Good.........on my iPad In McDonalds in Prague. Bad......missing all the Clay stuff. I feel so out of touch but at least I know that he is alive!

Ah the joys of eastern Europe! The cell phone doesn't work and there is no wi fi in the hotel!,,, so we are at McDonalds getting it for free. I had one of the best meals I have ever had tonight......leg of goose confit with red cabbage and cherries on a bed of potato pancakes! I also had a raspberry meringue with pistachio cream inside. Fabulous! I think I could stay in Budapest. It it just beautiful. Any clay news?

I love Bratislava! It is a beautiful old European city and hardly any pesky tourists. The food is real stick to your ribs which is great in 95 degrees! Any Clay news?

Oh great Clay surfaces and I get to be out of the country! Thank goodness for Clack at least I will be able to see it later. We leave tomorrow and I really have to get away from the 'puter and pack! We have finally decided to go backpacking in Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia! You think I will be tired?

Sean and Ben got engaged today. They bought their rings at Tiffanys! There is a pic on facebook but I can't bring it over on the iPad.

Interesting story from a Google Alert: The Night Clay Aiken Saved My Life

FYI I just got the Clay Fan club goodies!

Oh god everything! But one thing that comes to mind is telling my DH that since I wasn't an American I didn't need to celebrate July 4th. He agreed and i went with "the girls" to Dallas, came back the next day, finished up the preparations for a party to host over a 100 fans, went to the show on the next day, came back to the house and left at 2 that same morning to drive to Tulsa. Or telling my mum that I would visit her in the new year so I could go to a Clay concert before Christmas instead. Or going on my first trip to Atlanta with people I hardly knew and going on a crazy ride to pensacola and lying to the rental car guy about who was going to drive the car! Or meeting 00lsee for the first time, in a pizza hut parking lot, jumping into her car and driving off with her to god knows where and starting the adventure of a lifetime....which I hope never ends!

Hee our original plan was to go to buffalo, Cleveland and Detroit this summer.......oh well I guess I'll just have to suffer!

Today my DH told me he is paying for my DD and I to go to Bratislava for a vacation! Guess when we are going? Yep beginning of July. Thank goodness for clack! I am really excited for this trip as we will be going to Prague and Vienna and maybe to Budapest, places I have never been.

Boy my poor old gerbil sure is tired today!
