  1. merrieeee!!!!! I've missed you and hope you had a lovely time in Jolly Olde England! Welcome back to the land of heat and humidity. (I'm so sorry to hear about your cat.) Regarding AI, I've always thought Clay would love to be a judge on that show. When he said on LKL last year that he'd go on AI every week if he could, I thought then that he'd really like to sit on the judging panel. I've never thought that "Idol" doesn't like Clay, but tension between certain individuals like Cowell. Clay has expressed good feelings in the past for Fuller, don't know if that remains however, but I think Nigel Lythgoe is pro-Clay, not to mention behind the scenes people like MIchael Ormand who seems very positive on Clay. Now I see that AI has a "Clay" question on their home page regarding which runner-up would you like to return: http://www.americanidol.com/ My DC/Virginia family leaves today so I hope to have a window of opportunity to spend some time online before the relatives from Spain arrive next week. After that .... I'm going to Florida to see Clay!!!! For now, just about every second I have to get on the computer is Clack controlled. There is ever so much pretty and hot to see these days.
  2. Thanks for the great read, KAndre. More please, as soon as you catch your breath! And, jmh, you know what those pictures are doing to me, don't you?
  3. I have been preoccupied with the visit of my daughter from Virginia for the last few days, but not too busy to watch some of the Clack from last night, or to ogle the gorgeous pictures. CG, those are hot, hot, pictures. Clay is looking more delicious than ever. And he's never sounded better. After listening to almost all of the Newark Clack, I am in near meltdown from toni7babe's TOA. After watching that brilliant piece of work from last night, I am convinced that this song should have been pushed, and if the record label wants to make some money and further Clay's career, maybe they'll think about it. If people from the label were at the show last night, and if TOA sounded as good live as it did on the video - *g* - then somebody somewhere should be thinking seriously about a future for it. For me, it's become a great song, and a great song for Clay's voice. I thought he was totally immersed in it last night, and his phrasing was glorious. He's been singing it great from the beginning of the tour, and it caught my ear early on, but never so much as from last night's Clack. Did he sing RHW in Newark? I haven't found that one, or WY, so I hope somebody got those two.
  4. Diva! Have a Beautiful Birthday. Loved the "Baroque Ode" -- You give presents on YOUR birthday. How sweet! :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  5. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KANDRE!!! PARTY HEARTY! :F_05BL17blowkiss: :00003653: :7252: :bier:
  6. Oh Dear God! Where is the gif of that finger at the end of RHW? He is amazing and this tour is beyond words. That finger has me hypnotized.
  7. This forum is not only the best ... it is quickly becoming the "only-est" for me. I still check around at OFC and post occasionally if the spirit moves, but this has become home. As far as the other "major" boards are concerned, I check them out occasionally and can find some very good things in these other places ... to a point ... but it never fails that eventually I get to stuff that qualifies for the Dead Horse Society and when the pounding starts I say, "Time to get back to FCA!" I now find I'm venturing out less and less. Anything of interest that I find anywhere else is either already here or on its way here, and then there's all the stuff that originates here ... so I'm all comfy cozy here in my Clay love with all the rest of you lovers! :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  8. I just watched the SH Clack of dlh7777's ETYGA, and there's no way that anyone will ever convince me that Clay Aiken is not the coolest guy on the planet. Judge me if you will, I stand by it.
  9. Count me as one who appreciates a good jam. To hear Clay and Quiana lay it down without rehearsing, just going on instinct, made it exciting and ultimately extremely satifying for me. Too often these impromptu efforts are not up to par, but I thought they both rose above the occasion. Loved it. As far as MOAM is concerned, he has sung the insides out of that song every night. MOAM was meant to be sung with an orchestra and Clay gives it everything every single night. Don't get me started on Without You ...... that one is blowing my mind. I intentionally didn't listen to RHW tonight on the cellcert. I want to wait and watch the Clack. I want to see him sing it. I just hope he wasn't so busy swatting mosquitoes he was distracted. I always believed that Clay would open the show this tour with either Right Here Waiting or Here You Come Again. So now he's opening both halves with these songs. I can't wait to watch RHW!
  10. YAY! Cindilu and Lickiest love RHW, too! I'll never forget the first time I heard it on the Clear Channel Sneak, on my headphones. It was so good I cried -- and as a general rule, I'm not one to cry about much of anything. But that night, RHW, EID, and BW really got to me.
  11. Well, what I want is RHW extended to Florida, because those are my next concerts. There's nothing better than cranking up RHW!!! I hope the strings are up to the task tonight ... and the guitarist! This stream just SUCKS!
  12. I wonder if "Terry" is there this time?
  13. CV stream is pretty bad. I hope it clears up enough to get a good listen to RHW. One of my top favorites on the album. ***thudding*** in anticipation! Would also looooove to hear IYDKMBY and although I don't really want any songs replaced at this point since I love everything he's singing, maybe he could add on an ENCORE somewhere along the line?
  14. From the hip shake to the pelvic thrust -- definitely approve of the new direction!
  15. So nobody has watched dhl7777's Listen yet? I'm still on the floor.
  16. What's been in my head is Listen. Color me one who thought Angela did a fabulous job on this song .... but OMG how I love hearing this as a C&Q duet. It was in my mind when I went to sleep last night and I was singing it on the freeway this morning. Now, to make it even better (worse?) the clack is up with the camera lens looking directly at Clay. You gotta see this one. Now this song is not only in my ears, it's in my eyes and all over my brain. It's dhl7777's video and not to be missed. Don't waste a minute getting this one in your face.
  17. OMG It's all of him that does it. That long, lanky body and the perfectly tight jeans and sexy shirt ... yeah, he's too sexy for it ... and the line of that whole picture. Just GAH and GAH, and then I'll raise myself another GAH! I'm also looking at those smooth, sleek arms. I like the furry arms, but these aren't bad at all. Very nice to look at this very well put together firecracker.
  18. Oh God Yes. Maybe I have a different idea of what he does consciously or unconsciously due to AI5 when I fell under the sway of this man. What did it for me was that he KNEW. I never thought he knew before, I'd always believed that he had no idea whatsoever, but that night last year I knew he knew and he was letting the whole world know he knew and it was so attractive and magnetic that it had a historic quality about it. And that's when I knew, and I just gave. I wouldn't bet a cent that Clay Aiken is not supremely aware of every move he makes. So fortunate for him that he's a natural. It's completely natural. He's got it. He knows it. We know it. Hundreds of people waiting to have him touch their hands know it. I rest my case.
  19. Oh joy! My first legitimate controversy! First, I take for granted that absolutely everyone knows how much I love the Classics and I've not missed any of the Clack of it so far. ldyjocelyn, I get your point that he's sexiest when he doesn't know it, and I agree to a point ... but HTH can he not know it by now? All I have to do is look at the Martha video to know he so knows and can throw out the hottest EF's known to womankind, seriously. But the question, LadyJ, is ..... Does he know he's so DWEAMIE???? :F_05BL17blowkiss: I liked OPP without the jumping because his body movements to the rhythm were .... can I still say right on? Well, he had me believing he was down with OPP. Yeah is probably my favorite of all of them and I'd like to hear him do the song straight through. It slays me. Sexy Tractor was and is still fun, but he's killing SexyBack by making it too much of a parody when he can really bring it 'cause I've seen it with my very own eyes. Opposites Attract is, for me, so far, TULSA, maybe because he did that little number right in front of me, all hip action. Fashizzle notwithstanding. I don't know, Dr. KAndre, should I take my temperature? Possibly I have a touch of something going around ... The Aiken Flu or the NeedAnotherConcert Blues? Or could I just be in a weakened state due to lack of exposure to The Light. Clayzorback and lightmyfire, do ya'll remember the torchbearers at OFC? You gotta remember the "villagers" who were constantly asking if it was time to "light the torches." (I presume to storm the Frankenclive Castle at the direction of Burrrrrrgermeister.) I'm glad to finally be able to laugh at that crap. WHAT IS KILLING ME NOW: Clay taking that drink of pinkwater and saying "I'm a man." Oh baby, that one I'll watch a ***few*** times.
  20. Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy .... now I simply can't be a pollyanna because I have a criticism, yes a criticism!!! After watching the Classics Clack from last night, I decided that Clay is absolutely ruining this brilliant bit by playing it too heavily for slapstick. He can be cool with it, and he can be funny, but he's running the risk of not being either when he's too over the top with it. In Frisco, Houston, and Tulsa -- my three (so far) -- there were some authentically hot performances laced into the medley which have been lost these past few days in the exaggerations he's putting into it. Somebody should tell him that he's legimately hot on a few of these numbers and should stop jumping around like Froggie during OPP, or completely going Hee-Haw on the country songs. Even on "party all night" he's making it too campy to be sexy lately. If someone did, in fact, tell his mama that he's being "vulgar" on stage, could this have affected the performance? I sure hope that since he has gone through puberty and all, that he'll realize that, ahem, we have too. I think he's genuinely sexy as hell, and I like it when he acts like he knows it.
  21. Could someone tell me at what point in the concert the "I'm a Man" comment occurs? Was it in the first or second half? SLC has a lot of Clack from Philly and if anyone doesn't have this info, I'll be forced to watch every single bit of this Clack just to find that comment. On second thought, I think I will watch every single little bit of the Philly Clack. Nevermind.
  22. Do they? Are there people that think he doesn't have a nice hot little ass? I guess it's those people who like big butts as much as Clay does!
  23. My personal opinion is that when a fan starts talking about the ghoulish, blood-dripping Clive, whom they blame for short-circuiting Clay's career by refusing to release the phantom album of Christian Contemporary rock songs that must have been called Imagining Clive Dying a Horrible and Painful Death and, further, they ridicule others who don't buy into this complete load of crap and, because even though many of them have called for a boycott to "teach Clive a lesson" they are nonetheless incensed when they can't find copies of ATDW to boycott at their local record stores, especially after writing "It's all Clive's fault" reviews and throwing them out on iTunes and Amazon, and, of course, carrying this sickening message to as many boards as possible in a vain and pathetic attempt to control FanThought, including calling ATDW a dismal failure and an embarrassment ... and when certain folks seem to fall prey to this crazy message out of fear that Clay's a victim of career sabotage and these people become so incredibly scared that Clay will be going out of their lives forever that they run screaming into the night clamoring for the head of Crypt-Keeper Clive ..... Thaaaaat's a Poddie. My definition.
