CV has very faint sound....I can hear him just barely wailing at the other end with my iTunes and computer sound all the way up.. I definitely don't know this song. lol ETA: Aaaand it just went out again. -
Here's a little OT tidbit.... I've been trying to get through the TV shows I have backed up on Hulu and I decided I'd watch through an episode of Lie To Me. Well, in the beginning credits I saw Merle Dandrige's name! She ended up playing a pushy DA with an agenda. She was only in maybe 2 or 3 short scenes but it's nice to see one of Clay's old cast mates show up on the small screen. I know Chris Sieber was just on The Good Wife last night too but that's not a show I watch.

I'm not forgetting but I'm sad about the conflict I have tonight with a pretty important hockey game. I'm quite sure though that Clay will win out (he always does....). And I realized there are a LOT more conflicts I'm having between Clay's tour and other things I have going on this month. I was so excited too with signing up for a cellstream for the first time, I wanted to be there for everything. Thank god for recaps and Clack! Liked the article. Will be interesting to see if he does in fact change up the set list each night.

We have a big pot of chili too! In past years we've gone all out with things like chips and dip, Chex mix, veggie tray, brownies, even had a Super Bowl cake on occasion. This year since it's just my mom and I, we toned it down to chili and football shaped Oreos. Still sounds good to me! ETA: I have no problem rooting on the Packers. Growing up in the Detroit area and having the Lions as a hometeam (ack!!) it only made sense for me to cheer on a better team. And yes, I did really love Brett Favre back during his Packers days. After his flip-flopping retirements I ended up frustrated and I don't like him all that much anymore. LOL To this day, even though the Lions are getting better, I have a hard time cheering them on. Though Suh is an AMAZING player and Johnson is as well. The back-up QBs to Stafford (names currently escape me) are really good too and I like them a lot. My heart may be softening.

Can I come too? I have at least 6 years worth of trying (I had no clue how people got M&G in 2004) and still zero luck. Best I've gotten is a slap in the handshake line. Sure, no problem. Root Beer for aikim; Diet Dr. Pepper for bottlecap; probably a margarita for me; what do you like to drink? I've had one "hand slap" bus line, and a quick picture at the stage door of Spamalot. So while I've "met" him, in my mind I've not really "met" him. Yeah, I know -- I should stop complaining because I know that's more than many have had. I'd really just like to talk to him for a little bit.... Yeah that pretty much sums up my experience..one hand slap in Sterling Heights; although I did see him at Borders (from afar) when he was signing books. So it looks like Bottlecap and I are going to be the designated drivers, LOL! Kim Oh but the Sterling Heights one was one of the best! He gave everyone 2 shakes, one with each hand. At least that's what I noticed he did to me and those around me.

Definitely loving all the new interviews. Nothing like catching up from the previous day and getting bombarded with Clay!

We were supposed to get around the same amount Chicago did but a dry slot of air came in and broke up part of the system (that apparently none of the local models predicted!!), and just before that, the ice/sleet line made its way up by us, so our totals were at least 5" lower than what was expected. I think we only got a total of around 6" here, so we got off super lucky. We were also fortunate that the owners here take care of big snow removal, so all we had to do was clean off our cars and the snow drifts between them. They even came up our steps and on our porch and did it all! Very impressed. Heh, I'd like to know that too. Couchie good to hear your mom can come home. I have a question about PBS tickets too...is anyone going to Houston and gotten theirs? Or know someone who is and has? Not that I'm going, but I want to know for a friend. Apparently they're selling pit seats at the Houston Symphony site and she went ahead and bought one of those, but none of the seats I saw people get through the OFC are pit. Were they maybe being saved for PBS and had some left over to sell?
