Well sabrina disappointed me tonight...I think I just expect the pimpage spot to be really good. But the song choice was boring and Simon was right she wa shouting more in the end so was not happy with that. just saw Gina on review yikes...she was off key. Not a good performance for her IMO.

Not really loving Hley cos she hit some bad notes in the end. She is a pretty girl and I think I actually liked her better last week.

Yes this was my problem cos they were in the glory notes...she knew how to save them, but it takes away from the effectiveness of the whole performance. Claygasm...from what I remember, Simon was really cheering for Tamyra...but once she was gone he was on Kelly's camp. The thing with Simon, its easy for him to spot the obvious winners like Carrie...pretty and a good country voice. He gets too distracted by the outer appearance. I just saw American Idol Rewind and he didn;t even want Kelly in the top 30...put her in the maybe group. So I really can;t agree that he was in her camp through the competition. He always says that the resutls of Season 2 was right...so to me that means he thinks that Ruben deserves AI title more than Clay....Which I think he is totally wrong on. For me his only real good prediction was Carrie...and Chris. Leslie has a good tone to her voice...is but she was a bit pitchy and flat... Another Cannon Fodder...so who gets pimp spot??? this girl was lucky the back ups covered her bad notes in the end.

Hee I was wondering who sang that song. I do think Randy gave her constructive criticism...just no need to copy Beyonce...she has to get her own style. But she was very very good. And her outfit was hot...a bit OTT but really looked good on her.

Antonella really shouldn't have directly challenged Simon. Now he will just be catty about her all night. But yeah, Antonella, just sing well...like Jorgin

Simon is right she is worse than last week... hee she has become feisty...but Simon, you were not very impressed with jennifer...you were not impressed with Kelly...you didn;t even want her through...you were wrong in thinking Ruben would be more successful than Clay. So far the only one he was right about was Carrie and his opinions of Taylor and Chris.

Oh I would love a sing off between Melinda and Lakesha. I don't think it would be a shout off belting OTT either. They both showed tonight that if you have a beautiful voice and good phrasing and great musicality...you can make old classics exciting and you can be mellow.

I missed Gina...Alaina...I agree with Simon... I actually like that Lakehsa dialed it back. ITs good for her to show that she does not need to be OTT everytime... I agree with Simon...she needs better styling advice... Melinda...I love her voice...wow...I would love her version of this song. GAH!!!! she is fantastic!!! wow!!! I would give the edge to Melinda this time over Lakesha...

cos they are trying to cast the top 12 now...they need some cute guy to keep the young girls interested...I think they want chris more than Sanjaya at this point. GAH I hate this dedication bs...I'm just not feeling all these sentimentality... Ok...this is the sundance I was expecting after his audition...much much better. He should stick to this style.. that was good...and I was ready to write him off.

Bad performance ....bad vocals...and pitchy...and his wide smile looks more manic ..if you are feeling a song...please change your expression a bit.

This guy is getting a bit flat on some notes...but I am digging this song...and must be really hard song to perform...who sang this originally??? ok they mentioned the name...and I think he did a pretty good choice... wow...simon...I saw the original Keane video of the song he sang last week and realized he was also copying the song...IMO... what is smart about this choice, it is not a well known song so who cares it the first part was copycat...at least he threw in some originality which is something at least...

I don't agree with the good voice...it just sounds weak...it could be raspy ..but too airy for me... I do agree that I like the drummer best...hee

Ray LaMontagna...I think he is also a favorite of Kelly...I think she sang one of his songs. Well so far Chris is front runner tonight...followed by AJ. If you would be karaoke...at least be good karaoke...

I think I heard a bit of it...not really a big jazz fan but what I heard sounded good. I do hope chris impresses me tonight...I want to cheer for at least one guy...his hair irritates... didn;t Taylor sing this last year...he is doing a better job at least ok...I can hear the good tone this time...good stage presence...ok lost it in the last glory note...but it was good.

Boring???that was just dead... I had such hope for him when we first saw him and his sister...but I bet he gets to top 6...

yup ...I think a good make over will make him really cute. I just hate that hair is this another buble??? he totally has no personality here...but at least he has better vocals than some token young cuties in the past...
