  1. GOD, I love that man so much!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep thinking that if Clay takes his career around the world, the eHP should just go ahead and open a travel/ticket agency. Just cut to the chase.

Yes, WORD, and I want to join the eHP!!

Earlier I started hitting quote on posts and soon realized nearly every post was being quoted, soooo, let me just say EXCELLENT posts to all and I loved reading your thoughts and I agree very much. This was a wonderful catch up read. Kudo's to all. :F_05BL17blowkiss:

  2. Oh, honey. It it hot, Hot, HAWT, and beyond that! A must read. All of Muski's stories are. Truly. Truly. Um hum. **insertgreatbigolthudrighthere**
Hot? Define hot. When I read the story, smoke poured out of my ears for three days.

I may have to pull that story out again tonight before bed.

Yes, yes, that's one description!!! But only three days??!!

Not sure why, but the old Cap't & Tenille song, "Do That To Me One More Time" just popped in my head while thinking about Muski's Clyra story!! Let me just add, lots of 'overs' wanted too!!!!!!!

    :clap::clap:

Thank y'all, Couchie and bottlecap!! There's not much in the WPB album yet, but I'm workin' on it!! :F_05BL17blowkiss:

    Edited to add thanks!! :F_05BL17blowkiss:

  3. Tampa - I finally finished my photos from Tampa!! Here are a few I especially like, and the rest are right here in AAIT's Tampa Album.

I tried not to repeat here any individual photos I posted earlier, but I really don't remember what all I previously shared, so.... Hope you enjoy. I played with a few finishes so there are often repeats of the same image but with different looks. I had a ball messing with this!!

  4. I have seen so many posts about the Muskifest's Clyra story I am sorely tempted to read it. But see, I don't have enough time for the Clay stuff I already do. I have one story I read and I don't need to get hooked on another one.

But tell me, is it HOT? Just wonderin'...

  5. I've been working feverishly on my Tampa pics for several evenings now and have them finished, but it's too late and I'm too tired to get them transferred to smugmug or photobucket for sharing, but I want to share! So, for tonight, here's a link to 5 photos I just posted at CV since they have a new deal where you can upload to the board. I'm just beat and have to get to bed.

    Hugs to all!

  6. Jerome looks like he's having a hard time keeping it together, here! Too funny.

oooooooo, this one too. And it's got a great interior shot of the venue. This was a beautiful theatre.

EEEEEEEE!! My first time ever to try and shoot video -- and it got quoted!!!!!!! Of course, I realize it was just for the subject matter, but that's also why I switched from pics to vid!! Wonderful few moments there - and he was sooooooooo close! :F_05BL17blowkiss:

  7. Clay will never sing "C'mon baby light my fire" in concert. He knows that would be an invitation to riot. Talk about a bloodbath!

Ohhh, but I can hear those words being sung/growled out of his gorgeous mouth and it sounds purdy. Lordie! :hubbahubba:

Our annual company picnic was this evening and I was one of the committee members so Claying was delayed until v.v. late today! What a great day y'all had! Wonderful reading.

I'm pooped!! It was a very successful event and I think a good time was had by all (the picnic).

  8. At the risk of incurring the wrath of the Green-Eyed Soul Lovers, am I the only one who doesn't like IYDKMBN?

    Kim

No rath, Kim! :F_05BL17blowkiss: IYDKMBN warms my insides. :eusa_whistle: Just love it. Hope so much to hear it live! It's my second fave from ATDW, w/ LAL holding top spot, of course. Then SSTBTHW comes in 3rd, or first if you're just talking the CD itself without the extras.

MOAM and RTM tied for my fave MOAM songs from the beginning and still are. Orlando's MOAM, just WOW. Even the photos display the emotion Clay was so beautifully emoting.

  9. What's your pleasure, FCA? heh...

Since you asked, full size, plez!!!

The crop is great too, I'm just really lovin' that original sized pic!!

    ======

I started playing with my photos toooo late tonight, and one just jumps off the computer monitor at me, so had to share... Hope you enjoy.

    Stunningly beautiful man.

    186965383-M.jpg

    Breathtakingly gorgeous man.

And on that, good night and Claydreams wished to all. BIG HUGS!!

  10. Muski, you're so welcome on the ticket! I'm glad it was a good seat - I thought it would be. We only bought those closer ones the afternoon of.... Good thing I'm not running a tally of $$, though it wasn't horrible for that ticket. Yes, he was SOOOOO CLOSE!! :allgood: Great NJU story!! I don't always speak up to folks I don't know, so it's better that you were in that seat! You got a GREAT story out of it! :da_best: :F_05BL17blowkiss:

Thank y'all for the picture compliments! It was fun! :F_05BL17blowkiss:

  11. (Is this the right place for this?) **crosses fingers**

I tried a little photography at the Tampa and WPB shows, and would like to share a few. Thanks to toni7babe, xxx4clay and jtgranny for helping me get the camera set! This digital stuff is a little different than film, with which I'm very familiar -- the response of the camera, your view through the viewfinder, etc., so I wasn't totally comfortable, but intend to keep on trying!! I LOVE the convenience and immediacy of digital!!

I LOVE messing with photos in my photo programs, so when I don't like the lighting or colors, I'll try something else. Hence, in this case, some sepia and B/W filtered images were done. There was even one image I like so well, I filtered it in color, two versions of sepia and B/W! These are just some favorites and there are many more images to work through. I just wanted to share something sooner rather than later!

Here's a link to my SmugMug account, where I will be adding more photos over time. There are a few photos or versions there that aren't posted here.

    Ohhh. So beautiful.

Eyes, lips, light stubble, hair,... what a view Ms. MicraPhona had!

The three of them. Too bad half of Q's face is blocked, but I liked this anyway.

  12. 070812_Knoxville_NotCoolBanter_stacia_large -- this file has Clay's comment about never being so close to kicking out an audience member. You can see his expressions pretty well, though it's more a long shot/semi-full stage shot.

Very interesting discussions today. I didn't mind the article by Ms. Pickle so much, but her blog felt harpy to me. If she can't understand why we'd go to multiple shows, then she just hasn't been lucky enough to have been bitten by that wonderful Aiken bug! Me, I'm thrilled for being bitten!! What's that old sentiment we have around Clay Nation? Something like if you get it no explanation is necessary, but if you don't, no explanation is possible... I still think there's a LOT of truth in that.

:Tour3: 3 more sleeps till Claytime again!!! Unfortunately, lots of work and other busy until then. Not much time for Claying in between for me this week.

    :F_05BL17blowkiss: and good night!

  13. lickiest, What a great recap.

Early this am, (about 2), someone on CV had recommended a section of Deborah's cellstream audio from the second half. It was TWYMMF, and lickiest, you're right that is the most of the song I've heard him sing, and he sounded great. Anyway, that's the first time I've downloaded the full concert, or in this case half, from this concert series. I was amazed (in the good way) at how clear the sound was. I'll be going back later to do the first half.

That might have been my 'find' in TWYMMF - good lord, I can't wait for the video of this! Anyway, in case my recommendation was what you saw, I'll post it here too - and I'm not sure why I didn't last night. Maybe the late hour and being tired?? Enjoy:

WOW and WHOA!! Clay's vocals on TWYMMF are some of the sexiest sounds I've ever heard him sing! Holy moly! Listen to all of it, starts about 26:50ish in deborah760's Set 2 from Ashville, but I marked these as the times that really got to me:

    27:52 to 28:07

    28:11-13

    28:38-53

    28:57/59 (just GAHHHHH)

    29:07-09

    29:15-17

    I think you'll enjoy this!!

And I second what CouchTomato said about deborah760's concert audio. I ALWAYS d/l it. It's wonderful to have clear audio that is all in one place! Gotta learn how to go back and chop it up into smaller pieces though, so it doesn't always start over at the very beginning when played other than on my computer!

  14. Just a quick hello and :F_05BL17blowkiss: !! Cali was fabulous, as you've read, and some here experienced. I wanna do it again!! And again!! And again!! And...... (You get the drift.)

Incredible concerts, Clay at his best, especially in Pala, wonderful locales, was thrilled to meet SOOOO many people for the first time, and see others again! It was just an absolutely perfect trip!!! Special **waves** to Claygasm and CouchTomato! Thank you so much for finding me at Joe's Crab Shack in San Diego and saying hello!! Of course, :F_05BL17blowkiss: to JaMar - as always, so wonderful to see you and spend time with the gang!!!

My trip was the 3-fer, but believe me, I've surely questioned myself repeatedly why I decided against the 4-fer. One of my less than brilliant decisions.

Life started back to busy at home so trying again to work out the balance between home and Claytime. Claytime is my favorite time.

    Lots of :F_05BL17blowkiss: :F_05BL17blowkiss:

  15. I'm still learning my way around here, but since this is not a 'sale' thing, the ticket thread didn't seem the right place to post. BUT,

Through a ticket trade that allowed a group of friends to all sit together, vjm and I have wound up with the following extra tickets for The Greek. We aren't selling these, rather hoping to find a home for them with board folks who would otherwise be unable to attend this show.

Anyway, we'd like the following tickets to go to a good home for use next Saturday night. They won't be in vjm's hands until that evening as they are to be picked up at Will Call on concert day, so we'll have to meet at the theater to get them to you.

If you are otherwise unable to attend this show and would like these tickets so you can attend, please PM me. They will be given away first come, first served. If they don't find a home in this manner by Monday evening, then we'll get them to TWWMAD immediately.

They should be pretty darn good tickets:

    Section B (left orchestra)

    Row E

    Seats 1, 3, 5

And sincere apologies if I should have put this post somewhere else! :F_05BL17blowkiss:
