Good Morning Everyone, Well, I did manage to stay up and watch ANTM last night; I was afraid I would fall asleep right in the middle of it! Not a fan of reality shows at all and to be honest, if Clay had not been on the show, I would have changed the channel after 5 minutes. I did enjoy the acting challenge; just wish it had been longer. I thought Clay did a great job, some of the girls not so much...I do think London was the best. So, I admit, I did change the channel between the acting challenge and the judging...Clay was great as a judge; I thought he was very fair and gave good constructive criticism. Didn't mind the eyebrows...thought he looked fabulous. I did have to laugh when Tyra was talking about wearing the same clothes to Allison...so reminded me of Clay! Still can't get the video to work on E online...I swear with the pre-emption tomorrow and not being able to get the video to work, I am beginning to think someone doesn't want me to see this show! Sort of looks like Clay to me...but the hair looks longer and blonder than at the GLAAD awards. Kim

I have tried to watch that video 3 times and all I get is a silent movie effect: video but no dialogue and background music...have no idea why when everyone else can hear it. Kim

I have to laugh at this, aikim! My mom has been down here almost every weekend since I got Gnocchi and she loves him to pieces, but when I teasingly ask her if she wants to take him home with her for a visit, she's like, "No way - that's why I'm the grandma!" frangomint Yeah, it is so much fun to spoil them and enjoy them when you know you can send them home. My daughter says it always takes at least a week for her to get Trixie back into her routine at home because at "Grandma's" she pretty much has the run of the house...wait until she has kids! Kim

Awe Luckiest1 the puppies are adorable. Emily came over and got Trixie today, so we are once again down to one dog...he is sleeping right now so it is really quiet. I always miss Trixie after she has been here...but not enough to get a second dog. Rain and hail here today and possibly snow tonight! I know it will get warm eventually but I am running out of patience! Opening Day for my Cubbies tomorrow in Houston; sort of nervous about this season with all the trades...as always though I will take it one game at a time. Kim

Luckiest1 love it and it is so true! We have a cat and a dog and this week we have been watching my daughter's dog while she is on vacation. Our dog Blackie is a beagle mix and weighs 28 pounds and DD's dog is a Boston Terrier named Trixie and only weighs 18 pounds. I was pretty worried about how the two of them would get along since Blackie is quite territorial and can be a bit aggressive. Also, Blackie is 9 months old and Trixie is 5 but age hasn't seemed to be a problem. Trixie however has been holding her own and has no problem going after him if he starts getting in her face...they do have moments when they get a little too wound up...neither one likes to share toys...sometimes it is like having a couple of two year olds around. But other times they are fine, playing tug of war or Blackie's favorite game; keep away. They have been sleeping together all week and when one has to go outside, so does the other. The cat has pretty much been keeping out of their way, but they have not been bothering her too much and actually keep trying to get her to play with them. I have a feeling they are going to miss each other when Trixie goes home...my daughter has been thinking of getting a second dog to keep Trixie company since she and her husband work all day and I think that would be a good idea. No BOCA for me yet, but it has been shipped...would love if were at home waiting for me! I am so envious of all you already making Gala plans...I would so love to attend just one to see what it is like, but as of now, I just don't see it happening. I really hope Clay has some sort of tour in the works, so those us that can't travel can get to see him...haven't heard him sing live since Dec., 2007 and I am definitely going through some withdrawal pains.
