Well, damn. I literally bought Cracker Jack tonight at WalMart -- it's for my Mom in the nursing home, who requested it. *runs off to open the box anyway and mouths "Sorry Mom'* No, no, no -- no ketchup on hot dogs either. Mustard and a bit of relish. That's all! It sounds like the TV Medley is getting funnier and funnier with the addition of the easel. couchie, I think the reason they are doing this with the names of the shows on the signs on the easel is because there's been more than a few people saying "I don't know this one," or things like that. I actually think he may be surprised that people don't watch TV like he does! ATD right now!!!! EEEEEEEE! stitchie is in the house!!!!! bottlecap, that avi makes me seasick. I saw a slower one earlier today....I'm gonna have to find that now....

It took me a while to figure it out Ansa, but I think play means the HYCA from last night....where he kept finding dead ends, and so he was a bit "lost." Am I right? And yeah, I'd love to see that.... What the heck does a "positive inclination" mean? I mean, I know what it means, but....to me it's those filters again. What I find fascinating about this whole thing is that I know I have my OWN filters, and it's interesting to me when I apply them vs. when I do not. I think I'd be more like couchie if Clay and I were friends -- I love his snark when it's directed toward someone else. If it were directed to me personally, I'd probably not be happy. Y'all have been so smart today again, and here I am stuck at the reference desk. *sigh* Too much to quote, not enough time....

Rare occasions, eh? Heh. During tour season, I have about 3 rare occasions a DAY. But don't tell my workplace that -- although I'm sure the IT department knows. Yay! Claygasm survived! Want to hear my thoughts on this? Ok, probably not, but I'm going to do it anyway.... I honestly think that LNM wouldn't work with the orchestra live. To me, that's a song that needs a band -- and at least a third vocalist in the background. There's too many layers at the end of that song for that to sound good live. Don't get me wrong, I really would love to hear it live, think he'd do fantastic on it....but I'd say wait for next tour at this point. ITA!! He couldn't even begin to remember the words at the Kimmel mini concert - and without the Spanish guitar, there is nothing I love. I want to hear that green eyed soul and hear him sing IYDKMBN soooooooooo bad!! While I agree that I would rather hear IYDKMBN -- it sounds like he KILLED on Sorry tonight, even if he messed up the words. Besides, you never know -- Sorry might be to you what TOA is to me...a song that I only tolerated on the album, but LOVED live. C'mon, give it a try! Amen sister!! I just watched that clip, too. Obviously, Angie's been working with Clay on his dance moves. Party All Night, indeed, dude! Ahem.... I posted about this clip THIS MORNING people! And where were you then?!?!? MOAM was never my favorite off that album, but good golly if the man doesn't know how to infuse that song with massive feeling when he sings it live. Add an orchestra behind him, and he's even better! WY now! EEEEEEEEEE!

From what I can tell from the CV cellcert, there is a stand on stage with signs with the names of each of the shows for the corresponding theme, and the girls (ahem, ladies) are going to be changing them. Maybe? Something like that....

I'm glad he's starting to include a bit of Always and Forever in his intro to the TV medley. That's kind of thrilling, actually. I'm having a hard time hearing this banter, although I almost know it by heart anymore. *g*

I wonder if these fans are holding their heads in shame right now, or if they think what they are doing is either right, or a good attention getter. Heh. WISYS! I think the CV stream is better tonight.... No banter between WISYS and EYGA....this sounds like a particularly strong version of this song tonight.

Geez, both cellcerts (CV and CH) sound like they are underwater diving. I can't decide which is better. He just mentioned the Philadelphia show from the other night..... Did he say something at the Philadelphia show that was crass? Because someone emailed his mother. His mother believes other people, not him. Clay had Jamie call mom to explain. Wants people to tell him directly if his voice cracks again, or other problems, rather than emailing his Mom!

There's a reason they call it "show business." I'm pretty sure Clay knows that. As far as politics in every profession -- AMEN! I have to deal with that every day, and I think all of us who work for someone does too. Didn't Clay mention in LTS that he knew that he'd have a few battles if he became a principal? He may not have realized RIGHT AWAY that the battles in the music business would be on a grander scale (that's not right exactly, but I can't figure out how to phrase it better), but he's learned. Oh, has he learned. He also seems to know quite well when to make lemons out of lemonade -- and when to NOT do that. He makes his choices, and I think he knows how to live with them one he's made them. Saw this on CV. I'd love to hear him sing this live. While I'm still crossing my fingers for IYDKMBN, this would be a great choice too. And then he can promptly forget the words to the song. Hee. Time for a concert soon! Early one tonight -- it starts at 7:30 EDT!
