Oooh, I OCOCE and DSIAFCD and AIW are all still needing to be done? Christmas carols in Feb don't bother me... especially DSIAFCD since it says right in the title that you should listen to it other than just in the holiday season... And, AUGH, STUBBLE!CLAY!!! *staggers around wildly before regaining control of self* and those shots of him and Quiana and Angela were hott!

I've been reading around today too, and I've seen this mentioned several times. Here's my opinion on that: I don't care. Honestly, I think Clay's gonna have a career. A good career. (Heck, IMO, he's had a pretty good one already...) And I have every confidence in Clay that he'll do what feels best for him in regards to his career. If it takes him more "behind the scenes," so be it. If it keeps him on Broadway, so be it. I've always been one that has felt that he's much more of an entertainer than simply a really great singer, so if the recording thing somewhat goes away, I truly think he'll find another outlet for his creativity -- and his humor. Or not. He'll do what he wants. If that doesn't involve "touring," yes, I'll be incredibly sad. But I'll deal. And I certainly hope he doesn't listen to ME for ideas on his career. I love that mess of a man. My dad thinks he'd have a great career doing a show in Vegas since he's such a good all-around entertainer. As for being dropped by RCA... Eh. It certainly doesn't make me happy, considering that's generally viewed as you're not marketable anymore... I want him to be able to keep touring and keep putting out CD's. Especially since I haven't had the chance to see him in concert.

Wow. I can't really see anything about that hair that's that different from his regular hair of that time period. I like it. Scraggly hair... not so much. He definitely does look different. I think my favorite Clay hairstyles have been his Tyra hair and his AI-ish hair, but hey! If it's Clay, I like it!

Just a totally random aside, does Clay still sell concert t-shirts when he tours? My mom thinks it's too "obsessive" (have you been paying any attention at all the last few months, mom? we passed obsessive a little while back...) to have a shirt with someone's face on it and so doesn't want me to go to Cafepress.com or make an iron-on pattern with Clay's face on it and would only let me get a shirt with his face on it if it was a concert tee to a concert I've actually been too.

Was that in Charlotte after the "humping" incident? ??? I don't know... I was watching YouTube once and saw a video of Clay trying not to giggle during WY, no context... Humping incident???

Does anyone know where the clack is of Clay trying to sing "Without You" and also trying to not giggle the whole time?

My computer hates me! I was downloading a bunch of Clay stuff last night and I just left the connection open and went to bed since it said it was going to take 5 hours... I wake up and it still says it's going to take 5 hours!!! ARGH! I hate Windows! The stupid downloads freeze for no freaking reason--oh, it says they're still active, but they aren't! :humor00239: [/rant] Sorry. Had to get that out. That too.

Well, I have a Mac, so if you have a PC it might look a little different, but under "Library" I have a listing that says "Music," and under that is "movies" and that's where the movies are. *flings self at wandacleo's feet babbling praises* I shouldn't try to negotiate with my computer at almost one in the morning. The computer takes advantage of me every time! Thank you so much for helping me put it in it's place!

*pounds head against a wall* Does anyone know where on earth videos are typically saved to in iTunes? I can't find them to convert them... I tried the library, but it's just showing me music... Yeah, completely computer-illiterate. That's me. Argh!

I think claytonic is just saying that there are bigger things in the world to expend energy on. But it's midnight and my brain may not be working properly, so. Don't take my word for it!

Not to randomly change the subject or anything (mostly because everything I think has already been said, so no need to be repetitive ) but does anyone know anything about a good audio-from-video ripping software program? I'm computer illiterate, but I'd like to take some of my video-only Clack and be able to listen to it in my car, so I need a (hopefully) easy to use program... Anyone know? ETA: Whee! I'm with you here, Couchie. Good Lord...enough! Call me heartless, but at this point I think most of the public "I'm still struggling, so give me break" posts are just to keep attention on them. BWAH! I was thinking the same thing! Yeah, I'm having some 'struggles' with some of these lyrics, too. Maybe I'm slow, but.... Today my hubby and I are going to see "The Reader". We both are in love with Kate Winslett. My younger daughter is going to a friend's Valentine party tonight. The instructions were to dress "Funky Formal"...heh...So she's wearing her sister's last year's prom dress---a really pretty sleeveless red above-the-knee flowing dress with accordion pleats. She looks disturbingly beautiful in it. I said, "So where's the 'funky' part, Carrie?" Her answer? "Oh, you're going to take me shopping 'cuz I need some high-top Converse shoes." So she's wearing this gorgeous dress...and some cool high-top Converses, white with all kinds of black swirly writing on them, that have blue and white ribbon laces! I hope Clay's jaw pain isn't going to prevent him from doing some Valentine Day kissing and whatnot... and maybe Reed someone can kiss it and make it all better... Photos from that Disney thing appeared on Yahoo! today (don't know if they were somewhere else already). But, check out Carrie Underwood's face in the picture. <-- HAHA! Is it just me or does she look really, really cranky with Mickey? And maybe Clay's TMJ procedure is why he didn't attend? I mean, that's the only thing I can think of. They have everybody else who got anywhere on Idol, so I don't see why else he might not be there...

I like Auction for Inclusion! What about FCA Auctions for Inclusion? Or, FCA, where fans of Clay come to donate? FCA, where fans of Clay pay to let others play... wow, that's really long. Auction for Inclusion is really nice and to the point. Just my two cents.

I want a t-shirt that says "Clay Aiken is my homeboy" That would crack me up! But I also want a "He is... therefore I fan" shirt too! I have these ideas, but have no idea how to put them into being... horrible with graphics, I am! (Dude... I just Yoda-talked on a Clay Aiken board... crossing my fanatical interests, much?) ETA: Oh, and boo on the arts not getting any stimulus funding and, uh... Yay? on Barry Manilow doing new music? I don't listen to Mr. Manilow much... I only have ever heard "Mandy" and "Copacabana".
