Lucki, Lulu0013 and I are only going on the 24th and 25th...not the 23rd. Wish we were!

IMO it depends on how far to the side. If you are on the aisle on the side only a seat or two in, that should be ok. Any further to the side and I would rather have the mezzanine. And I would take right orchestra over the left. You could actually not see Clay's first scene on the left side! Thanks CG! I did take the ones on the right, Row E, 3rd seat from the inside aisle. Lucki you can put me down for April 25th also! Lulu0013 will be going with me to both shows.

Not sure where to ask this...but I have a question for those who have already attended. I have tickets for April 23rd in Row B Center Orchestra. We have decided to go again on Friday or Saturday night. Tell ME which seats you think are better...First 2 rows Center Mezzanine or Row E or F Right or Left Orchestra. Since we will be seeing Clay from 2nd row the first night, I thought the Mezzanine would be good but my friend thinks being closer (even if over to the side) would be better. HELP!!

rcknrllmom - I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I lost mine in September and like you sat with her in the hospital for 2 weeks until her last breath. I'm so glad I got to take her to the concert in Tulsa in July. Don't know who she loved more...Clay or Jesse. LOL I also understand what you mean about feeling "disconnected"...you want to ask people why they are smiling...they are not supposed to be smiling. I wanted to play "Because You Loved Me" at my mom's funeral but we just had a military service at the grave site but every time I hear that song, I think of my mom and cry. Sounds like some of you are getting the ice storm we had last week. The whole city of Tulsa (well, nearly) had no electricity. Finally got mine back after 5 days!! It looks like a war zone here with all the downed trees. Wonder if we can still be called "green country." Play, you made me laugh picturing you flying down the street to get up your driveway. Now we have WFI and the boss wants me to actually work. Between all of that, all hell breaks out on the message boards. All I can say is...:fssign: (just had to use this LOL) Be safe everyone.

Help! I'm making a calendar for a friend of mine for her birthday. There was a Halloween wallpaper that was dark blue and black, had a cat in a tree and a mansion in the background. I saved it back in October but for some reason it is really small. Does anyone know where I can find the original? Heck, I don't even remember which board I found it on. I've been searching for days. Me too! I'm so glad you're enjoying it! It was thinking about changing my avi after Vegas because there are so many fantastic pics of Clay from that show. Since ya'll like it, though, I'll leave it alone for awhile! Of course if you REALLY want a new one, I'll be happy to take care of this one for you. EEEEEEEEE I love AI Clay!! I remember thinking he looked like such a goofball at his audition but then when he walked out on the stage when AI2 began, I was floored. I thought, this guy deserves to win. Besides the voice, look at what he has done to his appearance. He really wants to win. Silly me, I thought it was Clay's doing as opposed to AI. Do you all remember way back at the beginning when everyone was wondering what was wrong with them, talking about their Clay shrines, things they had done that they were embarrassed about doing? A lot of us felt like perverts. I remember printing off a thread and taking it the psychologist who worked in the office next to ours. I asked him to read it and let me know what was wrong with us. I even emailed Dr. Phil! Dr. Phil didn't get back with me but the psychologist next door did. He came to my office a week later saying there was nothing wrong with us. He explained that the brain does not know age. I like that and repeat it often. That was so much fun. I just laughed and laughed. As for his hair, I don't dwell on it much either. Some styles I like better than others. I'm a fan of spikes. I don't particularly like the current style but I absolutely loved AI5 hair. Loved JBT hair and thought that style would be easy for him when he had to fix it himself. Other styles look really bad when he has to fix it himself...know what I mean? I hated last years JNT hair. I don't know what it was...too long and flat...something. That said, I sure did like it when he would flip his hair back.

Me too! I think this is what I was trying to say earlier (but very, very badly). I do think that Simon thought there would be women who would be attracted to Clay....but in his mind, those aren't the kinds of people TBTB wanted watching their show, or buying albums. Perma, I really like your style around here. You stop by, write something, and then end with a pretty that we all go "GUH" over. Thank you for your pictures. But...but...but even in Hollywood the other contestants were screaming in the audience when Clay sang. The judges had to notice that. As for Perma... I like Ruben but only with Clay. I think they sound great together and are such a hoot! As for Kim, I never liked her attitude. She got better at the end of the competition but to me that attitude is showing again. But Clay, always has been CUTE, always will be CUTE!!

I'm back home in Oklahoma and just now getting caught up. Gibby & Couchie, sorry we missed each other...maybe next time. My daughter was sitting in Section 104, 4th row. She told me that when Clay hit the glory note, Todd began a spin and that Clay and Todd finished at the exact same time. She said it was awesome!
