sweet I love the Ruben & Clay have remained friends I will tell this funny (to me anyway) story One day I was helping my niece with her homework my mom says "I think that singer you guys like threw a kid off stage?" niece & me "who?" mom " on the news I heard singer Akon threw a kid off the stage at one of his shows. Akon isn't the singer you like from American Idol?" to this my niece fell on the ground laughing hysterically and said "oh Clay Aiken is so sweet & has a lazy eye and he is sweet "

The first time she was so upset & tried not to cry on the way home. This time I told her I wasn't sure he will do SD. That's why she was looking on this site that day. She was checking to see if he did SD that weekend. He did every time except the show we went too. Which she told me is prove that her life is just not fair.

HeidiHo thanks for explaining that better than I did (I did try though) Ducky she is going to be so happy. We went to Spamalot twice and both times Clay didn't do the SD. So my niece (who is 12 & not at all shy) asked someone who worked at the theatre if he could get Clay to sign her poster. I told her if he said no she just had to accept it. So she want up to him and said "Can you get Clay Aiken to sign this for me? This is the third time (second really but who's counting) I have come here and he didn't do the SD every time I have been here" the man said "I could get fired if I take you back there" My niece said "no I just want his autograph". The man went backstage and asked us to wait. He came back & asked us to come back with him. Niece got very excited. When in the hallway he said "i don't do this for everyone but if you give me your address I will get your poster signed." Niece said "thank you because I can't afford to come back here again" Jaycee I never saw that picture before today. I thought I have seen every picture of Clay. I too have discovered things I thought were photo shopped weren't so you are not alone on that

I wanted to tell you guys today in the mail was my niece's Clay Spamalot poster. Instead of being signed by just Clay the whole cast signed it BUT Clay's signature is way up at the top alone and everyone else is way at the bottom

Jamar I wasn't really referring to your post. I have just witnessed this a lot lately. If you say something all of sudden you don't agree with Clay being gay. There was an example on YouTube where 2 people where auguring on a Clay video one posted I miss him and the next person posted what do you miss? he is the same person just because he is gay and it went on for a while when all the person who said the missed him meant that the missed seeing him in concert.

But what exactly has Clay done or said for someone not to "like" here? It's a picture. It's only a picture. Clay didn't publicize it, he might not have even seen it and he isn't doing anything in the picture except standing there. WTH? I don't know you would have to ask the person who didn't like it. I was speaking in general.

I kind of got the vibe from her (Jaycee) when she talked about being conservative it was about all the talk about Clay's family jewels that was brothering her. IMO she just wanted to be heard. Sometimes it isn't we want people to agree with us we just want people to listen to what we are saying. I just want to say something & I hope people understand this just because someone doesn't like/agree/understand something Clay says or does it doesn't mean that they have a problem with him being gay. I have seen that a lot on MB lately.

Wandacleo I agree with what you said but I also understand what Jaycee is saying Clay did have an imagine of the boy next door, the religious mom ma's boy, the man who didn't swear ect... and a lot of it I believe was him (maybe I am stupid) but people do change. I now this will seem weird to some but when I watch clips of Clay singing in his earlier career (AI idol, solo tour ITT ) I saw joy behind his eyes. My favorite clip of him singing Soliatire was from AI 3 when he hit that big not & people cheered. You could see how much joy he felt singing. For a long time I didn't see that person. After he came out I saw that joy in his eyes again

Well Jaycee if that's how you feel that is how you feel. Feeling are not right or wrong they just are. I am sure Clay has changed in some ways since we first met him. He was 24 then and IMHO he seemed much younger (naive maybe?) I don't mean that as an insult. How many of us are the same person we where 6 years ago. There are things he has said or done that I may not agree with but I have always seen a good person there.

The Rick who signed my niece's poster was the Rick who played Sir Lancelot LOL signed his leg we don't have the poster My niece asked a man that worked at the theatre if he could take it back & get Clay's signature on it he said he would send it to us & took our address we have checked the mail everyday. Nothing

I really only have issues with some things. Not enough to go pay someone for anything. Certain things just take me longer (reading & writing ) and I see words & numbers backwards a lot of times. I did get my Associates Degree in Social Services and was on my way to a BA when I run out of money.

It isn't a big clip of him but it's something I was only responding to the person who said Justin started his own record label. I followed Justin's career a bit and his cd's don't sell. TV guide promotes him a lot. I didn't think Justin would have anything to do w/ Clay's career. Last I heard Justin will be on Gone Country the reality show.

nothing against Justin Guarini but I hope Clay isn't following his career path question the lady who made the montage gave permission for it to be used. Did Clay have to give permission for his song to be used? It would be really great if they showed the montage on TV

All this talk about English class. Just reminds me of when I worked in a video store. All the movies are sort of alphabetic order but the most popular ones are placed at eye level. One day 10 mintues before closing a lady took down most of the videos and brought them up to the desk. She said "I am an English teacher and am so tired of this mistake. These were not in apbeatically order." We had to stay later to clean up her mess! Clay is going on tour with me Clay is going on tour with I guess it does not really matter as long as he is going on tour Will tell you that I have a learning disability so any mistakes in grammar/sentence structure department are not intentional.

did you guys see a guy named Alex (?) who sings in the closet some people are saying he is the next Clay Aiken don't they know Clay is orginal Thanks JMh123
