  1. From the CH: Very cool! And he looks so good in the video!
  2. I've read elsewhere that they attended "Hair" this evening. Via getclayaiken (clickable):
  3. There was, of course, the patented "foreshadowing" that TAR loves, when it had Mike talking early on in the episode how they want to go far, try their best, but never forget that they are having fun. That pretty much sealed the deal for me. I'm still sad about it though. I think if they gave a "fan favorite" award for this year, Mike and Mel would have it locked up. I really don't mind any of the teams that are left at this point. I find that refreshing, actually. I know some have to have someone to "love to hate," but not me. I like that I at least like all of the teams left.
  4. Interrupting all the cute puppy talk, with this from the CH. They've been working on a transcript of Clay's speech all day there:
  5. EEEEEEEEEEEE for luckiest1. Your puppy sounds adorable! {{{{{{ncgurrl}}}}}. I know that Nigel is in a good place now. You know what? This page needs a really good picture on it.
  6. Entertainment Tonight has a news piece (no video) of the awards last night. Just a brief mention of Clay, but I'm giving the link because the picture is CUTE. ETOnline
  7. NEW SUGGESTIONS BEGIN HERE! From cindilu2: And
  8. Snow here too aikim -- it's really kind of pretty, although I'm thinking it will be gone by the end of the day for us. merrieeee, there's no explaining. Just enjoy it for what it's worth. Loved the arriving clip -- makes me schmoopie to see him with Reed and Jerome. Love the speech clip -- even though he probably didn't write it, you could feel the passion in his words (or I could anyway). It's times like these when I just don't quite know what to say. He's an amazing man, and I love being his fan. From getclayaiken: ETA: the video in this quote is now up at the CH and CU vaults (and probably CV as well).
  9. Freakin' LOVE him and his wicked sense of humor. Ha ha. Yes, I'm going to bed.
  10. for the banner! NIIIIIIIIIICE! And on that note, it's time for bed. See ya'll in the morning....
  11. Another one from mee2u2 -- PLEASE DON'T POST AT THE OFC! I'm leaving it even if merrieeee post it first, just because I like it biggie. And I've got to add...hearing about the crowd reaction to his People cover, and watching him wear that white ribbon....makes my heart burst.
  12. Yes, you can. You can do it! I know you well enough, you'll sacrifice yourself in the name of Clay Aiken. Good God, he's a handsome man.
  13. Good Lord. I think I'm gonna die. ___ Since we seem to be burning up the thread all of a sudden (gee, wonder why?), thread title poll at the top of the page!
  14. kf, you could be right. I'm sooooooo bad at that kind of stuff. Can I say that I love him muchly?!?!?!?
  15. Get home just in time for pictures! Love the shirt/tie combo -- very stunning. Nice suit too. Face still looks a bit puffy -- poor baby. I'm just happy he's there. *sigh*
  16. But unfortunately, I promised to go on a "date" with my husband...whom I love dearly. It just makes me that I'm going to miss all the excitement on the boards tonight for a bit!
  17. In preparation for this evening... From Quiet1ne at CH: Keep an eye on this link for pictures...Wire Image Link
  18. Congratulations gbmifan! Enjoy that new grandbaby! I hope my copies of the "new" album come in soon!
  19. Thanks treenuts! I knew I had seen it somewhere! Poor baby, stuck in the rain. I know how he feels, rain doesn't make me feel happy either.
  20. I've seen that coat before, but I'm not sure where! HELP!!! I'm sure someone here will have a picture! He looks adorable, as usual, and I can't wait. To tell you how my day went today: I had dinner with my husband (including a 100 hundred calorie ice cream bar) at the normal time. I just now finished a whole pint of Extreme Moose Tracks Ice Cream. Yes, it was that kind of day. LOL.
  21. According to the CH (via a Twitterer), Clay was in NC last night, at a touring company production of "Miss Saigon." I'm guessing that Clay is REALLY familiar with the landscape between NYC and NC. Hee.
  22. First of all...have to have these on the new page. wanda, you have such a way with words. And yes, I'm too, but in such a good way. I am truly thrilled that Clay seems to have found himself a "good one." I'm going to have a grin on my face all damn day. Can I hear an "AMEN!!!" Clay always was a "normal guy" in so many ways, IMO, but now he gets to be even more "normal," if that makes any sense. And I'm incredibly happy for him. Bolded stuff...two different thread title suggestions?
