AnAmeraikenInTX
Even though I have AI2 on tape and DVD and could watch anytime I want, it will be interesting, I think, to watch it on Rewind and the growth that Clay's voice has experienced since then will be so very evident as Rewind goes through the weeks! Ansamcw
Sigh...Girls came home from a track and field meet full of stories...so I ended up missing most of the chat. the superstar question... I guess this board is pretty much like minded in this. We all simply want Clay to be Clay...no need to follow some pre determined formula. I do believe he chose not to run after that elusive pop star title...he knows that other artist work on keeping in the public consciousness and I don't think he wants to do that. So I agree with Scarlett...all he has to be is Clay Aiken... the voice question...I do believe I was the one that posted that. Yup his voice has become fuller , and has more character and more soulful. I think he is gettiing comfortable with his voice since he does nto feel the need to go for the glory notes and have learned to be mellow. He also has put more texture tohis voice...gah...you all said what I wanted to say...so this is really superfluous.
atinal
Ansa, I missed you in this chat, I always enjoy your descriptions of Clay's vocal performances, so I'm glad you got a chance to stop in and post.
