That's a great article. It'd be fun if it won an award. If that tweet is considered racist what about some of those comments about our President. Yesterday doing taxes for a woman for free, she started to say something about the President. I told her we don't discuss politics. She then shouted out, "I hate Muslims". I told her "How do you know whether I'm a Muslim or not"? Shut her up for a while. She than complained about not getting money back on her return. She is on disability and has nothing taken out for taxes. I would have loved to show her the door but we can't discriminate. Grr!

Clay is on CNN's home page CNN.com with a link to the article. No plans to go anywhere today so I'll watch a little TV. Wish I had a way to capture but only have DVR.

I think I ended going to the rally. .I'll see how I feel Saturday. I fell today coming out of an old warehouse in which we practice Tai Chi. My foot got stuck in a large crack in the sidewalk an I went over on my arthritic hip and my knee with bursitis. Can't put weight on that leg. I felt like spitting bullets when it happened. Grr! I'll live but it sure gets me mad.

Hope you had a great time yesterday ldyj. My husband is a big Alton fan. Being a fan of Clay is about all I can manage. Next Saturday we are going to Raleigh for a protest against the NC legislature. I hope my sore knees hold out.

I'll take the tweets. If it's too much trouble don't bother. I don't go to twitter very often, so reading them here saves me from checking there. Plus I don't search for any other tweets so I'll miss some regarding Clay that are tweeted by others. I shut off my twitter announcement by phone when clay was on Celebrity Apprentice. Didn't enjoy them going off at night. It's pretty understandable why he can't be snarky now.

We are supposed to be in the fifties today. Maybe I'll finally thaw out. Saw that Clay was in RI yesterday. Not a good place to warm up. I got trouted at CV for my comment about it. Eh! Tai Chi today. The warmer weather should help me move a little better. Any skating on tv today? Last week we had a summary of the Europeans Championship.

I am a wussie. Couldnt get warm allday even inthe house and I grew up in NJ. School started 2 hours late here too so the kids wouldnt freeze waiting for a bus. Maybeif you stopped sending all the cold weather from Canada we wouldn't be so skittish. Just kidding. Today will be above freezing, so all is good. No snow here at all yet. Pretty cool here but at least not in the minuses. We missed getting any snow here yesterday. I'm guessing that Clay is extremely busy on the phone and internet getting all his ducks in a row assuming that he has decided to run. I would love his campaign song to be ALAWH but I'll bet he would choose one of Rubens or Kellys . I'd be fascinated observing all the little details, like what color tie he'd wear or fitted or loose fitting suit, Striped sox or black. What issues he will focus on. Hearing nim talk about economics.

Great job moving in couchie. We've been here 8 months and if it weren't for the attic and garage I'd be crawling over boxes to get around. All the closets are full too. I know many aren't interested in politics, but I'm starting to go through Clay's songs to see what would be appropriate for a campaign song. I also dreamt that reporters were at my front door asking what a fan thinks about Clay running. Can't imagine what I'll be like when he is in full campaign mode.

Although I like Ruben, that tweet makes my heart hurt a little.

There was another private concert from Clay in December and certain fans are upset that no one who was there mentioned it on the boards. It's back to the haves and have not's. I was not invited and didn't hear about it until recently. Don't think I know anyone who was there. I'm thinking I probably wouldn't want to spend a lot of money on a concert. I have been buying the gold ticket for the Gala but at least it was in support of a charity an I haven't had to pay for airfare. I will miss hearing Clay if he no longer performs in concert. But it's his life and I am excited if he is doing something he has always wanted to do.

Watch out, its dangerous out there. Jealousy rules tonight. Although Clay hasn't declared, that was a pretty official looking leak. If he isn't running, he has some plan to use the publicity he got.

I am also not a big fan of our current political climate, but its what we have now. However I agree our Discussions should involve Clay related politics. My father ran for a county wide office and was a convention delegate, so to my family politics was always part of us. I think I can rein in my feelings.

I'm around but busy setting up for tax season. Next week I have to start training our volunteers. I am so not a teacher. This is my ninth year. I wish someone would agree to take it over. Once we start doing returns I'll start enjoying it again. Don't really know what to say about Clay. I look forward to reading about him if he does run. I hope we can discuss the issues here. I no longer feel comfortable discussing anything personal or even speculating about his life outside politics on a public board. I know its just me. We are already seeing nasty ads about our senator running for re-election in 2014 at least twice for every show I see. It wont be millions spent to take over her seat, it'll be billions. Oh, to be so wealthy.

That picture must have killed FCA. Funny story We drove to Chapel Hill early this morning for a doctor' s appointment. My husband had just gotten a new phone last night as he lost his somewhere during the day. I drove while he was setting up his contacts. He put in our youngest sons number and decided to text him. Shortly he got a response, " Who are you, LOL". Thinking he hadn't entered his identity, my husband responded, "Its your techno challenged Dad". He then got a response, "You're not my Dad, I'm Devin". Our son is Chris. We about died laughing. My husband had put in a wrong number. It was funny at the time.
