my desktop. Thanks for the welcomes and baby comments too. Off to watch Scarlett's fan video from GMA. I'm usually so quick to pick up on new clack but I missed those.
  4. Jumping in finally. Congrats Karen Eh? on your Row A tickets, sorry about your other troubles. I have to confess I haven't read all through this thread so I'm a little confused about the places you're going, though I did read something about Kazakhstan. Thanks for the pretty pics too. HOLY CRAP...that is ONE HOT pic............. I am now rendered speechless! Those Walmart screencaps are gorgeous, thanks keepingfaith! Glad you're feeling better now. Just to go back over the last several pages, me and FromClaygary have quite a lot in common I think, Anne Murray, (I have The Very Best of Anne Murray - very old now. "Our song" was Danny's Song.... "even though we ain't got money, I'm so in love with ya honey".... loved that one), also babies - oh and Carolina Clay too (lovely baby pics by the way). Our second grandchild arrived just over a week ago. Gracie Eleanor Also, I love knitting, stitching and all kinds of crafts, rug-hooking etc. Right now I'm really into knitting again though, and have just finished off a sweater for Kav from some yarn I bought in New Hampshire. Re school reunions, we don't tend to go in for them much over here in England. I think people are really glad to escape from school and don't want to go back!! I hope that Clay enjoyed his one though. I'm not sure I understand much of how to use this board yet - me and "instructions" don't go together, but thanks to the Admins for all the hard work. Waves to lilyshines and laughn! :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  5. I will have to tell Kav to come and read this thread, thanks Gibby. Luckiest1, I wish I'd gotten to talk more to you this summer, it would've been nice. I hope we meet again one day and can chat more. Thanks again for all the welcomes. :F_05BL17blowkiss: I'll get around to reading the main thread soon. Welcome to ellenpoppy too. I think I met you in New Hampshire too didn't I? Either that or my brain is addled.... don't answer that.
  6. Hee - thanks for all the welcomes. You have such great emoticons over here! Yep same person. I keep hoping she'll finish the fanfic she was writing but not sure it's that likely any more. She still loves Clay but waits for me to tell her what's going on these days. Welcome to all of the other newbies, should have said that before, including heartsocean, nice to meet ya! Must go read the other sections of this board now.
  7. I'm finally taking the plunge and posting. Wow it's only taken me two years!! So I'm a slow reader... Yeah that pretty much sums me up. Actually this one is closer to the truth these days. ----> Where do I begin. Well I'm English. Live in the South of England and if Clay ever decides to tour England then my house is open to everyone!! :laola0: Partay!!! I liked Clay's voice from "Take" but I didn't fall hook, line and sinker for him until he sang "Hello, is it me you're looking for?" into the camera one day and I said "Yes! Yes! Yes!" Before that I persuaded daughter Katy (Kavanaugh on the boards and my best Clay buddy) to watch AI and ultimately she was hooked before me. After AI finished Kav went to TTC and then I posted briefly there before going to WMS. I now post mainly at its successor, getclayaiken.com. I also sometimes post at the Clackhouse and Clayton's Place (though not that much these days). I'm a member at CV and the CB but mostly lurk. These days I mainly lurk most places. It's a combination of things really. The boards are changing, and sometimes I think it's hardly worth the effort of posting, since it seems you have to be so careful not to say the wrong thing, and my fandom although still very strong, has calmed a bit from those early days of posting. I've always been a bit of a fangirly type, not one for lengthy discussions particularly, but I enjoy reading all types of posts. Me and Kavanaugh have managed to see Clay 12 times in concert, starting with 3 times at the IT, 3 times at the Solo Tour, twice at the JBT and 3 times this last summer. I hope we get to see him again one day. Along the way we've made some incredible friends. I know so many names on this board, it's really good to see them all in one place! to all those I know but especially, YSRN, laughn, Shady, jmh123, lilyshine, sunburstoflight and merrieeee. I've had the best time with all of you and I hope we get together again in the future. I will try not to leave it 2 years before I post again. :F_05BL17blowkiss:
