Just got back from my sons baseball games ( gee is it ever hot!) and I need to clear something up. This is quite a serious matter and I hope nobody takes offence but I was wondering If anybody at all thought Clay was a bit , you know,..... cute.

Hey FromClaygary that is one cute baby. Makes me a bit clucky (if only they didnt grow up so quick!!) Halloween is catching on here. There were a few trick or treaters out last night but since we went out we didnt see any till we got home and had to call a couple of stragglers over just so I could race inside to get the candy for them! I hope there is clack of AYSTAFG! :clay:

Can't wash cars, water gardens or use hoses outside at all. And the water commision keeps sending me nasty letters because my household uses too much water. (hope the guy they send to supervise my showers is cute) Promotion for Clay? I'm not a big radio listener but I did see AI5 "surprise" on the news here and heard some DJ saying something about "this new song from some AI runner up" It must have been in 2003/04. If I didnt now have cable tv and the internet I would hear nothing down here. I know its only 20 million people but still it couldnt be that expensive to release a record here? Maybe some TV appearances? Worth a shot, in my expert opinion.

Glad to see that I am not the only one producing very different kids with exactly the same environment, parents etc. At the moment fighting is the big thing in my house.My boys are 10 and 13 and sometimes I'm at my wits end trying to keep the peace! I havent any brothers or close boy cousins, but people tell me that boys just will play ,settle their differences etc with wrestling etc. Problem is it soon escalates to all out war! If I recall rightly, my sister and I had stopped hitting each other by this age and settled into the odd argument.( great friends now though). I looked for Honey Crisp apples !! DUH - wrong season downunder!

Thanks Clayzor I am quite keen on Aussie men myself, but mine is not of the blond variety but has red hair, big green eyes and long pale lashes. Sound like anyone? Hey Muski, Loved the post about your daughter and her trip, my son went to Japan last year with his school and he loved it. Also loved Cottons post about making memories for your family. This sums up my attitude to travel-I would rather watch my pennies day to day and spend on trips etc because you never know what is going to happen and the kids are, seemingly, babies one minute and almost grown the next. ( Can you tell that my oldest is becoming a teenager next week? )

Thanks to all for the words of welcome, I am getting a bit nervous now because I'm not sure which route our trip will take and if we will make it to NY in time. Oh well, I never thought I would get to see Clay live anyway, so I will just hope for the best. Unless.........his new hot rocking CD sparks off a world tour so large that he visits my regional city and the hotels are all booked up and he needs a place to stay and me being so hospitable and my husband not minding me inviting strange men to stay...........

Many thanks Playbiller ! It helps to get the opinion of the locals. The travel agent often doesn't know or only will recomend hotels that are affiliated with the travel company, at a much higher price. Of course, every little saved on this sort of thing allows a longer trip. .........Or more cds , theatre tickets, binoculars......

Hey, I read somewhere someone talking about half price ticket line? Is this the booth in Times square that I have seen on TV for last minute tickets? I am from Australia but may be in NY towards the end of April/early May. Also, can anyone recommend a decent budget hotel/apartment etc for 2 adults & 2 kids in a convenient location? Hi FCA, This is my first post on any message board anywhere. I have been lurking here most days since catching Clay on Martha Stewart last year. Shortly after that I saw him on Larry King and looked for his CD in the shops. I couldn't find it where I live ( Australia) so I went to Ebay which led me to google Clays name. WOW, I never imagined such a group of fans and internet community! I soon found FCA messageboard and felt at home right away. The members here seem to be down to earth people with real lives and a sense of humour. I am married with two pre teen sons and work as a temp about 3 days per week. The most exciting thing is that we have been planning our " trip of a lifetime'. To the USA. Leaving in mid April next year. Including New York. Planing to see a Broadway show or two.I wonder which one we will try for?!!!!!!!!!
