cindi - that could be - I don't remember where that interview is, so I couldn't check.
But..... meeting a newborn and an almost 3-month-old are two really different things!!
OMG Parker is almost 3-months old! (ok ok - technically - only 12 weeks...)
-
So cool that Jaymes and Parker were at the show last night.
Could it be that Uncle David came to NYC to meet Parker?? :F_05BL17blowkiss:
this page needs some pictures

CM runs in, skids to a halt..........
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CINDILU2
:large-smiley-003:
I'm a little late offering well wishes for cindilu's birthday!! due to the rather time-consuming Halloween Party here on Saturday that lasted well into Sunday!!

couchie - so glad couchiemama is ok again and out of the hospital!!
muski - your hubby is a saint!!
FG - love the rose pix and the quilt pix!!
OMG bottle!! those Halloween pix are awesome!!
FG - That costume idea from LALate is a really abbreviated idea!!
Here's mrchach in the Sir Robin costume I made for him!
I also made a zombie horde outfit for myself -
using the zombie horde t-shirt as a base!
(still catching up - more later!!)

Yeah, I pretty much did nothing but read for an entire day when I started Breaking Dawn. And I LOVE Midnight Sun. I really hope Meyer finishes it!
Me too!! Wouldn't it be fantastic if she paralleled the whole series with Edward's perspective??
Is anyone going to go to WICKED?
Any speculations as to what part Clay might play? I am not familiar with the play.

They'll be 30 on the 30th!! It's their Happy Magic Halloween Birthday!! I remember being in the hospital that Halloween. chachadotters 1&2 were born almost 5 years to the day of when I met mrchach! And we met at a Halloween party!!
lucky - I'll be sure to post a pic of my Sir Robin!
-
I missed all the drama last night!!!
Hoping all is well... or better, at least!!! :F_05BL17blowkiss: :thbighug-1:{{{CLAY}}} - I hope you are feeling better, and I'm glad to hear that you'll be performing tonight!
I always wondered how stunt people could fall all over the place and not hurt themselves!!!
Glad to hear crimsonice made it back to Canada and a nice warm bed! Hope she's feeling better today.{{{crimsonice}}}
I can relate to all the traveling while sick stuff. I am remembering all the trips to Nana's house when the kids were small -- with a hangover!! One of the worst trips ever was back to Boston from Nantucket the day after a really festive wedding....... worst hangover ever!!! (but really, no laughing matter!)
I finally finished reading the Twilight series - Book #4 (Breaking Dawn) was a real 750-pages-plus-page-turner! WHEW! Then I went online and read the one called Midnight Sun. That's the one told from Edward's perspective and it's fascinating!! That was 264 pages online and I could barely tear myself away to do anything yesterday!
:F_05BL17blowkiss: to ALL!!!
Especially {{{muski}}} -- good luck with your daughter - just tighten up the chinks in your armour! You WILL Survive!
My older girls are turning 30 next week. :o I am in the throes of preparing a guargantuan effort of a Halloween party to celebrate.
(I am dressing mrchach in a Sir Robin costume!! It's not perfect, but at least the tabbard looks semi-correct!
And I'm giving him a sword and a challice instead of a chicken to hold! ACK! Gotta go make a belt!)
{{{couchie and couchiemama}}} -- sending good thoughts for all to turn out well!!!

Princess Bride? You all do know the book is better right?
Inconceivable!
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
THIS is the line I was trying really hard to remember yesterday!!!
But ALAS!! CRS!

Pop quiz: what were YOU doing five years ago today?
Me? I was driving through the pouring rain, coming back from a trip to Chicago, having spent a good portion of the night before at a party. This was my companion for that trip:
Happy birthday MOAM!
OMG! I can't believe it's been FIVE YEARS SINCE MOAM!!!!
? QUESTION:
When you say "MOAM" out loud or read it,
do you say ...
MOAM (rhymes with moan)
MO-AM (two syllables - sounds like 'Mow-Ham')
M-O-A-M (Say each of the letters)
~OR~
"Measure of a Man" (say the whole name out to yourself)
Five years ago, I had just had an incredibly busy summer. My daughter was living here with her soon-to-be-hubby, and we were planning their wedding for Sept 13th. She was going to class to make up one class for her degree. He was working in Arlington, which is an impossible commute (2+ hours every day), and they had no car. She was working about 6 miles from here and biking there every day, except on those days when she was running late and I would drive her. That summer almost everyday there was a severe T-storm around 5PM and I would end up picking her up, even if I didn't drive her.
After the wedding on 9/13 they stayed about 2 more weeks and then drove off into the sunset in a used RV to visit his relatives in CA and eventually end up in the camp east of Seattle where they would begin teaching prinitive skills to children. Sometime around this time (I can't remember the exact date), their RV caught fire and burned totally up, along with almost ALL their possesions somewhere in No CA.
They came back here to live and wait for the insurance money before heading to WA State again.
Sometime in the middle of all that, I managed to notice Clay
"ON THE COVER OF THE ROLLING STONE"
and then managed to get his album - there was a big CD-Release Party near here I knew nothing about - but by sometime in November or so I had found the Broads Board.
And it was all downhill from there!! :F_05BL17blowkiss:

Cha-cha, when you first posted "As you wiiiiiish" last night you also posted a bunch of links for The Princess Bride but I didn't have a chance to view them. Would you please re-post?
OMG Scarlett - I had so much trouble with that post!! I added the links at the bottom and then I tried to edit it again because the emoties weren't showing up. I clicked "Complete Edit" and it just kept loading and loading!!! I thought if I canceled it, the post would at least be OK the way it was. But it got totally corrupted!! Who knew???????
And this afternoon I forgot all about the links that used to be at the bottom!
Here they are........... (plus I added another one)

Which is funny because I love Flamingos!!! It's one of the things I collect!!
Aren't they a lot of work?
I went to a flamingo preserve once, and picked up a few feathers from the ground. Poor things drop their feathers all over the place. Would you like one?
Do you mean a feather? Or a flamingo??
I'll pass on the real flamingo... and thanks for the offer on the feather! (but I don't collect feathers)
Here are a couple of my faves.......
THANKS SCARLET!!

I fell asleep on page 17 of Breaking Dawn (Twilight Book 4)! I'm going to try and take it slow on this book. (Yeah like that's gonna happen!!)
I did my colors... and I have Photoshop, but I can't figure out how to translate the colors into the right code!
It's supposed to be Flamingo and this is as close as I can get to it!!
Flamingo
Which is funny because I love Flamingos!!! It's one of the things I collect!!
Off to join some ladies for brunch and a movie, but it's so nice outside I almost don't want to go!!

All I can say is "HUH???"
