I'm doing WFI tomorrow/today! 2-6pm. I'm so glad I could get some volunteer time in this year! Need to get to bed so I'm all rested up for the 60 mile drive.

Dear god that boy can talk when he wants to! I think it's funny that he's making sure the right hairstyle is on the card!! LOL

JEANS. Congrats Aikim!! For the Canadians...I'm sure you've heard about the mess on the 402 through/out of Sarnia? Was that caused by the lake effect snow?? I missed the first half of the whole story for the past couple days now. All I know is that the bridge is shut down! Crazy stuff!! They're all being rerouted to the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit and it's causing HUGE problems...I just can't believe it!

The fan sleuths already know... his name is Jeff something... he's playing in the Rocky Horror in Grapevine, TX. Is it me or does Clay finally have that "I'm in my 30s" look? I hope I'm not too guilt-ridden today. I volunteered for WFI today but the snow storm came in. Roads out here aren't that great but the freeways are fine right now. Even on a good day, it's a 90 minute drive to the location. I don't want to chance it. They're saying roads are going to get slick tonight too, and if I worked till 4pm, that's cutting it pretty close to that border line. I figure I'll donate a little today and then reschedule for the next location... I've been a chicken driving in winter weather for the past few years...ever since somebody almost got into a head-on collision with me on snowy roads.

I gave up Idol after David Cook. I mean it was kinda sinking then, but now it's just full out annoying. Bottle, Big Bang Theory is my new TV love (see quote in sig)! A ton of my friends are in love with the show and I'm finally on the bandwagon. A few of us were hanging out tonight and we kept making references and quoting lines from the show. We're such huge nerds! One of my other favorite comedies right now is Modern Family.

Same here. I think the only shows he and I had in common were The Office and Jericho...and Jericho was canceled. It seems like he watches more cable shows or dramas...I like prime time shows and usually comedies. LOL

I thought he looked hotter than ever in that PSA too. But again, I'm easy. I have one super awesome friend, and apparently I'm a fan of a super awesome guy. She bought me a book and had it signed by the author, and then she was able to get the author's friend to sign it too. Reed Timmer and Joel Taylor from the show Storm Chasers, if anyone's seen it. I guess Joel's was harder to get since he has a packed schedule but he took the time to sign it. I've wanted to cry happy tears all afternoon! Clay and Reed and Joel!

I voted today soon as I heard we're in the #2 spot! Hopefully we get to keep it for a while! I don't follow the alliances just because it's so confusing to me... however, I am helping a friend of mine. Her dad works at a local hospital and they have a project in the running for 50K (under Health) for kids with disabilities. I told her if she helped vote for NIP I'd help vote for her dad's hospital project. That's the only extra I'm doing.... WFI doesn't start for us till next weekend, and for me, it's on the far side of the area, an hour and a half away. The end is rewarding though.

Not to be shallow, but I just want to say YUM. I don't remember Idol Rewind showing more, but there is this reconstruction montage. From what I remember Clay saying is that he sang probably half the song before they stopped him. They did a toooon of editing for that itty bitty bit we saw. I've been coughing a lot the past couple days. My mom came home with a sore throat last night. I really don't feel like catching anything right now.

I saw that too and I'm a bit confused not knowing what "progressives" is....but what I got from it is they have multiple charities with a large backing vote and continue to win, making it unfair for others. I'm starting to get voter fatigue but I'll continue to vote. WFI is being set up in my area and I would hope that our area coordinator has the idea of putting out flyers by our booth like I saw a suggestion for. That might help greatly! Aikim sorry you had a rough morning. I'm lucky in the fact that my cat is strange, she doesn't come to wake me up. LOL Luckiest hope you get your laptop back soon. ldyj thanks for bringing over the pics. He doesn't look too bad, only thing I think I'd like to do is shake his hair out. I'm excited....today is 1 of 2 for "fun" things... I ordered the 3rd season of Big Bang Theory really cheap on Black Friday and it's coming today!! And the Christmas present I'm not supposed to know about is coming today too. LOL And we finally ordered a washer/dryer so that's coming tomorrow. We'll finally be able to do laundry here after 4 months!

Loved the blog, wish we could get that money for the foundation....what a great present that would be! We need a major push......

I just read over at CV that if you have an Android phone you can download the Pepsi Refresh app...tried it and worked. Wish I knew before now or I could have been getting 4 votes in a day! Oh well. If we roll over into December, at least I can use it then. If you have an Android phone, it's really simple to get. Just go to the Marketplace app and search for Pepsi, it should show up as the first search result. Also a super big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Clay. I miss him so much!
