From CH ETA a couple of screencaps from the AI2 Season Opener thanks to our generous Anonymous donor: ~~~heh, I wanted to see them.... /suparsekritmod weee!

I used to sing in choirs and can pretty much stay on tune but I wouldn't call it even close to being talented. When I was 5 I had a piece of artwork exhibited at the Royal Academy of Art in London. The teachers all though my use of colour was amazing. Truth was, I was literally blind as a bat and didn't know it. When I got glasses and could actually see clearly...well poof went any ability I had to paint. In fact I had an art teacher tell me "Your light shines in other directions". The problem was she never told me which direction.....and now many, many, many years later I am still looking*g* eeeeeeeeeeeee Tomorrow I get to hear and see(?) Clay on my teevee. Oh and couchie I have to tell you I lurve the "View New Posts" button.

OK so not only am I hooked on Clay Aiken I am becoming hooked on Photoshop. Thanks so much for the help you all have given. I at least feel now I know some basics. Making banners doesn't appear to be too difficult. I have to start to experiment more with textures etc. I have resized things, layered stuff, changed fonts etc and as they say in England I am quite chuffed with myself! (pleased) You realize this means I now will be d/l a whole lot more pics. Before I was thinking I just liked the pic now I will be thinking Hmm that would crop well*g* One question...How do you upload a pic so it shows on the page as opposed to a link? Well two questions....Are any of the books any good...like Photoshop for Dummies etc? OK one final one....would you look in the gallery and give me some constructive comments? Thanks ETA: Thanks for the comments ansa. I would like to do the blending but cannot figure out how!

I was working in the TOUR Championship HQ that day and the first we heard of it was when CNN called to me ask if it was true about Payne's plane. Talk about shock! We all went numb and then we cried. We kept hoping against hope that it would land OK but it was not to be.

I You were there and you didn't come see me? I'm crushed! Oh wait did I know you then? gbmifan We could not run our tournament without the wonderful volunteers.

Oooo something I actually know something about (as opposed to the Music Industry!) *g* Mike Weir won the TOUR Championship here in Houston. I used to watch Payne Stewart play in his band, (Jake & the Flounders) after our tournament (Shell Houston Open) and I can remember all of us crying in the office when I got the call from CNN about his plane. We really liked him and he was our Champion one year. Phil Mickelson hasn't come to our tournament in a couple of years (boo hiss). His Dad is really sweet and well, Freddie Couples, he is such a cutie!!!

How cute is it that no-one found this out early? He is a little sh*t. He didn't even give us a hint.

Ok let's have a pool! How long after the new person is announced is there going to be another meltdown? This person is no good, heard to be bad mouthing their clients, is in Clive's back pocket etc. etc. etc.

Well....surprise surprise!! The fans at the OFC have turned on each other. It didn't take long. Boy some people are so predictable! Nice try Playbiller!

I wonder if Clay will miss him? I would think he became a friend over the years or am I going to get stoned for saying that.
