  1. I think you will, being the well-brought-up lady that you are. You wouldn't want to cause these nice Telecharge people any offence would you? {{{ CG}}}
  2. Some Americans can get certain British accents mixed up with Australian accents.........just sayin, just putting it out there......eyes Claytonic with new suspicion......
  3. Thanks Luckiest! But I have been paying attention to all the shovelling, slipping on ice, and snowstorms(eeek!) talk and think I'll put up with high 30sC , high humidity and lately much rain! Better the devil you know! :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  4. Welcome Brightlights and ClayAnn!

    Hey I thought we might be way behind on episodes so I have stopped myself from reading here but , now that I gave in and read a bit, I see maybe we are only one behind! Yay! I am out of theories but you all have given me something to think about!
  6. Hey Cindilu I think you're at the right board here to voice your opinions and get either agreement or respectful disagreement which is what we all deserve and what makes it interesting to read and participate in. I find it a great escape from RL to hear opinions on something that is not life-or -death, or going to be the ruination of my children ,or some one else (even Clay). Which is the mark of civilised, intelligent, right thinking women of immpeccable taste in entertainment who are probably very attractive also..............
  7. Hi Claytonic and Luckiest I don't know if you read back to my story Nic but I have been planning this trip for years, just waiting for the boys to get big enough and finances to be stretched enough. I thought I wouldn't get to see a concert because he just finished a tour BUT then guess who announces a Broadway role at exactly the right time? I love theatre and musicals so I was always going to get to a Broadway show by hook or by crook! Is it any wonder I am boring my friends stupid with "trip talk" and dancing around like the nanas? :Boss: :Boss: :Boss:
  8. I wasn't going to post this til I had tickets in my hot little hand but today I received email confirmation that my travel agent has received verbal confirmation that SPAM TICKETS have been booked in my name!!!!! They should be for the 17th April - Hi Marilyon Don't know where yet due to some bizarre thing where the wholesaler gets them from the theatre and passes them on to the travel agent and I don't find out which seats we'll be in until they are paid for. :8: This goes against my usual cautious self but the wholesaler assured me they would be in the orchestra or front mezz- I certainly hope so.....
  9. ( I tried to put this in my last post but it wouldn't add in. Is there a limit to how many quotes you can put in or is it just my technologically-challenged self?)
  10. It's great to come home after a "difficult" work day to see such funny comments! My kids came into the study to see why Mum was in here laughing by herself!
  11. Thanks Luckiest I can't wait to see this scene for myself. In fact, I started harrassing my travel agent last week about the booking!
  12. Hi Claytonic I see skybar answered OFC but CMSU means "Cracks my shit/ stuff up" ( Depending on your inclination to swear or not)
  13. Hey Play Only if it was Clay and Sarah! Can you imagine the spontaneous combustion either way?
  14. Uh...underthespell? I see by your post count that you're relatively new here, huh? I can't imagine any of the veterans here making that statement without just KNOWNG I'd say something... I mean....really. LOOK at that word in quotation marks....tell me, what does that REALLY look like? hmmmmm? I also had to look twice. I must have been listening to Muski for too long! (me being as pure as the driven snow and all) :28:
  15. Hello? Is everyone asleep? Claytonic or other differently-time- zoned FCAers?
  16. I think the reason why this is not bothering me, is because this is so surreal. The guy gives a throw away line that should have been seen as a way to evade the question...yet the media is pouncing on it like its a very new concept. Its simply about being sexually responsible and being choosy and careful in relationships. There is nothing new with this concept...but because the media is so eager to solve the mysteries of Clay...they would pounce on anything he says about sexuality. This is really absurd. I bet he would rather see this kind of discussion about his sexuality than having the press speculate on who he is going out with or the paparazzi following the person he has a relationship with. I think Clay will keep his love life close to his chest as long as possible. I bet we will just be surprised one day when he announces he is married. YUP I bet he is...laughing along with his friends and cast mates. eta: OMG...how tacky is that, no wonder DHP was chilly. Why do they have to bother another artist about Clay??? I mean there was no other question there about his own show and all about Clay? That is pretty insulting! Word to this Ansa esp the parts I have bolded. I LOVE DHP! His physical comedy is what keeps me watching Frasier reruns! These media people seem to insult people for effect. As far as I know there is speculation about DHPs private life but no comments from him. I feel this is a wise move on his part and he manages to keep out of the tabloids( as far as I know) but of course it comes also with less attention to his work. Of course I could be talking through my hat since the media coverage here is different.
  17. Kareneh I am in Australia , in the northern half with no daylight saving. It is now 7.51pm Tues 29th Jan. So maybe 5 hours behind Baku?
  18. Lots of great discussions here today! As soon as the article was posted I knew it would not stop there. So many of the other publications which picked up these comments only focused on those few sentences - no surprise there. I think that lots of nju people will read it as his way of saying " mind your own damn business and, paparazzi, don't bother trying to follow me because I will be at home every night by myself with a cup of tea watching CNN". I hope that the "home every night by myself "part isn't strictly true for his sake but of course it's none of my business....... As for Clay identifying as nerdy, I suppose I also Identify myself that way. I do think it makes Clay seem younger than his years to keep on repeating it. I remember finally feeling like a grown up when I realised that the "Cool Kids" at school had seemed to reach their peak in those years and after school my lack of coolness wasn't a problem in the least and that my nerdy friends, sister and I were having a ball and not giving two hoots about whether we were cool or not. Like I said to my 13 yr old son the other day " Coolness is vastly overrated".
  19. Hey Merrieee I think we will be there around the 12th to 19th. So I might miss the ehp that I've heard so much about (and lived vicariously through)
