  1. Muski, this sounds like every mom's dream gift!! You brought a tear to my eye. How wonderful for you! I hope Kayla get's her pics so we can see her new blends. She does very nice work. I'M QUITE FOND of fondling CLAY ACTION ~ CLAY IN ACTION ~ OMG IT'S TONIGHT!! Word, cindi. I try to stay calm about the whole BS crap and put it all in perspective. I try to remind myself it's just not that important in the grand scheme of things. I usually try to ignore as Clay has wisely suggested. I've been around the block enough to know better, that this type of treatment is not isolated to just Clay. I realize some good will always come from the bad stuff, and yet......There are people out there that may actually deserve this kind of attention. But there is no fun in poking and jabbing at them. And "they" know we will always react to the negative....give them hits to add $$$ and even power to their voices. Lame as that may be. I wish we could all follow the advice of a very wise young man I once heard say to just ignore the bullies and they will probably go away. I try, honestly I do. But then there are times when I just want to scream ENOUGH!! ----------- QUOTE: I think if I never heard another song from Clay I would eeeee over what I have for the rest of my life. I still get a thrill out of him and I am so looking forward to tonight and seeing him again in a month. I think I need to put this in my living will. Don't you dare turn off those machines..just stick Clay in my ear and leave me alone. --------- Couchie, this should be in our "by-laws" dontcha think? So I woke up this morning tossing and turning and thinking how will I ever get through this day waiting for this evening....What will he wear? What will he sing? What will his hair look like? Which teeth will he have? Oh dear god, I've gone clean over the f*#@ edge! HAPPY FOURTH EVERYBODY

  4. Good post, keepingfaith. And from your lips to gods ears!!! I'm anxious to read the Chronicle article and listen to the podcast too. Speaking of which.....wth is it? Hey, has anybody there in the great state of Texas noticed anything different? Like...a tingling sensation or a heady fog....anything to indicate HE'S SHARING YOUR AIR? Come on, You know you'd know if he was there. Good god ya'll I'm startin' to get butterflies in ma tummy. I'm getting nervous for him and I know I don't need to, but I am. Anyone else feeling this way? I'm rambling.....yikes.
  5. I know everbody is uber busy getting ready and even traveling but please take a moment to visit the new topic posted in the TV forum. It's regarding the Relly Award Nominations. Let's give it our best effort to get Clay one of them there Relly's! Let's show 'em the power of a nation. K? :F_05BL17blowkiss: So hubby says to me last night at the dinner table "let's take off and go for a picnic on Wednesday". And I almost choked on my guacamole thinking I nearly got away clean. We had no plans and I thought I just might get way without having to explain why I needed to be on the computer during the holiday. Argh......MEN!
  6. couchie, be sure to NOMINATE HIM NOW or he won't show up on the official ballot though. :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  7. ~They are accepting Nominations for the Regis & whatshername show ~ So, if you think Clay would get a kick out of winning something from them then VOTE If not, then please forgive me posting this here and try to see the humor/irony in it all *I seem to recall he has a special cabinet set aside with a place already for his award (sorta)* I think Clay himself would howl if he won anything. Below is the link for all the show lists w/guests. He was on November 17, 2006! He is NOT LISTED on that days show in the heading. He does appear in the details if you click on it. Ahh yes and the "reviews" did bring back some uhm....memories/emotions. Link fo the list of shows and guests: http://www.tv.com/live-with-regis-and-kell...own;dropdown;18 Vote here: http://bventertainment.go.com/tv/buenavist...ominations.html There has been some discussion on other boards about The "Most Touching Moment" and well, you can imagine how appropriate that would be HAVE FUN WITH THIS!
  8. Well, I can't say personally because I didn't hear it. Just my DH. Of course he's "a guy" in every sense of the word (insert rolling eyes emote here) and so his MMV. I do feel like it is what we come to expect and I dislike feeling that way. Gun-shy so to speak. I like your take on it better. I will have to inform dear boys will be boys (scratch, belch) hubby of that when he get's home. ----------- cindi, NO! You edited the best part of your post you silly silly gurrl!!! Bwahhhhhhh was my response
  9. Yeppers. Me too bb! I'm starting to get all goose pimpley
  10. oookay...i think its a subtle gay diss....since it is eating hot dogs...oh well. No biggie, it took me awhile to figure it out actually. Uhm, yea, unfortunately I'm afraid that is what "the jab" was about. My DH heard it too and called to tell me (of course he had to get his subtle snicker in also ) But honestly WHEN WILL IT END. ENOUGH ALREADY!! --------------- Here's my rant for the day: I was watching the Today show and they kept going on and on about this really "cool" really "hot" new singer that was going to be on. Paolo Nutini (sp?) He's a Scot and looked kinda cute so I waited and watched. Apparantly he has sold something like 1.3 million copies of his CD world wide. Honestly, I thought the ladies were drooling. So they begin the interview and I can't understand a word he's saying. Nothing! Huh? What was that? Cute accent but I hope he doesn't sing like that. The he sang. WTH? At first I was like "Is he mumbling or singing?" Then "WHAT KIND OF MUSIC IS THIS?" And he looke all huddled up and started to look a little greasy and then I just couldn't look or LISTEN to the mess any longer!! If he is the new cool then I'm stickin' with the old hottie, Clay. 1.3 million of THAT? Alrighty....I'm done Now for some better news: TOMORROW - TOUR - LET THE INSANITY BEGIN :TourExcite: Safe travels to all!
  11. Hmmm...seems that time spent with Reba paid off! New Management http://www.billboard.biz/bbbiz/content_dis...c4e40e3a4c3f9ae
  12. Congratulations to the M&G winners! I hope someone from this board wins one, but it's begining to look like only folks that "live" in the state of the venue will win one. Hmmmmmmm............... Nnnnnnnyway! I wanna know where the hell are the pod people with that pod cast? Well? It's now -----> Less than 48 hours peope!!!!!!!!!1!!!!

  15. So, nobody has received any notification regarding M & G's yet? Well, I've got all my digits crossed for those of you waiting, perhaps not so patiently, for yours!! I woke up this morning thinking about Clay and why we haven't heard anything about TV appearances promoting this tour. (yes. that IS TO what I was thing about.....also) So I then began wondering if maybe he would be using that 9 day break in the tour schedule in July for perhaps a Leno or Today show or something of that ilk. But I think it would have shown up on a schedule somehwere if so by now. Right? Anyway, THEN IT HIT ME! ouch I know I remember him saying just once in some interview or blog that he had aUNICEF trip or commitment this summer. I know I did not dream it but can't confirm it with the exact place it was said. So maybe so?! Though it would be odd to do that, not to mention a strain physically, in the midst of a tour. What do I know!! I'm just so excited that I can't get much else done Heh! If they want mine they're gonna have to bring in the heavy equipment! Did someone say "ironing" or "irony"? Eh, it's all the same to me. Does it have something to do with the batteries Karen was talking about? I'm vibratng with excitement, anticipating my vibrant man (the summer of multiple orgasms) DAY AFTER TOMORROW :Tour3:
  16. I totally swiped this from Rainlover at the CB: Fireworks http://www.kidskonnect.com/FourthofJuly/La.../liberty_dl.htm :me0: Holy Moly JUST 3 MORE DAYS
  17. rcknrllmom, I loved your daughter's site! I registered and I left her comments on her beautiful graphics. It looks like she's a Harry Potter fan. And I have seen most if not all of your montages too. I'm a big fan :F_05BL17blowkiss:
  18. Hahaha..... yep, that's from HP. What is TWOP? (pardon my extreme ignorance)
  19. Now why do I get a knot in my stomach when I read this? http://www.raleighchronicle.com/2007063001.html Just one of those, "God, I wish they wouldn't have" moments of mine. I could be wrong (hoping, praying) but I don't know. It feels wrong when the headline reads the way this one does and I'm still not crazy about them using his silhouette. There's something about using his name/image to sell tickets to curious fans that screams of "tabloid tactics". I wish at times this fandom weren't so "transparent"! Does this make any sense to anyone but me? I wouldn't mind if this were a project that Clay endorsed; had a positive message for young people; Clay and his charities of choice would financially benefit from it....and so on. We shall see I suppose. (insert little "shrugging shoulders" guy here) Quote: ETA: Yep Clay only has 3 more days until tour starts. I bet he has been practicing, some, treenuts............BUT, taking long breaks in between songs to play with his new toy. I'd like to play with his toy. Eehhmmm.....clazor, do you think his "toy" could handle both of us cause I wanna play too! Silly question I know
  20. Clay AND new Harry Potter movie in same week? Zowie!! I hope I get to see it before the end of summer, but I may be a little busy staring at my computer for some reason over the next two months. But I love HP books & films. They do a darn good job translating the story as written to the screen. Even if they do omit on average a 1/4 of the written story. I hope Clay has been focused on rehearsing these past few days and not too distracted by his new "iLady" Clay, no more RIFP!! K?
  21. Okay y'all, don't freak out at my 360 degree turn here. I am a huge movie buff.....both oldies and newer indie flicks. So yes, I'm going to jump right from Charlie Chan to my absolute all time newer favorite "guilty pleasure": Hedwig and the Angry Inch I love this film and I think John Cameron Mitchell was nothing short of amazing in it. He not only starred in it but he wrote the original play, co-wrote the music/lyrics, wrote the screenplay and directed as well. If memory serves me he was even nominated for a Gloden Globe for his performance. The musical numbers are very addictive and the production overall is first class. So if you like musicals of a more eclectic (there's that word again) nature with some pretty cool performances and a slightly bizarre storyline then you just may love this film too Oh yah, and Michael Pitt isn't bad to look at either
  22. laughn, you are terrific! Thank you. It's funny when you think about it. She thought he was being curtious, and I'm sure he was, but more importantly he couldn't have her touch the faucets or paper towel roll either. I can't imagine being allergic to so many things and having to work with, travel in close quarters with and come in contact with so many people everyday! I wonder how often oopsies have occured within Team Clay? I don't think I could NOT go near coffee or tree nuts unless he was willing to make a serious commitment to me.... or at the very least a sexual proposition....of any kind Oh hell, who am I kidding? I'd most likely give up a kidney just to spend 24 hours alone with him!
