We didn't get much rain..one storm blew through this morning..there was a tornado sited in Peotone which is south of us; but I don't think it touched down. Very windy right now and more wind expected tomorrow but temps in the 60's..on the bright side at least it isn't snow! About the test...the teacher mentioned that some students lost points because some of the questions were two part questions and they missed the second part...I had a big old grin on my face because I knew I hadn't missed those! Kim

No rain here on the south side of Chicago but plenty of wind; did not sleep well last night...oops just looked out the window..it is raining but lightly. Both Sides Now...beautiful but also very sad...seems very personal to Clay and it was actually a little uncomfortable for me as it seemed as if Clay was letting us into his persona thoughts for a bit. The lyrics are very telling: Bows and flows of angel hair and ice cream castles in the air And feather canyons everywhere, i've looked at cloud that way. But now they only block the sun, they rain and snow on everyone. So many things i would have done but clouds got in my way. I've looked at clouds from both sides now, From up and down, and still somehow It's cloud illusions i recall. I really don't know clouds at all. Moons and junes and ferris wheels, the dizzy dancing way you feel As every fairy tale comes real; i've looked at love that way. But now it's just another show. you leave 'em laughing when you go And if you care, don't let them know, don't give yourself away. I've looked at love from both sides now, From give and take, and still somehow It's love's illusions i recall. I really don't know love at all. Tears and fears and feeling proud to say "i love you" right out loud, Dreams and schemes and circus crowds, i've looked at life that way. Fabulous evening last night, but I am so tired! I think the best part of Clay's concerts is meeting friends..so nice to see LdyJ, Luckiest 1 and Cindy...wish I had been able to meet more of you. We had a booth in the back but smack dab in the center..just perfect! He was funny and sang great and just a fun time was had by all. Can't wait to see clack to relive it.
