  1. Claytonic, just adding to the begging to make your quotes a little larger, please, so that we can actually read them! ....and, more's the pity.....Canadian Idol is not seen at ANY time in the US. Which I think is a shame, because it looks like it's going to be very good this year. I believe our goldarngirl is capping and vaulting, though, if someone wants it. It's not just the performances that make it better; to my mind...it's like AI SHOULD be. When this started a few weeks ago, I offered on CV and here to put the eps up, if anyone wanted to watch it. Since I didn't get a response I assumed no one was interested. This can still be done if people would like to watch. I thought I might create another youtube account and put up the eps. There are about 8 sections to each ep so far. Results shows will probably be less to begin with This will take a bit of work, but I'm willing to do it if people would like to watch. This year they have a top 24 more guys than girls and allowed auditions over the internet (just some of the things that are different)
  2. Congratulations on your anniversary. Glad you enjoyed the Jazzy Medley. We are doing Merrillville for sure, possibly after Sterling Heights. Not sure if we will do a third or not. Someone did suggest a venue but I don't think we can remember which one
  3. I think Ryan produces the Kardashian one too. Seems Ryan is involved in tons of sleeze tv.
  4. I was enjoying being ahead. I kind of had the heads up when Kalamazoo wasn't quite done yet and I already had Sterling Heights info. So I don't get to :11: I will be back at work I guess we're a couple Hey I finally found emoticons that will work (maybe I'm getting better at this)
  5. I think it has something to do with the Rolling Stone Picture.
  6. Or maybe she's staying with her partner - but her eyes don't. And he can't help but see it. *snif* Sounds like concepts for montage makers that are familiar with soap operas or some tv shows with that type of conflict in them.
  7. Just listening now probably too fast for a Cha Cha Cha I think it might fit a few scenarios probably a better Hustle than a Cha Cha Cha. You are right.
  8. Falling can be a Cha Cha Cha Falling Sacrificial Love Viennese Waltz Sacrificial Love Ashes I think is a Cha Cha Cha too. There are probably a couple of Rumba's in there too, if I think about it. Songs are very ballroom danceable imo.
  9. Thanks for the link, I had never got around to watching them, so it was fresh clack for me! He's just so cute. Hmmm did you pic everyone's DVD up or.... I give up insert a praying emoticon here.
  10. I posted this over at CV also. Totally OT. The last few years I have capped Canadian Idol and shared it in the Clay Media Hub. I had the opportunity of chatting about this show each week with one of the people that really enjoyed the opportunity of seeing and Idol show from a different country. We chatted about it each week. Since things are slower at this point. I wanted to offer to share with whomever was interested at CV. I am not sure whether I would load pieces of each show to youtube and provide the links. That might be the easiest if they are small enough to load. At any rate, I wanted to make the offer. It would be a bit of an effort on my part, but one that I'm willing to do, if there are a few people that would like to view it.
  11. I don't know about the rest of you, but there is no way that I can say I've watched every piece of clack out there. No way! I have probably only seen my own two CITH shows and bits and pieces of a couple of others. And the DCAT (or SRHP for those who weren't on FCA then)? I know I haven't seen at least half of those. Never mind all the radio interviews I can revisit, TV clack I haven't seen in forever, and then don't even get me started on the older tours which were so much fun.......so much clack, so little time! Yep, that's how I got through the drought of '06. :F_05BL17blowkiss: Ok so once again here I am emoticon challenged. Picture a little guy behind the desk with his hand up and saying pick me pick me. NOW for the rest of my post. hmmm luckiest1 if you are looking for clack to watch I have some ideas for you???? Just let me know and I will happily give you some suggestions coughKalamazoocough
  12. Oh, for all that's unholy! You want a WTF? moment? Well...THAT's the WTF for the day... Of all the pictures...of ALL the pictures....somebody STILL used THAT one? :finger: :asking02: :angry22: Okay...I'm over it. There was far more than that picture used. I think though, based on a lot of the other mentions, it was pretty respectful. No AI mention, no age mention. no just friends mention. Just a couple lovingly welcoming a baby. I'll forgive them the pic. I was going to use an emoticon but this post is at its limit. Picture a smiley.
  13. ET Canada mention. They were nice this time. Shows Clay striding forward during CD release in NY. Well wishes are pouring in for record Producer Jaymes Foster and Clay Aiken who are welcoming a baby together this fall. (showing picture of the two of them, her in red dress from People. Tonight Foster's close friends tell People Magazine it's the perfect relationship quote "These are two people who made a loving decision to have a baby together" showing top of red dress pic of Jaymes and Jenna Bush pic of Clay with the quote from People written.
  14. Well I'm torn, I walked to work SO do I do a rain dance and walk home in the rain???? hmmm I just might. You needed a break from all that running around anyway.
  15. If this is the Access Hollywood Weekend piece then it wasn't quite like that. It was a pieced together bit. The start is Daddy to be Clay Aiken is expecting a child then a laugh from the Billy Bush interview. Then goes on to say the mother of the child is.... and so on. It is at CV in the vault (probably CU, not sure) ETA Yep its there Access Hollywood Weekend
  16. Yep, and that is what I still believe. Regardless of circumstances, AI, whatever, if Clay is involved, it's gotta be all about love. Love that. Nice remember of the guy we love. Well put.
  17. housework? BWAH!!! Housework and sleep are highly overrated. I think I am probably the only one left *sigh* luckiest1 when you get up which will be a couple of hours from now, I promise I will get to work, in about 4 hoursish.
  18. Bracing myself for people who'll pounce on it as a desperate media stunt because even people who are never on media sites have heard about it today. *will stay within FCA walls for a while* lol... yeah, some exposure for the album would be a nice side benefit. Yes, a bump in sales would be a great side benefit! Rutrow. You're in trouble NOW. *hoping for another Leno repeat, because he looked and sounded wonderful!*
  19. Hank Snow???? THANK YOU!!!! I can sleep tonight!! Or possibly, Hank Williams? Kim I don't know Hank Williams, so couldn't say if that also describes him....but no, it was Hank Snow. Hank Sr. died in 1953, I'm thinking it might not have been him. but the description fits him too. Have been lucky enough to see Matchbox20 and saw ZZTop and a few others last year. Every year we have a concert in the park for charity that covers three days, 12 bands. A lot of the older bands are doing this so I've seen quite a few in the last 3 years or so. Roy Orbison was amazing, I saw him twice and he was just as good as he ever was. Loved Gary Puckett (have seen him twice) Saw Gene Pitney too a couple of years ago, he was great.
  20. Hank Snow???? THANK YOU!!!! I can sleep tonight!! Wellll who else could it have been (don't answer that, cause there are other answers).
  21. Hank Snow???? I think my first concert was Don Messer centennial year in Canada. I lived in Northern Quebec where very few people came. The next concert was a bunch of French pop stars (which I won't name because they won't mean a thing). The next one was David Cassidy at the Canadian National Exhibition. After that it died down until the 80s. Have seen hundreds of artists, some more than once. No one, so far, more than Clay.
  22. Actually I watched Entertainment Tonight or one of those shows with Donna Summer on it. They asked her what her advice was for the Idol winner and that was the first thing she said.
