  1. Oh bottle! That dream sounds more like a nightmare! JPL?????? BLECH! I guess that song could be it. Or not. I swear it sounded vaguely familiar and I can guarantee you if it was a song by a Christian songwriter, I would not be familiar with it! But then again, it may have just reminded me of a song I know. Someone at the CH seems to feel the guy with the guitar was that Eman guy who was one of the producers of BW and is also given a songwriter credit of LAA. Don't know how they know it, except this is the Clay Nation! Better detectives there never were! Of course, even a great interview like this one on some boards is sparking "discussions" on the conspiracy theories again! I.don't.get.it. But the REAL question is - WHY THE HELL WASN'T THIS INTERVIEW USED ON SHOWS LIKE GMA, ET, THE INSIDER ETC, ETC, ETC?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
  2. So true, bottle! Frankly I'm surprised they haven't already cracked the case! The Clay Nation must be slipping.
  3. Ok all you sharp-eared folks. What is the song he is singing with that guitarist who isn't Andy? Its not anything off the album. It sounds vaguely familiar, but I can't place it. Anyone????
  4. These were posted by Fountaindawg at the CH. My our boyfriend sure has changed! And all for the better!
  5. Hee! I love it when Muski gets all fangirly! I've missed that! Sorry about the avie! Only not. I HAD to have it! It was calling my name! But Muski - you signed up for tickets to Regis and Kelly, er, Clay and Kelly???? Are you nuts? Flying 3000 miles for a TV show taping?? (And if you get them, can I go with you????? ) ETA: Found these at CV. Outtakes from the PEOPLE photoshoot! Look at those furry forearms!!!!!
  6. I saw this avatar posted at the CH. I HAD to steal it! Look at the hair move!
  7. I bet they were always in the works. Clay said in his blog he would be promoting ATDW the rest of the year, so this would make sense. I almost think they released it in September for "us" because it had been so long but that they would really be pushing in come the Christmas shopping season. Of course that means they would have to get stock on the shelves, but I heard Cap is taking care of that problem.
  8. I didn't want to distort them too much, but will this help you Muski? And if not, how about this??
  9. Huh-oh Are emoticons uncool? Yikes. I'm a two strapper. Based on the size of her rack, I bet Waldo is too. I hope so...I miss Waldo. Haven't seen him in a while and I get restless after so long.... Muski needs her Waldo to show up now and then, doncha know... ; doesn't like those dry spells. Its so good to have Muski back!!
  10. I have Quicktime Pro and saved it. Want YSI? Or would that be a big no-no?????
  11. Whatcha mean you don't like stubble? Ok, if ya don't like stubble I can do no stubble. Oh dear God. Tell me its only a terrible rumor that Cap talked to a distributor! I can just hear her now! Why is it that so many in this fandom know how to run Clay's career, and everything else better than Clay and those who actually work in the business???? Sometimes I think some of Clay's fans are his own worse enemies!
  12. Well, I thought he would be out of the top 20 this week, so I guess that means I am pleasantly surprised. He so deserves better. No doubt about it. But I have said before, I am not sure all the promotion in the world would have made this album a big seller. This album was destined to be a tough sell. I never did understand who outside of his most loyal fans and a few others would buy it. Many of us have said, if it hadn't been Clay we would never have been interested in it. I'm still hopiing there is something waiting in the wings. (Hope, hope....) And if not, at least we have great Clack to console us! He has NEVER looked better than he has in the past month!
  13. ITA. I have always longed for interviews with Clay where he talks about his music. For some reason, it never seemed unreasonable to me that a singer would talk about the songs he sings. He's sexy when he's talking about his music. Of course, he's sexy when he's not too. He's just sexy. ETA: I like this part of the interview...... Do you think that may be a message???
  14. Thanks for the Kimmel clips! Will we ever see the concert on Kimmel's site as Kimmel promised??? Then again, the Kimmel people promised that if you got a wristband you would get into the studio...... :glare: The diversions sound like fun, but I wish I was more skilled so I could contribute! What I like best about it is its about the FUN of this fandom, not the angst. I'm so tired of the angst. And Muski - damn you! I was going to snag that gif for my avie! Oh well, if I had to lose out on it, I couldn't have lost it to a more deserving whor..., um, person. Maybe I will snag the rolling pin one instead. I sort of like to imagine him using those hands on me like that. I bet he gives an amazing back rub....
  15. Oh but don't you know THEY all know Clay's feelings on the matter even better than Clay does?? And KAndre, all I can say is WORD, DUDE! Word!
  16. {{{Muski!!}}}} I've missed seeing you! {{{couchie}}} Damn its nice to come here! I have barely posted in the last week or so anywhere because everywhere there is so much damn angst! Finally here, saner minds prevail! Its like a breath of fresh air here. It really is. I am so tired of the grassy knoll, the conspiracy theories, the everyone knows what's best for Clay attitudes. Did anyone ask Clay? He's a smart guy. He seems happy. Maybe he knows something we don't! And who are "we" to think "we" can manage Clay's career better than Clay??? Grrrrrrrr. Word. That is all. Just one big, huge WORD. I mean, just look at this smile - this great, big, gorgeous, amazing smile. Does this look like a man who is being beaten, mistreated, forced into something with a gun being held to his head? Does this look like a man who is suffering???? Look at this smile. I think it speaks volumes.
  17. That homeless person can hit on me anytime! (But I do LOVE the stubble......) A couple of more to click twice..........
  18. I just had to share these scrumptious screencaps I found at the CH. They're clickable because, well, he's so big! (Click twice for the full effect....)
  19. He looks like a roaring lion in this picture and I am finding it all kinds of hot..........
  20. Just saw this at the CH posted by ImAllEars and thought it was interesting: Now, if someone like Rod Stewart, an icon in the biz, can't say no to Clive, Clay didn't stand a chance!
  21. That entire recipe make me want to :kotz0: Is this what they consider "salad" in the south? By the time you add the stick of butter and the 2 cups of cheese and the 1 cup of sugar, any health benefits of the pineapple have been negated! I have to say that if Clay grew up eating food like this I am amazed that he can be so skinny. He must have one amazing metabolism! Among other things......
  22. LOVE those pictures! The first one is now my new wallpaper at home. I just love the look on his face!
  23. Actually, the MAIN reason I haven't seen the Walmart thing is because it came out when I was too busy to watch it. I'm glad its still available. I'll have to try and watch it later. I know some with Macs have been able to watch it while others can't, so I'll have to see what happens with mine. If it doesn't work, I may just have to sit down and cry and pout. Actually, what cracks me up about so many of these things not working with Macs is the idea of Clay wanting to watch them and he can't!
  24. Is that Yahoo thing something else that won't work on a Mac? Not that it matters. I have faith someone, somewhere will cap it somehow. Right? I never even saw the Walmart Soundcheck. Just never had a chance. Guess I'm a bad fan. No wonder they didn't let me into Kimmel.
  25. I'm back from my west coast adventure (and some parts of the adventure were better than others.... ). But first and foremost hugs to Couchie. I hope everything will be ok with your mom. It was wonderful meeting you. I wish we had been able to spend more time together. As she indicated, things were not all fun and games at Kimmel. They did short tickets AND gave false information. As a result, 18 people, including Muski and me, did not get into the studio. This after sitting on Hollywood Blvd all damn day, watching people letting 25 of their closest friends in line over and over so that when we started out about 30th in line, we ended up barely getting one of the coveted 160 wristbands! Not that in the end that mattered since we didn't get in anyway - even after two different in charge Kimmel types assured us once we had the wristbands we would DEFINATELY get in and encouraged us to leave, grab something to eat, and be back around 5:30. Which we were, only to be told it was first come first served. :glare: Truth of the matter is, they screwed up, handing out more wristbands than seats. Muski then tried in vain to make them at least put us up front at the concert, since by this time there were already hundreds there, but nooooooo. They couldn't do that. In the end, Muski managed to at least get them to agree that the next time Clay is on Kimmel, we would get VIP tickets. They took our names, gave us the email of who to contact etc. Of course, they didn't offer to buy my airline ticket from Philly to come out again. :glare: But Muski had more problems than just flying across the country to sit on a sidewalk, but I'll let her tell the story once she gets home if she wants. No one worry, though. She's good. She even said after watching Clay on LKL that she wanted to jump his bones so all's well! Speaking of which, I have NO CLUE what is happening! I had totally forgotten that Clay was on LKL last night! Of course, I was still in the air, so I couldn't have watched it anyway, but still. I'll have to dig up the clack of it at some point. And any and all clack of Kimmel (including the concert after the show went off the air if there is any....) and is there clack of the KTLA thing from Wednesday morning that I didn't know about until after the fact even though I was still in LA and could have watched it? And anything else I missed. I think I'll have a lot of downloading to do this weekend! Despite everything, I was thrilled with how happy and how HOT and confident Clay was on Kimmel and how adorable and funny he is and how he comes alive on a stage performing. Like Muski, I just want to jump his bones!! Since I have a million things to do at work (seems to happen when you dare to take a few days off....) I guess I better get back to work. I'll have to catch up with everything later! I feel so out.... I mean, more so than usual......
