Aaaaack! I woke up this morning and found that my beautiful Face the Nation avatar was gone! AAAACK! Fortunately, I managed to change it back... jmh, I love your avatar too. Right back atcha! And I also just realized that the concert in Indianapolis is smack dab in the middle of my vacation to Memphis (which we just finalized yesterday). Good thing I didn't buy tickets to that show... On the other hand, that means I'll miss whatever cellcert happens that night. Sigh.

Don't know the exact amount, but I'd love to know. I might have to tweet them to find out...

Yep -- this is an upgrade for the board. I'm used to it, because of another board I frequent. But it might take a little getting used to! Now THAT'S a thread title! (Although I would add "funny" somewhere in there as well...) Honestly, that sentence pretty much sums up why I'm still around today. Yes, I like his voice; yes, I like his music (for the most part). But it's the whole package of HIM that enthralls me. I love going to his concerts, not because of the music per se, but because of the fun and the quick wit. He frequently makes me laugh and also think -- often at the same time. He's so very cool in my book.

*waves to people dropping by* It's hot and stupid here too. Unlike Fear, though, I HATE hot weather, and I want a little more spring first. 95 degrees for Memorial Day weekend is just wrong IMO. It's nice to have a weekend with very little planned though. My husband and I are grilling all three nights, and tomorrow night friends are coming over to boot. Monday is going to be NOTHING. I might start burning DVD's of the CApp episodes. Yes, I'll be keeping them all, even with all the "distasteful" stuff that happened via who was on the show and the outcome. I still loved seeing Clay at his most candid during these past few weeks, and will miss that dreadfully tomorrow night.

merrieeee, what a great story! I'm expecting/hoping to hear that same story when I visit my allergist's office in a few weeks... As much as I'm deeply disappointed in what happened on Sunday, and would just like to give Clay a big old hug because of that (although I'd give him a hug no matter what *g*), I think he's better off in the long run. I saw someone else post on a different board that he really accomplished all he wanted to do with this (recognition and money for the Project, recognition for himself personally), without being tied to the Trump name. It's definitely a good thing.
