    From berkely at CH: Clay's reading letter Q got from fan unhappy with Clay's appearance. Letter writer said to go to Clack Unlimited - "That guy was hot sexy gorgeous. What happened to that guy?"

    Clay's laughing.

    Goes on --- "Maybe he wants to have a heart attack at an early age or keep up his oild dorky image."

    Clay's laughing harder.

    He said he'd be waiting for that fan after the show.

    Now he's adding "Krispy Kreme" and "getting fat" to "When I See You Smile".

    Today is also the official second birthday of the OFC! :clap:

    As you know if you read the LAP & LACIE portion of my current blog, Sally surprised me with 30 movie DVD's that she recorded during the past month. I watched the first one last night, but -- er um -- have other plans for tonight! :lol:

    I love this band!!!! Hee.

    Me, too! Playbiller, I saved every single member of that band. :lol:

    I think the medleys are set though.

    I do too. As a matter of fact, I think the show itself is pretty much set. Maybe Jesse will have worked on another arrangement or two, but I think for the most part that Clay likes the show as it is. And I've got to come in and support the TV medley.

    Messed up that quote -- but I agree with all of this. As Clay says, the audience will sing along -- and they have. Me, too, at odd moments throughout the day! :whistling-1:

    Adding to Treenuts' post about "What We Do Know" ... at CV, Eleid paraphrased a Saturday radio interview with Sunny 106.5 FM Las Vegas. She let me include this in my blog and is in hopes there will be a link on the station's website soon. Clay did the interview sitting on his kitchen counter in his pajamas. They talked about the skating special, the hoopla over the airplane incident, etc. :)

    JaMar, I agree -- I think the show is pretty much set; and there would be riot if Clay messed with The Classics. He is actually getting some pretty good press with that medley.

    Love all the pix that have been posted here. Thnx for directing me to the photo album links. I lost mine when the computer crashed in March and have been rebuilding my list. Karen Eh, your B&W's are amazing. The ones in color, too! :clap:

    KarenEh, I enjoyed the Frisco memories and the B&W! Amazing_CA is visiting her family in the Philippines until July 27. I sent an email today informing her she already has lots of wonderful graphic material awaiting her return. :lol:

    Karen, you in particular are responsible for many of my most inspired moments. GAH! You take good pics my friend. :Thud:

    Clack overload has me in a constant Aiken Fog, actually the topic of my latest blog. I have it so bad that LAP (laptop) and LACIE (external hard drive) had to take over writing duties. Thnx to JaMar for letting me L&L share some of her concert/handshake line experiences. There are three others, too.

    Just tried Google, and there are 487 articles about the airplane incident that has been described with every adjective imaginable. This thing still boggles the mind! :imgtongue:

    Lookie what I found at CNN.com!

    At least they use a current picture - VERY current, as in Frisco!

    Interesting how that word "apparently" has crept into the headline. I copied several earlier: Clay Aiken Involved in Airplane 'Disturbance' ... Aiken Involved in Air Rage Row ... Clay Aiken Part of Mile High Altercation.

    Just curious -- do PM's here work similarly to CV, i.e., a member receives notification when entering or refreshing a page? I'm writing a blog that I need to hear back from a couple of folks. :)

    JaMar, thank you for that fabulous recap! The CV cellcert has been so underwater, and I had no idea about some of the banter you shared, especially with Quiana and Angela. I just received some email about the plastic bottled water bit this week. :lol:

    The description of Clay turning toward the cellist and sharing the spotlight on LAA is lovely and sort of what we have gathered from the Clack. I almost teared up reading about BYLM. No way will I make it through this song live! :)
