Caladryl clear works great and doesn't turn you into a pink-spotted critter like the Calamine lotion my mom used to use on us kids. Don't drink it.
Does Benedryl make a topical lotion? I didn't know that!
But yeah, the mosquitoes are terrible right now! Itchy itch is RIGHT!

The pageantry and spectacle of Mylene's show reminds me of Britney or Madonna or Beyonce. I'm sure there are others. Still, looks like Reed's having fun and this will look great on his resume!
-
Nice legs!!!
[/jealous]
-
It looks like Reed in the front of this one.

That's quite a fantastical set! Would love to see something higher quality. Cause I think Mylene is wearing my boots.

(((((ldyjocelyn)))))...so sorry, hon.

It was really nice to be able to have a room for hubby and I, and a separate room for our teenaged daughters!
Ain't that the truth! We do this whenever we can.
Gonna say a reluctant goodnight to those thudworthy thighs now. Sleep happy, y'all!

I bet it would set off a string of "Can I squeeze ..." posts and he'd get into teacher mode again. Not that I'd complain...
With your love of showers, Scarlett, you could ask to squeeze his...loofah.
Ow!
-
Okay
I am totally against fans speaking for Clay and all but------- if you ask him if you can squeeze his sweater do you think he may answer after you buy it at the gala you can do whatever you want with it?
Huh? What would I do with his sweater?
Oh.
Here. This should explain everything:
Hee!
-
Can I squeeze your sweater, Clay? Please?
Is that a question you can ask Clay at the OFC?
But...wouldn't that be rhetorical? LOL
-
And I still contend that this little person is using the international sign for "hand job"...yes/no? --->
anyone?
*squints*
I would say...yes.
And I really just want to sink my hands into that bulky striped sweater and squeeze. Can I squeeze your sweater, Clay? Please?

I have often told ya'll to spill your guts about issues you have...
Okay.
I have issues with this hair. Can you help?

bottle, didn't they lock the question thread?

00lsee...how can you NOT remember 8-8-08? At 8:08 a.m.?
My problem was I couldn't remember TODAY'S date to figure Parker's age!
Bwah...facepalm
-
Is it just me, or is Parker tall? For someone who started out so teensy as a newborn, that child is substantial! He's 8 months old now? 9 months? Can't believe I don't remember his birthday. And more Clay questions answered? EEEE!!
Thanks for the heads-up this morning, merrieeee! At 5 am! LOL

Wish I could have joined y'all...still scurrying around getting kids ready for a school trip tomorrow, making lists and buying stuff. Sheesh. Luckily, this is a once a year event. First time sending TWO kids, though. $$$$
Loving all the updates and photos.

If you live near water, I'd suggest a beaver or nutria...or possibly a muskrat. The only other brownish, floppy, low-to-the-ground creature I can think of is the Simonous Cowellious, but I believe that is native only to California.

Someone requested an mp3 of "Cry Me a River" over at the CH, so I'm posting the sendspace link here, also.
Scarlett, my daughter's cello teacher gave us passes to see Les Miserables downtown recently. It was fantastic. A kid from her high school drama department was in the chorus, so it was fun trying to spot him in his various costumes.
Youtube has a great series of clips from the 10th anniversary live concert, including "Can You Hear the People Sing" sung by 17 "Jeans" from around the world.

Thank you all so very much for the comforting words last night about my little dog, Jack. X-rays reveal a broken ischium, (labeled "Is") which is a non-weight-supporting bone of his pelvis. To learn more than you ever wanted to know about dog hips, click here. LOL He has a couple of other small fractures elsewhere in his pelvic region, but the vet advised against surgery, simply because this type of injury 'typically' heals on its own over the course of a couple of months. No other broken bones, no internal injuries, minor scrapes (poor doggie)...So, bottom line is, I got him a comfy floor-level doggie bed (he normally sleeps in a somewhat elevated basket) that I hope will be a good fit for him while he recuperates. Could have been much worse. Hopefully, he will heal quickly, as he is definitely the wiggle-worm of my pair of dogs. Jack is the small one, for the curious.
Anyway, that's the update. Thanks so much, y'all. I felt much calmer after all your hugs, although I think I drove the vet a little nuts today with all my what-ifs and questions. hee
Topic? Um...Clay likes dogs.
And though Clay has sported some interesting hair styles in the past, I don't think he's ever pulled this one, courtesy of Zac's GQ stylist. heh

For those who were inspired by Susan Boyle yesterday, I clipped an mp3 of her song to download here, if anyone would like to have it. How lovely that this story made Yahoo's front page today! And my mom called a little while ago and in the course of the conversation asked me if I had seen the video. Someone had forwarded it to her. LOL
Oh, any good thoughts you guys can spare for my littlest dog, Jack, would be appreciated. He got out of the yard by unknown means and he was hit by a car. We'll know the full extent of his injuries tomorrow. Thank goodness he was wearing his name tag with my cell phone number, so I was able to get him to the vet very quickly. Nerve-wracking day for us.
Topic? Clay likes dogs. Clay likes Broadway. Bet he would like Susan. heh I thought it was great, yesterday, to see how many people were searching for and watching other Les Miserables videos because of Susan's singing "I Dreamed a Dream". You go, girl! I especially enjoyed the 10th anniversary live performance of the songs. Look for them. Very nice.

Oh. My.
I think I swallowed my tongue.
Guh.

I am a heathen too, of the worst sort. The Reese's peanut butter egg worshiping sort.

It wasn't Tri-see-a.
So, your sister pronounces her name Pa-tri-see-a, not Pa-tri-sha?
