It was a commercial for a car..sorry can't remember which, but they did a take off of Ferris Bueller with Matthew Broderick..had him calling in sick like in the movie and then driving the car all over town and re-creating some of the scenes from the movie..it was cute..one of the better car commercials I saw. I enjoyed the game; like when they are close and not blow-outs and the end was very exciting, glad the Giants won. None of the commercials this year wowed me..I was pretty disappointed. Did like the Ferris Bueller take off and the Doritos commercial with the dog bribing the guy. Not a Madonna fan so I took the opportunity during haftime to clean the kitchen. Thought Kelly did fine on the SSB..much better than other renditions I have seen recently. Didn't like America The Beautiful..too countrified and slow for me. Kim

Yeah, I don't get the idea that it is okay for fans to bitch at Clay but he is supposed to just keep his mouth shut and take it and when he does say something..get all offended because he dared to criticize the criticizers. I am guessing this same people wouldn't take too kindly to anyone telling them how to do their job and what they should and shouldn't do to be successful at it. Not saying fans don't have a right to their opinion or to voice it, but if they are going to voice it on a public forum like twitter and I do believe that is what Clay was responding to..than they need to expect a response in return. Been reading around and some people are not happy with him calling him a ass and a cry baby. I sorry but if they can be nasty to him he has the right to state how he feels. Love him, and even though I have all the songs I will buy at least one copy to have. I bought the Playlist and had all the songs and I do put it into my CD ever once in awhile. I am so tired of people saying his career is over and that he better sing better songs. I may not like every song on the cd but love his voice!! You know..if these people are so fucking unhappy then why don't they just leave and find some singer who will do everything they want and sing what they want..obviously Clay isn't doing it for them. I think this is a wise decision; I think there is a lot of uncertainty about sales after Tried and True and it makes no sense to me for him to put his heart and soul into a new CD with new songs and see it fail. I think they are just waiting to see how CA pans out and what kind of reaction he gets...he is getting new followers on Twitter and I expect that to increase when CA starts, but that does not necessarily translate into CD sales or concert sales. I hope it does, but I can certainly see taking the cautious route right now. Kim
