beanerknits Posted May 4 Report Share Posted May 4 Me too. First thing I notice was that's Clays costume. Actually like his better bc the leaves on top made it even cuter. During the Sherri Shepard episode, she held up the onesie on a hanger, and of course Ruben had to give her a non -answer . Audience went ooh and aaah. Then she flipped the hanger around and there was a second onesie that said ' My Dad Was ...." . ( with large red circle and diagonal slash over the beet....like Ghostbusters) Ruben lost it when he saw that. ( so did I !!) Sherri ended by telling Ruben to dress Baby Henri in the appropriate one and send her a picture after his show. 1 Quote Link to comment

An online commenter couldn't figure any significance for the time ->1:42 So was I. Clay admitted he 'knew' they were gonna be cut on TMS before it happened. (I'm Not saying more, you guys need to listen to full podcast 😁}. Way back in the mid 1970's, there was a group called The Hudson Brothers. They had one minor hit, a short-lived variety show (because back then almost everyone had a variety show), and then a kids show. I was ENAMOURED with them, because I was 14 at the time. LOL. Bill was the oldest, and from what I understand, after he married Goldie Hawn, he turned into a real jerk. The second brother, Mark, became a fairly well known record producer and studio musician. The final brother, Brett, was the cutest, and I need to look up what he's doing now. (ETA: I guess he writes and produces TV shows). I loved that podcast. More of an AI focus than TMS, but still rather enjoyable! The chemistry between Clay and Ruben is off the charts. 1 Quote Link to comment

I felt the exact same way when watching the battle b/w the Beets and Gumball.. even tho the guys vocals were way better, the Beets couldn’t entertain and bring the personality like the other one did.
