ldyjocelyn
I see everyone is back in the swing of voting! Glad to see so many have returned! Here are your choices for today... #1 OR #2 Have a great day, and don't forget to vote at the top of the page.
cindilu2
Damn. I know I'm voting for the 'loser' today, but I don't care, I'm doing it anyway. I love everything about #1. The semi-profile, the lashes, the parted lips (oh, the lips), the fingers, the hair, the mic-grip. Everything. Sigh. #2 was a great moment, #1 is a great photograph. shenandoah2
Number 2...................I was there. Even with the voting being for the photograph itself, I just can't bring myself to vote against that special moment!!
cindilu2
I think about it like this: if I was going to show a stranger a photograph and say, without explanation or context, this is Clay Aiken - what would I choose?
achinforclay
Have to go with #2. I loved the IT and it brings back great memories.
Desertrose
Everything Cindilu says, except for the "looser" part, #1 for me. It is a winner!
muskifest
The only pic from that microphone photo shoot that really slayed me was the one of his long, tall, lean profile, his arm extended, hand clutching mic, head down....gah... I wasn't at Wilkes Barre but I remember how I felt when I watched the clack. It was a time that his 'real-ness' hit me---his soul was bared and I fell... ...more
Cognitogrrl
If I could put up only one pic at my work station, (other than my kids and grandkids) it would be #1 rather than #2. I also am voting for the pic rather than the moment, and what a YUMMMMY pic it is. One of my "jealous of the mike" pix.
tribeca
number 2 even if I didn't know what the moment was IMO you can see the love/emotion in his face I could not vote against that.

justclay12
Ooh, I love that photo that muski was talking about, and if that had been the other choice, I may have gone the other way, but I had to go for shmoopy face. It just touches my heart.
atthefirstnote
Today I'm voting for the heart and soul of Clay. It's just oozing out of picture #2.
HereforClay58
I think about it like this: if I was going to show a stranger a photograph and say, without explanation or context, this is Clay Aiken - what would I choose? That's a great way to play this game. Thanks for the tip! I choose #2. Clay is a suit...YUMMY!!
