July 5th...flying with DD into IAH arriving at 4:14 p.m. Then trying to figure out how the H to get from their to the Hyatt....Heard of a party in the bar for CV people that night, BUT they forget my daughter is 15! although she looks older...so again have no clue what we'll be doing.

July 6th...I hear there is a kick-ass preparty somewhere! lol...we will be there then on to drool I mean listen to Clay.

July 7th ...Up at the crack of dawn to drive to Tulsa..or ride with some friends....then preparty...the get to do Clay again...

July 8th...flying home...Have again No idea how to get from our hotel to the airport....anyone want to share a ride somehow???

couchie, I know you're jealous of those crazy insane wonderful people who get to see Clay in Texas and Tulsa (including me). However, in my case, those are my only shows. I'm going to be extremely jealous of those of you who get to see the man in California, especially the Greek show.

I've been taking Claritan since March this year, and it's been amazingly helpful. I ran out of it for a few days, and my eyes and nose were sooooo irritated and itchy. Went right back on it soon as I could get to the store.

Wow. His eyes are so green in that last picture. Do they look that beautiful in person? I've heard people comment on his lazer beams and green eyes before but most pictures don't show the color that well.

I was up close at the book signing in Chicago...must be the aiken fog..I dont remember...BUT the guy that was chosen to dance at Meadville at the JBT...talked about going back stage and meeting him...not only mentioned his charisma...but THE EYES.....he went on a bit....says he understood now......so my guess is yes they are that beautiful....

Ok...just got a call from my hubby. Yikes. The restoration company said that it could take a week to clean out and dry the moldy, damaged flooring and walls---we might actually have to 'vacate the premises'!!!!! Uh...like...where? And what about Shadow? HOly shit.

The replacement of the water heater itself is a little over a thousand...the clean up is more like $2,000! THEN we have to get a contractor to rebuild the flooring, drywall, etc.....

Meanwhile...we have no hot water. That means finding a place to shower, taking laundry to the laundermat, no using the dishwasher...

holyshit.holyshit.

well that just sucks...

I just cleaned up a flooded bathroom again...

yesterday had a plumber here....lot of good that did....we have to still get 3 gallons of vinegar to pour in there to eat some rust up....geesh...

air conditioner went out on the car..only a 2004....

heavy rain, that i had to drive in moved our internet antenna so we were connecting at 26K! or trying to connect....

ditz who is taking over for someone who went on vacation....did not bother looking on the desk of said vacationing person for timecards...so son is still unpaid...I had to call her to tell her to look there...geesh she found it.........UGH.....

About your question...what do my girls think about Clay. Its complicated...I think my preoccupation with Clay kinda works against him with my girls. I do know that the AI5 appearance did open up a lot of interest in him. Lots of my girls friends thought he was really cute. BUT..when I look at the music my girls and their friends listen too, I think it will be tough to get them interested in Clay's music. They like punk, pop/rock, hip hop, dance music and a bit of country/pop. I asked my girls to listen to TRD and BFM...they thought it still sounded old. They liked it but just not going on their playlist. So really...focusing on the target market is the wrong way to go. I think Clay should simply d the music that truly moves him ...and then try to find all kinds of ways to get it heard. Radio is just one way...there is TV, movies and the internet and satellite radio...lots of option for TC to use. BUT the starting point should be Clay.
