Leaving today to my sister's house, will be picked up by travel buddies early tomorrow for my first clay roadtrip, concert tomorrow night, wow can't believe it, we've been planning for so long!!! can't wait to see him in the flesh!!!! :04:

He goes again at the end of the month,aikim. I hate for him that he is getting worse rather than better. Hopefully it'll reverse when he can keep the cast off. He always tries to do too much. :rant:

Yes I'll be in NYC and Verona, my first concert is Hampton Beach. In NYC I'll be sitting next to Scarlett!!! LOL about FCA handshake or arm signal!!!!

Wow first concert Tuesday night!!! my co-worker was telling me that I was quite calm while I was doing my charting, she expected me to be so hyper, was keeping in till end of shift so I wouldn't forget anything since I'll be away from the hospital for 3 whole weeks yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! The guys and girls are getting quite a workout in the show! good to see a big man like Ruben moving so well! he's quite in shape I guess, and the Spamalot experience has helped Clay too I'm sure. I'm so looking forward to August 10th! I just love the music in the show and they are both great showmen!!!

There is a thread over there for volunteers to cap the PBS stations when the Tried and True special airs. The main show will be the same, however, some of the stations Clay is actually visiting and others the commentary by the hosts might be of interest. SO here is the list of stations that have dates and no cappers. If you are able to record on a DVR, DVD recorder anything that you might have, that is the most important. THEN we will try to figure out how to get it back off.

Got my clay package too yesterday! Went to Walmart today, got my hair colored, cut and styled, will just need a little trim before claytrip in 3 weeks. Looked around for a few things afterwards and happen to fall on one lonely T&T cd, first one I've seen there since it came out, just couldn't leave it there

That's true- if you don't have your OFC account set up to notify you about pm's you won't get an email. Just click on 'dashboard' and if you have a pm it will say so there.

CH has a comprehensive list of all the PBS stations and when they are scheduled to air the Tried & True special. I have just discovered that my satellite package includes two PBS stations...Boston, MA and Seattle, WA. Strange but true! So wheeeeee for August 1st in Seattle! :)

Thanks for the list! so far the 2 stations I get with my cable don't plan on having the T&T special on. (Plattsburg NY and Burlington Vt)

Things are working out in the end for the reservation change of the fan at DaysInn in Chicago. Plans are being made for this trip!!

Hello everyone, found out last night that the fan who was going to have me room with her in Chicago couldn't change her reservation as it was made online not changeable to double. So I'm asking if anyone would have room for me to share please pm me. There is also a possibility of another fan who is deciding this week if she is buying a ticket from another fan and I might be able to get a room with her.

I'm glad to say that the fan who wasn't able to change her reservation, called back again then she was could upgrade to 2 beds but will be charged the extra. That was real nice of her to make that 2nd call.

I'm making plans to go to the concert in Chicago and I'm looking for a place to stay for 2 nights Oct 13th and 14th. I have a group that is flying in too but they are already full in their rooms at the Belden-Stratford and we are planning to hang out together and it would much more convenient to be at the same hotel. It would also be easier to find a ride from the airport and back. Thanks in advance. Or if someone is staying at another hotel walking distance to the Belden I could manage that.
