  1. I laughed so hard during this. It takes several revival clips and puts them together. Enjoy, This was done by SueRue:
  2. I have been feeling kinda low all day, I was not ready for the end. I really wanted to go to Hammond and could not get it to work out. The more I sat here Friday all day the more I became depressed. I have watched several U-tube videos today. I am hoping for a TNT concert in this area.
  3. I got home late last night so I went right to bed. I am not great recapper but I will try. We(Annie52, a friend and I) left my house around 1pm. Going great when all of a sudden we are in standstill traffic aroung 30 miles from my house. Luckily the friend that came with us use to work in downtown Detroit for 17 years and was able to get us off at an exit and take some back roads around the area then back on the highway. Once we were back on we had smoothe sailing all the way to Windsor. We got their around 3pm and walked around and played a few machines. Went to the dinner and met many fans that I did not know. Starfishy was there and very excited about her M & G. When we were in line to get into the dinner I met a fan who lives a short distance from me. She had an extra ticket, because her friend could not come, and asked if we(all three of us were standing there)would like to have it. Annie and my friend said that I could take it so I did. It put me from row 17 to row 3 center. We went to the concert area and Starfishy had just got out of her M & G and I have to say she was glowing. I will let her do her recap. What can I say about the concert except that it was wonderful. Clay is gorgeous up close. He is so pale and becoming very thin again. He wears a suit perfectly. When he was talking he diffently was hoarse but it did not affect his signing. I laughed so hard at their banter together. The preacher part with the microphone was hilarious. Clay could not stop laughing. Also, Casey and Clay did some nose rubbing during DGBMH. They are really cute together. The mosh pit at the end was unexpected but it was great seeing all those people enjoying themselves up there. I stayed in my seat but everyone looked like they were having fun. Ruben was touching hands and signed a few admission tickets. Clay did not, I thought he looked a little uncomfortable, but that could of just been me. Security was really tough tonight on camera. I tried and got about 2 minutes of SM and got shut down. I decided it was not worth getting kicked out so I did not try again. I did hear that other people did get the concert. Annie was going to take still pictures but because of security being everywhere decided not to. If I could go to this again I would, it was so good. The fans from Michigan kept saying they hope the rumor that he was coming to Ann Arbor was true. That is an hour from me and in the winter time alot closer than trying to drive far in bad weather. I finally got to meet Luckiet1. Thanks for everything and when I saw you I said to myself, someone as short as me!!! Even though I try to hide it with my highheels. Again. I will say how gorgeous this man is. Those cheek bones are so evident now and that smile is so contagious. I love him!!!
  4. Thanks for the picture of Caesar's, I am so looking forward to tomorrow. Lets just hope traffic is not to heavy and going into Canada has no backups. I am ready
  5. I am trying very hard not to watch alot of clack before my concert on the 5th. I did watch the 70 medley of both Jacksonville and Clearwater and I admit watching it more than I should of. He is just so adorable and yes he can dance!! I am going to try and not watch anymore, I want to be somewhat surprised and I know that each concert has it own vibe.
  6. Can't wait for tonight. I was suppose to work 12 hour today and would of been on here about 9pm but we sent alot of patient home today and I was able to leave. Now I can join the fun on time. Thought the ET interview was really cute, they do look like they enjoy each other.
  7. Think he looks very handsome in the pic from today. I do not get upset about his hair and like it most days except back in 2004 and the mohawke pictures for JNT.(that was terrible). Yeh, for a possible tour date. I am ready for one in the winter, just hope not in this area when I go on a ski vacation. I guess then I will have to travel to the next closest with a date that will work. Always think positive when it comes to tour dates, it has worked so far.
  8. Love the new promo for the PBS special. So far not showing in this area. I am still hoping since Lansing is picking it up. Sometimes I can pull in the Lansing station but not all the time. I have an antenae and depends on the weather. Trying to catch up on all that happened the last 5 days. Just got back from a 5 day bike tour and we did 285 miles. Every day was really hot!!!
  9. I enjoyed Clay on the view especially the food segment. Looked like he wanted to say more but did not really want to interupt them. His voice at first did sound a little hoarse. Also I was not offended by his use of the word asshole. I know some people are stating they thought it was not necessary. He is a man not a boy and should be able to say things without always being bashed.
  10. Up early and packing for our bike trip. Set my VCR because even though I reminded my mother(who is 89) that Clay is on today, she will probably forget. At least I can take it with me over to her house. I did the VCR because her dvd player is not working for some reason. I am another person who really had no opinion about Reed before all of the drama started. It is their business what happened and I hate all the assumtions I am reading on some boards. We know nothing. I wish Reed would of never kept it going by changing the songs. All I can say is that respect for Clay should be on his own fan sites. Now off my soap box and I am going to enjoy the View.
  11. He sounded great. I also watched MR from the Talk Stoop and it was fabulous.
  12. Work has been keeping me busy so have not been on much. Even though it would of been great to get a M&G I knew I probably would not win so I am not upset. I will definetly try again next time. Watched the speach from last night and he did great. Can't wait for the View this week. Luckily I am home that day and then on Wed. we leave for a 5 day bike tour.
  13. Sitting here relaxing after riding my bike 40 miles this am. It got almost 90 by the end so I was glad we finally got home and in the airconditioning. I have rewatched the Capital 4th video many times. I love how he looked that day. Caro I am so sorry for your loss.
  14. I remember watching this in 2004 and thinking how he nailed all of the songs that night and how handsome he looked and now seeing him and realizing he is even more handsome as he got older, enjoy this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWUo_7w2Ous
  15. That review had some discriptions of the performers that I thought were not appropriate. Did not have to mention Quiana's race, and for the life of me when did Clay give a flamboyant performace. He was dressed conservatively and surely did not prance across the stage. Maybe I am reading to much into it and the guy writes all his reviews this way.
  16. Thank you Cindilu2 for instructions, let see if it worked.
  17. Cindilu2I see the picture I want, thank you, but I do not know how to get it to be my AVI. Could you instructi me how. I am not very good at anything involving the computer!!!!
  18. I still can not make AVI's, if anyone can help me I appreciate it. I love the picture with him toward the end of the 63 holding the child. I can not believe how sexy he looks in the suspenders. Everyone of the pictures are great.
  19. When I heard that MR was going to be on the CD I was not thrilled. My concert buddy kept saying wait and give it a chance. She has always loved that song. So when I got the CD and heard it the firt time I was not really into it. Now after many listens I must say I am really warming up to it and like his version. When listening to it the other day on the Sinatra station I liked his version far more than Sinatra. So I guess I probably will love this when it is sang live.
  20. I have been on a bike trip for 5 days(rode 200 miles) so I have not been around to comment on songs. I just want to add that I love the duet on Crying!! I have a friend who likes Clay's voice and did buy MCWL. When OMWH came out I bought her a copy because her Birthday was that week. I never got around to getting her a present this year so when TNT came out I decided to get it for her. When I got to her house she told me she saw him on GMA and thought he was great and felt this was the type of songs he sould be singing. Likes to listen to MB as a singer but can not stand to watch him and thinks Clay will fit this genre perfectly. I told her about PBS, so hopefully we will get it here.
  21. Have to comment of UM before I leave for my 5 day bike tour. This is one of my favorite on the CD and I love the live version on the View. I have replayed this song so many times. I can not wait to hear this live. See you guys on Sunday evening. Hope I am in shape to ride 70 miles in one day in the hills of upper lower Michigan. They are not mountains but steep enough!!
  22. I am not a MB fan either, I do not own any of his CD's but kinda like the song he has on the radio now, that is until one day on a long ride I heard it probably 5 times in 2 hours and grew sick of it. Cindilu2 just wait to I get to one of my favorites! I think we did cover one and that was IOMB(love this song). Its Impossible, even though as I stated I love part of it, is just to slow for me. But if I keep listening maybe it will become one of my favorites.
  23. It Impossible, even though he sounds great and has a few lines that gives me chills, is one of my least favorite on the CD. I do appreciate the fact that he sings it well. For some reason I do not remember the original. I was probably young at the time but remember most of the other songs that are on the CD from hearing them when I got older.
  24. KeepingfaithI am with you. I went to the Kmart in town, who has a very limited suppy in all CD's, and looked around and could not find him in new releases and no name card. All of a sudden I saw one lonely CD just sitting by itself on the shelf. I still do not know how it got into my cart!! MTK - Not my favorite but there are parts of the song that I do love how Clay's sings it. I can not even remember how the Bobby Darren version sounded.
  25. I have to say that IOMB is one of my top 5 songs on the CD. I just like the feel and I want to dance when I hear it.
