My teacher couldn't open a .pptx (Word 07) file on his computer and I have the converter downloaded that opens Word 07 files with Word 03 so I offered to hook my computer up to the projector and everything to run the PowerPoint for him. He agreed, so everyone got to see my background. I don't know what people thought of it, although I did hear people saying his name several times--mostly in a question, like, "Is that Clay Aiken?" And then a girl asked me after class if it was and I said "yes" and she mentioned the whole Michael Sandecki thing. Also brought up how different Clay looked. LOL it's funny how you just take your background for granted. I was at a class and opened up my huge widescreen laptop and the whole class got a peak at Clay and Parker. hee. Sorry to hear we have lost a Clay fan. It sees like she did great work. I send out condolences to her family and friends. Lucky sorry I've been distracted lately so haven't followed links or been to your blog. Can you post a link to it again? I love cooking and it seems likt I am hooked on the food network these days and am trying all sorts of things. I want to make Guy Fiero's crab burgers next hee. Anyway, it seems like such a fun thing to do. I have like 15 diabetic cookbooks around here and haven't done one recipe. I should join in the fray. You are so right about the recession. I'm spending much more time in the kitchen rather than getting a quick meal out. Hell I think I've only ordered pizza about 3 times this year..that was a once a week thing. There was a Jimmy Buffet Concert at Nissan Pavilion last night. We didn't have tickets but we drove by and listened for a few minutes. Someday we are going to go to one of those! We have Parrot Head licence plates on our 72 Super Beetle. I have vowed never to sit on the lawn again tho and the reserved seats available were $127 + service charges. Her computer is completely crashed right now and she can't use it, so she called and asked me to let people know what happened. Whatever it is blocked her McAfee, so she can't do a scan. It download porn to her computer and won't allow her to use any of her browsers. That's all I know.
