They were not doing it as a cohesive group... and did you all notice they gave the girls two songs to sing and the guys just one. Melinda thoguh has a ahrd time sounding pop, but I love her. kinda cute commercial.

YEah there really were too many that sucked. I am not srurpised that Sanjaya is still there...I think he will go once the mediocre people are gone. The teenies and VFTW people are just too determined to keep him in.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEE muski I got my shuffle on too. did I tell y'all what happened to my ipod...I died on me last year...and that is one of the things I was saving for this year...and last week...in comes my hubby with my ipod...HE was able to fix it. He just thought he should open it up see if he can fix it and he saw that the HD was lose on its mounting...he tightend all the screws and viola ...my IPOD is like new again...and this happened jsut before I got sick...so it was great timing. with me is the beatles, sting, coldplay, Clay, motown classics, Switchfoot, broadway, etc. Its incredible whenever Clay comes on. HE truly fits in with all the great singers and musicians out there.

Oh perfectly KAndre, perfectly reasonable... The last non christmas concert was TWO WHOLE YEARS AGO...we are so freaking entitled to as many shows as we can afford...HEH I do want to go to a cluster of shows...so either Cali...NC or any other set the FCA may want to go to. This is soooo exciting!!!!!

Me too... did I tell y'all that my husband is so supportive of it. I told him I might go a long weekend and he encouraged me to go for longer so its worth it...and financially I have been saving...so ....EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Now we just have to decide where to go!!!!! Ranking.... Melinda...she gave me goose bumps..and teared up a bit. Lakesha...great vocals but seemed restrained. Jordin...It was good but a bit pitchy Gina...great songs chocie...a bit dead Stephanie...lacked some oopmh Phil ...the one that had the most passion among the guys...but still pretty pitchy and strained Chris S....good vocals...but atrocious arrangement...totally didn;t understand the song Blake...good arrangement...but lousy vocals Haley...seemed too nervous but looked good Brandon...boring and bad vocals Chris R...exctiing but excruciating vocals Sanjaya...you really should go home...

OMG...I hear this song almost every week .. The songs is too big for her...she is doing fine...but not really excellent.... hee flubbed the last notes... NAH...not that good Randy... Its obvious simon and Paula have no kids...Land before time is a classic with my kids.

GOD this guy has very weak vocals too...but at least it seems fun. Oh my god....now he is butchering it... I don't even recognize it cos he is so off tune... ....yuck his high range is sooo flat and the flasetto is a mess... OMG...DIANA must be cringing...her beautiful songs they are being butchered. Thank god for Simon...yes it was dreadful...

Stephanie is doing very well I think...This was a good choice except its the one song tonight I am not familiar with...I don;t know if its that popular a song. oh so there is the disco part that she didn't sing? Maybe that is why I didn't recognize it. Yeah I agree with Simon;s assessment...it did miss a lot of ooomph

sorry but to my ears he was pitchy from the beginning and his voice was just that much thinner than his past performance. I wanted to like it...I loved what he was showing Diana...and I disagree with thejudges about the arrangement. But his voice was all over the place on that one and he was drowned out by the band...

I dind;t think the change was that much ...as much as Chris did...I liked what he did with it. but the vocals was just such a mess that I would ahve to put him behind Chris S.

I like what he did with this...I wish I liked the quality of his voice better....I liked the arrangement better than his performance... Ouch he is so pitchy....ouch... too bad...great arrangement lousy vocals.

yeah I think thats the problem...I have heard this sang so well in the past...that it would take an extra ordinary arrangement and fantastic vocals to do it...She defintiely has the vocals and performing ability to do a great version..so I think its the arrangement...its too ordinary.

Loking forward to this...dont; disappoint... pretty good...but a bit too restrained for me...but she is great...love her.

Yes Simon said it exactly...his range is not that good ...maybe he needs better technique but its like he is about to miss the note...he is just shouting that...with Clay that would not be a problem....
