I like Simon. Most of the time, I think he's right. It never even crossed my mind that his Broadway comments translated into gay, but it wouldn't have mattered to me if they did because I don't see gay as somehow lessor than straight. Just different.

When I had to have surgery on my thyroid I told the (bastard) doctor that as long as he was slitting my throat anyway, I'd appreciate it if he'd remove my double chin, but I woke up with it. Good for Clay--might as well benefit from misery.

Clay is a lot more forthcoming to his fans than I'd be in his position. I wouldn't tell anyone jackshit as whatever he says gets somebody's knickers in knots. I admire his honestly big time.

I thought Clay's face had become much more square long before this surgery. I think it's related to getting older--mens' jaws develop last. I find him all kinds of sexy--more so now than ever. I wish someone would remove MY double chin! But, I wouldn't want to have my jaw broken, that's for damn sure.

Words of wisdom, oh great leader. Who gives a shit about NE anyhow?? It's just such a non-issue! Clay has it easy compared to Brad, Angelina, and Jennifer. Jesus! There is BS about them in every issue. If Clay weren't important, the tabloids wouldn't bother with him. And, who cares if Adam is getting hype now?? Clay was on AI years ago--of COURSE Adam is going to be the focus now. (I LOVE me some Adam.) Clay is stil around, getting bigger balls, better hair, and broader shoulders.

I have been agonizing over something Clay said. I was just shocked, frankly. Why oh why would ANYONE want to have a talk show in Atlanta??!! It's hotter than holy hell there, and how many times can you go to the Coke Museum??? Then I remembered. CNN is there.

I think that "baby mama" is one of those terms that are in current use and don't have pejorative meaning. If we take offense, then that's a personal bias, but that doesn't mean that someone using a term that is in common use means to be offensive. I don't find the term remotely offensive, maybe because I'm around young people who use the term quite freely.

I'm crazy about Adam--and that he's so out there. However, I LOVE Clay. He's family. No contest.

Liquid Benadryl gets right at the itch. I've never tested it with multiple bites, but it works really fast when I have just two or three. Hi jmh! Just want to clarify, Liquid Benadryl taken orally or used in place of calamine lotion? I don't have any but there's a CVS right around the corner... Just in case JMH isn't here (dont' see her at the bottom), Benadryl is an antihistamine and reduces the body's response. Calamine is a topical that soothes the itch--so you can use both (and the Benadryl may take awhile to work).
