Who won Project Runway??? I totally forgot it was on Wednesday....

I have 3 felines to add to the Clay Cat Patrol.....A senior citizen of 18, KiKi. She had been bounced around to several homes, had umpteen litters but was rescued 5 years ago........I thought my husband was going to divorce me over this one.......guess who she sleeps with????

A rescued male LH orange/white (Rusty) adopted at 8 weeks that is now 9 years and has the softest voice I have heard in a cat..certainly belies his size.

Lastly, my wonderful AJ, I have had him since he was 2 weeks old, bottle fed etc..solid black long hair....talk about piercing green eyes!! He is just the best!! Good with children, loving, playful, he is 7 years old. He is the only pet I would consider having cloned if I ever had the $$$$$$ to do so and I was much younger in years myself.

It's reached 100 in Baltimore today.....

Have a crabby husband because he can't get out in this heat and "piddle" around like he wants.

I never thought I would say this but I am soooooooooo glad Clay isn't on tour right now. I am 40 miles away from Baltimore, on the water and it is still 90+ and very humid. Baltimore could set new records the next 3 days for temps. over 100 +.

Clay, tour members and staff would be doing all kinds of suffering if they were doing outdoor venues like last year......and the fans??? Would there be enough EMT's available??? HOT Clay HOT Show?? HOT Weather????

The idea of a fall tour is sounding more and more attractive to me.

clay4shore, between your 84-year-old mother, and my 81-year-old-mom, it sounds like Clay has the attention of the octogenarian demographic.  But will they get past the HAIR issues?

My Mother has seen so many hair styles and fashion changes she isn't bothered by them.......as long as HER children, grandchildren etc aren't doing what she doesn't like......

Speaking of Moms...my Mother lives in WV and I live in MD. the week of 7/4 my brother and she came to family get together one of my cousins hels. My Mom is the last remaining sister from 5 sisters and she is 84 and I am no spring chicken either.

She also had the opportunity to visit 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons..ages 3 and 1. After a couple of days of visiting she and my brother came to visit with DH and myself.

She knows all about my feelings/reasons for liking Clay. Her Christmas presents the past 2 years have included a lot of Clay..she enjoyed his book and MDYK CD.

Anyway when we reached the family room and she saw some of my pin collection...the first words out of her mouth were "How do you like his new hair style?"

I had no idea she had even watched the show!!!

I love it when good conversations go on overnight at the other boards, and I wake up to the subtle hints of very good things to come indeed.  Why do I even bother trying to speculate or guess about what Clay is going to do next, since he is the master of the unexpected? 

Tiny eeeeeeeeeee's which I hope will soon explode into full-fledged, throated ripping, oxygen-depleting, so-excited-you-pass-out-for-a-moment EEEEEEEEEEEEE's.

I second this and raise it to anyone who dares sing any of the Elvis songs Clay sang during JBT AND any of the Elvis songs he did NOT sing, but that I imagine him singing the schnitz out of.

Well, someone asked for some old CLack and I was looking through my files when I ran into the 1997 Pieces of Gold MP3 that was found by Deborah760 and tweaked by Spotlighlover. I forgot I had it, wish it was video, but hey...

It is in the vault under early Clay, but for lurkers, I have 2 links -

One issue with this software, only one person can download at a time, if someone is using this download, it will tell you to try again, so wait a couple of minutes and try it again.  But it does not run out like usendits.  It does get bendwidth exceeded and then you haveto wait until the next month to download.

I had not heard that before....what was the occasion??? A play??

I haven't seen him live but one of my Meetup friends did in Vegas....she said he did Clay bashing, crotch grabbing and bashed MJ...she was upset because there were young children in the audience.

She regrets going to see him other than knowing what he does on stage. She said Clay could out sing, out perform, out class MB with his eyes closed and Mom/Dad wouldn't have to worry about their children seeing grabbing....

AWWWWWWWW!!! How adorable. A foot high. :o

On the night Clay sang TITN and BOTW....Randy said he hoped that TITN wasn't going to be his first single......was he worried even then that Ruuuuuuben would be in trouble with his sales????

The problem is Randy, Paula and Simon forget what they have said to whom....then it gets reported in a magazine/newspaper etc. and we the fans do not have selected memory and know exactually what was said....steel traps for a mind when it comes to Clay ya know!!

Forgot where I read it but per Randy Kelly and Carrie are the only ones who did the right thing..ie record the right song.

He stated Clay, Fantasia and Rueben did not choose the right song for their first single.

I was watching the College Women's BBall Tournament.....Yeah!! MD!!

Have zero idea about AL5 except Kenny Rogers was suppose to have assisted this week.....
