I'm not feeling Cameron Diaz's look tonight... YAY I love happy feet...but I love Cars too...so I was torned. But I love the music in this movie... Oh yeah loved Al and Leo...but it seem like Leo was waiting for a SO for Al...too bad.

Well it was better fitting than my moms gowns but I never liked heavily beaded bodices...I think I liked her GG gown better.

I'm sorry DJs but I think we ought to let Clay be Clay!!! you know he likes his unmatched stripey socks!!! I know its unique...Its hard to put that in a box...you can;t even find them in the stores like that. But Clay ought to make his own personal mark on style...everybody matches socks....but thats just people trying to make you conform!!! Some people may think its lame or uncool to wear unmatched socks....but that's what makes Clay cool....he is so uncool that he is ...COOOL so don;t touch the socks I say.... let Clay be Clay!!! glad to see you posting dreamlarge...and a big WORD to your post. As much as I would like Clayfans' antics to be seperate from Clay's story...it will never be. The reason why I was oppsoed to a big splashy gift on Kimmel was the money that got wasted and the fear that the short segment he would have will be taken up but the gifts...but thankfully, the Kimmel people were wise not to focus on the gifts during the segment itself. But in M&J...the situation was very different. It was dubbed the Clay day...and they were really going to do a fan segment...so I was glad Cookie got to represent the fandom. Except for the fact that I would be embarrased to ride her car...(cmon I can;t even wear a Clay t shirt with only his name ontit) I thought she was very personable and poised. I really don;t have a problem when fans get singled out by CLay...I love hearing Ethel stories or M&G stories...I' enjoy it when he talks to a fan and I don;t blame anyone for wanting to meet him. My only no no of course are stalking...inappropriate touching...and fans who take advantage of other fans generosity or those who use clay to make money...oh and chasing his limos. If a fan got lucky enough to get a one on one encounter...I truly am happy for them.

My tips for enjoying Clack...never check certain boards for real time reactions. If you want to Chat about the appearance come to FCA or set up a chat with like minded friends...DO NOT check certain boards for real time reaction...have fun with the clack first...talk about it among friends and squeee before checking the other boards. That way no one can take that inital joy away from you...and once you do venture into other boards its easier to take other people's reactions. Hey we haven't had a listening party this year!!! what about a watching party???we can rewatch M&J and gab about it for two hours... just an idea...

You have a good point...that is why I usually just ignore those kind of things cos you know its just plain jealousy. I guess what disturbed me was the suspicion that if Cookie looked more like Juliet, then these same people would be cheering that segment as good for Clay. That kind of discrimination is what I can't stand. We get it enough from the media I don't need to hear it from within the fandom... Furthermore, the idea that we can somehow help Clay's marketing by dictating who should be sitting in the front rows and being featured by the media as his fans is whats very disturbing to me. on to another topic...DAMN Muski...I agree with Bottle...that chapter is not good for productivity.
