  1. I feel the same way! I really enjoy reading here everyday even though I don't post much.
  2. HE BLOGGED, a must read. Also check out the Q&A thread....the hair answer is hilarious.
  3. Thank You!! Oh, you forgot one. We're not realists... I'd like to send every one of them a Mr Clean Magic Eraser to get that damn writing off their walls! They act as if Clay DID something to them. Good grief...who are the over invested ones. Whew...I didn't realize how much I neded to rant OMG, this is exactly how I feel. I have no sympathy for these people either. All their negative whining drives me nuts......they should start their own message board so they can all enjoy being miserable together. Clay is my fun hobby....no angst or worries from me. He's going to be around for a long time entertaining me and keeping me forever young. BTW, I love coming to this board. You all are so much fun. Maybe it's Jaymes' car. It takes me so long to compose a post, you're probably off on another topic by now.
  4. Cautiously coming out of lurkdom. Kim, from the first time I heard TRM, I felt he was singing this to a special person in his life, and after the baby news, I too think of Jaymes. I never thought of the word frailty as being feminine. I think a man's feelings and especially his ego are even more frail than a woman's. They just cover it up better than we do. I do love this song.
  5. Hi akim.....I also see some other familiar names here. :F_05BL17blowkiss: Sorry playbill, not watching AI this year.
  6. Hi, I've been lurking here since November, and really enjoy the positive attitude on this board. I made the mistake of reading some other boards before I came here tonight, and I just have to say you guys are a breath of fresh air. It's so refreshing not to have to plow through all the hand wringing and angst. I didn't find the interview depressing at all, but I'm one who tends to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. What's going to happen with the CD is going to happen. I have no control over it, so I'm not going to waste my time worrying. I'm just excited about hearing that cute singerman sing new songs to me. Back to lurking.
  7. Hi, I’ve heard lots of great things about FCA, and when I was in Vegas, I met several FCA members so I’m excited to join this board. I recognize some names on the board, and am looking forward to getting to know everyone. My home board is Claversity. DH and I will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in March. I have two children and two grandchildren. We are fortunate to live within three miles of our kids, so we see them and our grandkids often. I live near Grand Rapids, MI but spend the winter in Punta Gorda FL. I loved Clay’s voice from the beginning, but he totally captured my heart when he sang “To Love Somebody”. Being a Clay fan has given me so much joy, the opportunity to meet new friends, and feel like a teenager again. I’m having a ball. BTW I love your emoticons.
