At the end of the first song...clay waved to his grandfather...and his grandfather, who as Alzheimers said..."Clay!" Ahhh and according to witnesses Clay's grandad kept his eye on Clay throughout the show. He must be a claymate!

I wasn't really tense...the little boy, after his entrance where he looked at the crowd adn probably thought..oh shit..did fine. I remember just being more impressed that Allison was able to carry the show like she did.

I am more than impressed with everyone that was on that stage. And then I come home to a snippy lecture from Clay for spreading rumours. It was me, I confess. I talked to santa (one of the local community players) and he said Gregory had diabetes and that little replacement kid would be traveling with Clay for the next few shows. It was SANTA...I believed him, what can i say. Maybe Clay would like to punish me personally LOL. I love snippy Clay. whoo hooo Oh Skate....I got a chance to do a little Jerome watching... I'm sure you'll pay particularly close attention to that part of the recap. heeeee

This deserves its own post. BUZZTECHIE I am blown away by your photos. WOrking on the FCA concert pages, sometimes I realize I am not really stopping to appreciate what I'm seeing. There are some fabulous, FABULOUS, photographers in Clay land but your pictures made me stop. They are breathtaking. You seemed to really capture motion... you got some of the most beautifully expressive shots I've seen this tour. Thank you so much. And to think I still have SJ's to look at. Yay for Buzz and Skate (I'm trying not to think of ya'll as one word..you know stocktontomalone or am I the only hoops fan here) ...but right on time...just as I'm about to work on my NYC concert pages YAY. Guess what I'll be doing tonight! I'm seeing Penguins every damn where. Why does Clay do this to me. 2 more days on my hellish job. WHOO HOO. Welcome GeorgiaClay. Yeah, the GN was not fun to watch. That is my song -- I love the way Clay sings it - and while he still sang it just fine... I thought it lacked the soul and heart he usually brings to it. But maybe it's just my perception after seeing the video.

Nice applause for Quiana. I understand that people don't want to have to wait so long for a new album but shit happens. My fantasy about what happened is probably no where near the reality but I'm just glad Clay is doing things the way he wants them done. So don't really care how long it takes. The tours this year - the JBT and JNT - have allowed him to grow in all sorts of ways and I'm loving it.

The audience is enthusiastic...what is Clay doing now that he wasn't in the beginning...I want to be prepared when I go to my next show..does he flash or something during Oh Holy Night?

Yeah I think a couple of flashes. They're talking about MGUCL now... Clay's subtle (original meaning) version...
