I have approximately 300 pictures from that tour..... I haven't gone through them in a while so I don't know what's there or what kind of quality they are either, but I can upload them to an album for perusal if you'd like?

I'm not quite yet ready for Friday!! I'm nearly done with a book, I have 11 chapters left and lord knows when this tour starts I'll have a hard time getting to that book!

ldyj - CV is definitely doing cellcerts. They're still looking for volunteers. So according to a local radio station, Clay will be a guest DJ here! I suppose it'll be the day he has his concert.

I watched clips on youtube and she did seem a bit off. I think it'll be one of those things we won't get a direct answer about. Today is a sad day for me. With the uncertainty of when the art gallery I've been working at will have another show, and the main fact I don't have reliable transportation to get me there anymore when they did, I had to tell them I couldn't continue to work there. The guys who run it are awesome people, and I really loved it there, but I need something more stable. When I took the job I thought it would be more constant but it's not. Now I can move on and hope to find a job here in town and hopefully save up some much needed money. I really will miss Detroit and the people and the gallery... I will definitely return to visit once they have more regular shows.

I got mail today too. Thank you, ldyj! I love it!

I know you all are going to have your fun in DC this weekend, but here in Detroit we'll be partying as well!!! We swept the Yankees and are going to the World Series!!!!!!!! And to make up for this super OT post... here's a couple pics from Tyra's gala tonight!

My mind might be far off the Gala on Saturday so it might not sting as bad. And I'm hoping on that day I'll still be coming off an ALCS high from the Tigers.... game 4 was postponed last night after rain was shown creeping into the area, they didn't even get to play an inning! We just need this one game and we go to the World Series!

Daaaaaang he's lookin GOOD!!!!! The whole outfit and the hair reminds me of his early 2008 look. Verra nice!! -- I'd rather see the Giants advance over the Cardinals. We played the Cards back in the 2006 World Series and that solidified my dislike for them. LOL I will say I have had a problem with them though since the whole Mark McGuire thing ages ago...for some reason it all really bothered me.

I'm not going to the Gala either, but to fill that day I'll be out seeing Perks of Being A Wallflower. I have been waiting all year to see this movie!! I think I'm going to get a formal tour of downtown Royal Oak too. It's a great little suburb here everything to offer. Should be a good day! Hopefully I'll come home late enough to read some reports. In the meantime for this week, Go Tigers!!! We play game 1 of the ALCS against the Yankees tonight..eep! I believe we're truly the underdog out of all 4 teams left...

Happy Thanksgiving Canada!! Went to the apple orchard yesterday with some friends. It was a great time!! Out in the orchard though you can tell they had a rough season. There were very few good apples left on the trees. It was kinda sad, I've never seen orchard trees so bare. Somehow though they still managed to make gallons upon gallons of apple cider! I had some last night when I got home and remembered why cider from the orchard is so much better than from the store. Yum!!

At times like this I wish I could let go and make my tweets public, but since I can't.... If he really wants to, he can easily find Downton Abbey on the internet. Season 3, right now in fact. It started on September 16th in the UK and there's no shortage of ways of seeing it. I do think the whole PBS line was stupid to say, but I don't really believe it either.

I thought the purple in our 5s was pretty cool, and the peach color in our 10s... apparently it's not enough for him. LOL
